It is an ok place to stay. We had a balcony but no chairs which was a bit strange because we would have sat outside. The other thing is that you don’t get fresh towels every day which I’ve never heard of. You have to pay for them. It also said there was a “snack bar” we checked everyday and there was no food there. It is ok for a hotel room for a couple of nights

The hotel lives up to its billing as a "premium budget hotel". The decorations are pleasing (including the elephant spout for the sink). We stayed on the ground floor, and it was quiet all night. The AC worked well. Regulating the temperature for a shower was iffy. Wifi worked well. One plus for this hotel is that it is near a really excellent massage place that is just a minute or two down the same road. It is called AV-A Massage, and it is one of our favorite massage places in Chiang Mai (We have tried quite a few). My wife is a massage therapist, and she says Kae at AV-A massage is the best therapist she has ever had.

Great little hotel, clean comfy bed, nice little shower/wet room 50 mts from main road,Ben who is on reception is a little diamond,when we arrived he gave us a rundown on Chiangmai, we had made our minds up on what we wanted to do in our 5 days, and within 30 minutes he had got it sorted. Elephants,Tigers,Temples and Zip Lining, all arranged and collected from hotel with guides all day and returned to hotel. Nothing too much trouble.

The rooms are shabby and the bedding stained The balcony has no furniture so of no benefit But most of all the staff are very unhelpful and rude It is also a 30 minute walk to the areas of interest

It's amazing value for your money. There's a nice snack area downstairs where you can get banana's, crackers and tea. My room had big modern TV, but sadly no Netflix. Only downside is that my room didn't have great air quality. I kept air conditioner on the entire night. The hotel was at least half full, yet I found it to be most quiet hotel that I've been to. There's signs on the corridor to keep it quiet, I liked it.

Great location within the old town. Very nice staff always welcoming and helpful. Nice, clean, relatively spacious and comfortable room with a perfectly suitable en-suite bathroom. The room was serviced every day of our stay. We were originally planning to spend one night, we extended by another 3; Good WiFi. No breakfast yet coffee / tea and cookies available at the reception. Plenty of restaurants and motorbike rental shops in the vicinity. Excellent value overall ! Definitely a great budget hotel in Chiang Mai.

If you’re travelling on a budget and wondering whether to spend just a little more in the hope of getting something better, I’d say save your money and just stay at Anumat. It has everything you need. Our room was lovely. Loads of shelf space, good aircon, fridge, safe, TV and comfortable bed. Both bedroom and bathroom were clean and nicely done out. It’s the best value for money we’ve got having been travelling Thailand for a month so far. The snack bar did not have bread/fruit when we used it in the mornings - just crackers, tea and coffee. But a two-minute walk will get you to at least two decent breakfast places - Cats Station Cafe and Gravity Cafe and Bistro.

Une super chambre la literie y est confortable et le service de lingerie au top et vraiment pas cher lavé séché repassé juste un point négatif le bruit la nuit mais là c'est plus les gens qui ne respectent pas
