Beautiful hotel. Great room with couch, stove, and fridge! The only complaint I have is the bed was hard and def wore. Needed new mattress.

Front desk staff (and housekeeping) were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Our three year old is visually impaired and has some other health problems, and the staff simply made sure we had all we needed to take care of him and have a worry-free stay

I was in town for a Boat Show and had numerous deliveries made to the hotel and the front desk made sure that I was notified when something arrived and kept everything stored until I got it.

We were exhausted after a long car ride. The Residence Inn was quiet, clean and comfortable. Second time we stayed here and will do it again.

Worst customer service ever ! The girl running the front desk was absolutely horrific! Had a freiend there hanging out with her the whole shift ! Playing on her phone , went Mia for about 30-40 mins . Asked for towels because the pool was out and she huffed and rolled her eyes! Just overall garbage!

Mimi at checkin was awesome and worked hard to keep our group together in the same part of the hotel, rooms were modern and clean and the night audit team was very accommodating

Everything was fantastic. The room was clean, new looking and very comfortable. The front desk folks and breakfast was all fantastic also. I had a small problem with check-in but that was more due to a problem with **********/******* on the booking side of the room.
