El hotel es antiguo, muy pintoresco. Nos toco una habitación en el tercer piso que parecía de un cuento y nos sentimos muy cómodos. La ubicación es muy buena y la atención siempre fue muy amable. El rooftop es muy bonito y vale la pena. El baño de la habitación era un poco chico pero nada grave.

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous artwork! All staff members were fantastic from the moment we arrived to the moment we departed! Perfect location-walked to the ocean, famous rainbow houses and to amazing food! Wonderful!

This is truly a beautiful property. I would highly recommend it . It is beautiful, very clean and has a great vibe . The staff was amazing!!!! We enjoyed our stay very much . They add all the special touches to make your trip fantastic! The beautiful art was an added bonus.

Completely failed to meet its reputation of a luxury venue. Service was slow and chaotic. One waitress was doing her best to cover 20+ tables and be engaging whilst other staff were sullen and slow at best. Doorman was slouched against a counter surfing his phone Food was average. Pretty art and furniture in lobby but management clearly not performing or supporting staff.

Beautiful hotel centrally located. Staff was excellent and very attentive. We stayed in the enclave part of the hotel which is across the street from the main hotel and a little more private. The art tour was wonderful. I would highly recommend.

Room was dirty, had previous guests hair in shower . Was very disorganised hotel. Very loud, do not stay here if you want a good night of sleep.

The moment you enter the lobby you are greeted by one of hotel team. David greeted us the first night and he was extremely friendly and helpful. We were offered a glass of champagne ! We were running late due to a flight delay and Jessica texted us for an ETA and set up reservation in hotel restaurant. Location was within walking of all the restaurants and stopping. Several blocks from the harbor and access to the water taxi. Comfortable and quiet room. Nice collection of art work through the hotel.

My husband and I just came back from a 3 night stay at The Enclave at the Vendue. Its located in the French Quarter of Charleston right by the water which is fabulous as you can take a leisurely walk along the pier and walkway there. The rooms are nicely decorated and they leave French pastries by your door every morning at 7:30am which is a nice touch. I'd love to see them have a small breakfast area where you could go to eat as I am not much for breakfast in bed but I think space is the issue there. The people at the front desk were always warm and smiling. The one area that could use a little more attention would be housekeeping. Its a bit spotty as far as being consistent. I think we missed turn down service one night - maybe we were in the room to late? We did enjoy the rooftop bar on the other side of the Vendue at night. Lovely place to grab a drink or two!! Overall, we enjoyed a great stay at a great value and I would recommend people to stay here.
