In my life I have never seen this type of hotel, Chennai is my home town also, I booked this hotel room to meet my business clients discussions, when I was checked in alone, during checking in I informed the receptionist later I will have guests to meet me,
They said the guests were not allowed to go inside the room , only we had to sit down in the lobby only,
I came here to close my business deals, how can I open my laptop top in the open place and sign the contract documents, more over we have to do cash transaction also,
This type of management system made me fed up ,
I am Very disappointed about this hotel.

Good response from staff, spacious rooms and restaurant is good, room service is nice, i recommend this hotel is best to stay with families.

I have been a regular guest at this hotel, but this time i felt that the quality of food has detiorated. Qlso the rooms were not kept that clean

I stay at woodlands once every month when i come on my business trip. The stay is comfortable in all rooms like standard ac, deluxe ac and cottages. Facilities vary as per the standard of rooms. Food is alway excellent.

It's a value for money stay. Good location. Decent food. Don't expect anything fancy and you won't be disappointed. Rooms, service, all are old fashioned but comfortable and spacious. Overall a decent place with good location and reasonable prices.

New woodlands is my regular place to stay in chennai. A hotel that has that old world charm with new world amenities. Great food is the additional attraction.

Aging infrastructure but comfortable cottage. Refrigerator was initially not cooling but was quickly replaced. Service is fast
