一進去就感覺裝修很漂亮 沒事做還能在大廳看看書喝喝咖啡 前台服務都很熱情 房間也很乾凈 門口就是地鐵站2號線去哪裡都很方便 下次還選擇住這裏

喜歡的地方:酒店位置好離地鐵站2號線不到100米出行很方便，衞生也好。
不喜歡的地方:房間好小啊，房間裏面服務電話還是壞的，洗漱池不在衞生間裏，在房間過道上，感覺很不方便，洗臉時水會弄得到處都是，不方便，凌晨四點多聽到房間外不知道是寶潔人員還是什麼人推着車子來回走，聲音特別大，都把我們吵醒啦。

這家酒店有以下幾個贊：一個是位置真好，火車站邊，出門就是地鐵口，2號線直達高鐵站，換乘磁懸浮就到機場了，也直達五一廣場，太平老街，橘子洲景區，到嶽麓書院也僅僅一個換乘。火車站廣場也有很多路公交車，去省博物館也有直達線路。第二是酒店乾淨整潔，客房雖不大，但完全夠用，我訂的是一大床一小床，兩大一小剛剛好，空調也很給力！第三是服務人員熱情大方，友善可親！

The location is very good and the service is very well. We go for city traveling after checking out and we can put our 4 luggages at the hotel. Reccomend!

This hotel is just steps away from the metro entrance and across the street from Changsha Railway Station.
The staff were very efficient and friendly at check in, apologizing for the nonworking elevator.
But the hotel operators are criminally irresponsible in their maintenance of the fire doors opening into the emergency stairs. When I attempted to exit my third floor room, the doors were jammed shut in addition to the handle being broken. Only by throwing my body against the door was I able to open it. When I returned about an hour later, the doors were jammed again.
It’s a sorry situation when hotel operators are so concerned about saving a little money on maintenance and local safety officials have so little motivation to do their jobs when lives could be lost as a result.

Location is great and it is within walking distance to the train station. A lot of food at the train station. The room is very clean & quite spacious. We arrived quite late into the night due to our flight & stayed for only 1 night. It's a very good location for transit travelers like us via train.
But the guy who was on duty was not very friendly though. :D
