The toile was not cleaned properly. Urine was visible on the bowl.
Not all counters were cleaned.
I am not sure if the rest of the room was cleaned properly (e.g. linens, windows, vacuuming,etc). The room, other than the bathroom, seemed clean and did not smell.
The hallways do smell. The scent is like homelessness, cigarettes, and wet laundry.
The staff is helpful, when available.
Check-in/Check-out was quick and easy. The keycards work perfectly.
No breakfast offered as per the listing. There is generic coffee available in the lobby.
I would have given a 5-Star rating had it NOT been for the piss on the toilet and the smell of the hallway, and the lack of the advertised breakfast.

The Front desk staff amazing!
I forgot his name, but the gentleman that works the front desk. That’s very tall slender beautiful black man. He’s a very hard-working, family man and his wife as well

Took 30 mins for someone to open the door for us to check in, then was given a room that was already occupied which could have gone bad real fast. 2nd room smelled like nasty cheeseburgers, no housekeepers only once a week and someone came into our room when we weren’t there even though I put the sign on the door.

It was fair to all right . They have coffee at the entrance. The vending machine wasn’t working for washing powder. Blow dryer wasn’t in room. .

The property is run like an apar**ent building, people living there for long periods of time. Kids riding bikes in the parking lot and the chaining them to a pole when they are done.
Was told when I checked in that they don’t freshen the rooms everyday and if I wanted clean sheets or towels I could go to front desk to get them. There was supposed to be breakfast available but never seen it.
When I got into my room there was a big bag of trash left in there, I complained to the front desk and all they said was sorry.
I would not recommend this property to anyone !
You should also remove it from the ******* sight

Dirty halls, smelling bad, room was ok, frint desk staff never used uniform or any distinctive to know that they worked there. A true example of “you got what you paid for”.

This property is just not good accommodation. It’s run down and dirty. Ended up staying somewhere else, positive was the front desk lady was kind and offered a refund. Not sure if I’ll get the refund but we will see. Kind of upset that ******* recommended this place.
