酒店位置不錯，離衣冠廟地鐵站很近，去武侯祠很方便，附近餐館、超市、水果店等配套齊全…前台服務人員應答速度較快，能夠及時解決問題。也提幾點建議…房間的夜燈是雞肋，要取消；沒有置物籃放用過的浴巾毛巾，不方便；房間裏面的電話要貼個提示，提醒客户可直接撥打前台。

酒店設計很温馨、乾淨整潔，前台的服務員們都很客氣，特別是前台的一個高個子瘦小夥，諮詢他問題很有耐心。因為出差9天，先定了2天試住，入住後無論是環境還是服務體驗感都很好，果斷選擇續住餘下的7天。前台的桔子很甜、早餐不錯、機器人也很可愛👍

酒店新修的，有健身房、洗衣房，附近就是地鐵3號線的衣冠廟站，公交280，153，停車場免費停車，交通方面。房間乾淨衞生，工作人員親切友善，熱情周到，耐心細緻回答問題，一次愉快的住宿體驗🤗👍

酒店住宿環境真的不錯，有一點小瑕疵，就立馬解決了，酒店人員的服務態度好，酒店的地理位置非常棒，衣冠廟地鐵站口附近，去旅遊辦事都方便，還有早餐，帶着孩子，孩子早餐免費的，非常不錯😄

特別好，有洗衣房跑步機…前台會幫忙烘乾衣物。耳機落在枕頭底下了，服務人員還給快遞送過來，服務周到得很！附近地鐵三站地還有成都博物館，適合帶孩子來。
