As expected Five star meets all luxury, but a bit far from convenience if that's what you want, no 711, or close by eateries. staff devoted and does their duty, friendly and helpful. The blue grill at rooftop is a place to be with good and tasty menus if you have the money, it's a bit high end but you won't feel like you are in Cebu. They serve like you are in a western restaurant. Pool is fantastic gym quite okay, spa looks complete with massage service as well but I didn't have time to experience it. Food at breakfast buffet is worth it several varieties. Room is clean and elegant as usual. Mountain view room, amazing view indeed. Apart from the house keeping service who promised to send me the shaver I request and never bothered to show up till I checked out, I have no complaints a sure place I can stay anytime I'm in Cebu City.

My wife son and I stayed there for one night in the Deluxe Sea View Room. Staying here is very cheap considering it's a classy Hotel as well as being very famous in Cebu. I wanted to try here since I've lived here for almost 12 years and people always talk about it. It's a beautiful hotel with wonderful furnishings. Our floor was very quiet, AC cold, and the water hot. Although I was shocked there was no comforter for the bed nonetheless we weren't cold. The shower did not have a door or courtain. The floor was soaked with water and our toddler son almost slipped a couple times even we put a towel there. We ate at the Italian restaurant for dinner. I had the burger, my wife the veal, and our son the pepperoni pizza. We also had a Corona, two cokes ice cream and blueberry cheesecake for dessert. The dinner buffet we learned was 1,900 php so we didn't think it was worth it. Very safe place and quiet

This place is a 5 star resort in my opinion... has everything you could ever need and more for a great price

wow, loved this hotel. Ambiance, the staff the quality of care and Attention when you arrive was exquiste. My room was. Confortable with everything i needed, fridge, kettle, tea and coffee, slippers and gown . the toiletries were quality!. The breakfast 5 stars, such a variety available. The pool was great - abit cold but thats because the sun doesn't get to it Great to see the views from the Rooftop. I loved this hotel . Definatetly 5 stars.

Room size is OK and staff are quite pleasant, BUT Not for me next time. Could be great, but management seems to be cutting corners- only 2 teabags, charging for extra teabags! sauna also chargeable 500P for 30 mins, pool water was cold particularly in evening (no heated pool!), got the packed breakfast on day-1 found only few pieces of fruit and some bread/ muffins. queues everywhere including for breakfast, check in took one hour (after 3pm) as the room wasn’t ready, getting taxi on checkout was a big pain and had to go out to get a taxi. Overall did not meet my expectations of Marco Polo brand

Best buffett breakfast by a mile in Cebu choices staff tops

By far the one of the best hotels we stayed in. Food is a little pricey but still doable. My husband loved the food choices and I enjoyed the pool. The hotel staff were very flexible as well especially that we couldn’t check out on time.

We had a nice stay in Marco Polo. It was actually our second time and I can say the hotel was still the same. Good food, good location and good ambiance.
