Los mejores hoteles de negocios en Changwon-si

Estaba aquí por 2 noches, situado en el mercado, espaciosas habitaciones, confortables camas, una caldera disponible en la habitación, 2 restaurantes indios, frente al supermercado, hotel op, uso un taxi para viajar así que no conocía el transporte público 55.000 ganó de la Aeropuerto al hotel.

No está satisfecho: hemos estado en seis días, tres días antes, diciendo al hotel que se retiró un día antes debido a que el viaje cambió, que ha gastado muchas comunicaciones, que ha encontrado Trip.com, el Departamento de Administración de fábricas de Corea del Sur, el gerente de salones, la recepción no ha funcionado. El hotel dice que necesita el consentimiento de Trip.com, pero Trip.com ha aceptado no cobrar ningún costo de servicio, y al final el hotel no ha aceptado la solicitud de retirada.

깨끗하고 좋았어요. 일부러 욕조 있는 곳으로 골랐는데 그래서인지 샤워부스는 작았지만 화장실과 딸린 욕조가 넓고 커서 좋았어요. 다만 TV가 일정시간 조작하지 않으면 자동으로 꺼지는 기능이 있는데, 뭔 짓을 해도 조작한 걸로 인정이 안되어서 같이 간 일행과 중간에 진땀을 뺌. 관련해서 설명서나 어떤 사전 안내가 있었으면 좋겠습니다.

Este hotel es excelente! Situado en una zona tranquila y hermosa cerca de un hermoso lago. Nuestra habitación era agradable y muy limpia con todas las comodidades necesarias. Excelente servicio y muy útil personal. Maravilloso desayuno en AM. Mi marido y yo nos disfrutamos mucho de nuestro tiempo en este hotel.

My co-worker and myself checked into the hotel on October 25, 2021. We were told due to the COVID restrictions, the breakfast package we ordered during our stay would be a breakfast brought to our rooms as a room service. We were than given a menu that consisted of eggs cooked several ways, a choice of a piece of bacon, ham or sausage, and a glass of OJ or coffee or tea. Since I don’t eat the bacon, ham or sausage, my ordered when it arrived was an egg and a glass of orange juice. There were two hash browns about the size of a half dollar, a small salad and a slice of toast. There are no other options. I asked for a fruit bowl…nope, I asked for some yogurt…nope, I asked for pancakes…nope. For a small skinny person this might be sufficient but I am 6’ 1” and weigh 240 pounds. Not to mention the cost for this egg and orange juice is over $25 a day. When I asked them to cancel the breakfast package, I was told since I requested the package when I made the reservations with the corporate office, the hotel can not cancel it. So I asked for a phone number to call the corporate office. Nobody seems to know how to contact corporate. I was not helped at all to contact the corporate office. I was able to get an email address that I sent an email to corporate 4 days ago and no response as of yet. I was able to locate a number I used to make the reservation and was told by corporate reservations office, that the hotel is the one to cancel the breakfast package and not corporate. So I went back to the front desk and supposedly spoke to a front desk manager and again was told they can’t cancel the breakfast package because I got the package through corporate. I asked to speak with he hotel manager, and of course they don’t work on the weekends because I guess the hotel never has problems during the weekend. So here we go, I am paying $25+ a day for an egg and glass of orange juice. And I have to pay $25 if I don’t eat the egg or drink the orange juice. I am disappointed at the way the hotel pawns off a problem to corporate when they have the power and obligation to correct an unsatisfactory situation. None of this was foretold when I made the reservations. Because of the location to the company I am working with and the fact it is the only “foreign “ type hotel, is the reason why I made my reservations. When I come back and visit later in the year, I will not stay here again and instead stay at the Marriott in Busan, and pay for the hour taxi ride.

Este es un hotel más nuevo que es bueno para los occidentales en Changwon. Interior moderno, pero operación de escritorio frontal más pequeña. Las habitaciones tienen buenas ac y caminar en la ducha. Pequeño espacio de almacenamiento. Desayuno incluido con el precio. Buen desayuno y cafetera para mí. Pregunte por una omeleta pequeña. He estado en varios lugares en Changwon y esto es bueno, consciente del precio también. La zona central está más cerca de las grandes tiendas de viajes y muchos restaurantes pequeños del centro que son excelentes, auténticos.
