Wish the rooms were as nice as the lobby. I'd skip a stay and visit the lobby en route to the rooftop bar. Rooms are not in as good repair as they should be for an upscale hotel. Superficially, they have a glitzy French theme, with all the trim painted a glossy red. Functionally, our room had peeling paint in the bathroom (where the tile floor and wall meet). The door jammed at the half way open position, and there was an extremely loud A/C that woke us up whenever it turned on at night. We were given a new room in a remote corridor that opened to a decrepit wooden staircase. Very odd! I wanted to like this hotel. It's very well located, but I can't recommend in good faith for an overnight stay.

The room was clean as expected. The fact that they no longer clean and replace the towels daily was great to us. But for the price we paid we had the worst breakfast. I realize there is no kitchen in this facility and all they are capable of serving is pre made food that is reheated. However they have control over the quality of products. The worst eggs, not enough fruit for all the guests, the sausage and potatoes were also just warm. We have been staying at this hotel for twenty years since the family circle tennis which now is Credit one tennis was moved here. This will absolutely be our last stay.

La tarifa de resort incluyó una clase de yoga de 8 am, pero mirando hacia fuera no vimos a los profesionales de yoga allí. La bienvenida era amable.. El ambiente es clásico. Una buena comida. Las habitaciones estaban inmaculadas y muy cómodas. No una gran vista, pero una buena vista, podríamos mirar al puerto si nos encontramos cerca de la ventana. No utilizábamos la piscina, pero obtuvimos mucho uso que podíamos ver desde nuestra ventana. Menos maravilloso era el servicio de valet. Eficiente pero no particularmente amigable a $55 por noche más consejos. La ventana en nuestra habitación tenía que ser lavada. La tarifa de resort incluyó una clase de yoga de 8 am, pero mirando hacia fuera no vimos a los profesionales de yoga allí. La recepción de vino es 3:30 - 4:30, que es un momento terrible para volver al hotel si estás en viaje. Volvimos a las 4:45 - demasiado tarde. La ubicación es excelente. Wish the rooms were as nice as the lobby. I'd skip a stay and visit the lobby en route to the rooftop bar. Rooms are not in as good repair as they should be for an upscale hotel. Superficially, they have a glitzy French theme, with all the trim painted a glossy red. Functionally, our room had peeling paint in the bathroom (where the tile floor and wall meet). The door jammed at the half way open position, and there was an extremely loud A/C that woke us up whenever it turned on at night. We were given a new room in a remote corridor that opened to a decrepit wooden staircase. Very odd! I wanted to like this hotel. It's very well located, but I can't recommend in good faith for an overnight stay.

El desayuno “El mejor”. Hay huevos al momento y al gusto. Las habitaciones amplias limpias como la Cadena lo exige. Pero la gente del front desk No sabe ni por donde va ni por donde viene. Al llegar pedimos unos paquetes que nos entregaron, fueron vinieron y sabía nada. Estaban dentro de la habitación...... solicité un vanity kit (isopo bolita de algodón y lima de uñas ) y me lo negaron ......... si los empleados no le entienden al huésped tienen un problema. Pero el huésped tiene uno más importante. ......... Claro está que lo que los salva es el personal del desayuno por demás amables y eficientes.
