Nos cancelaron la reserva de un hotel en Avignon y tuvimos que buscar uno rápidamente porque ya estábamos en camino y teníamos al bebe enfermo. La persona de recepción AMABILÍSIMA nos indicó por teléfono que no tenían cunas pero que el bebé podía dormir con nosotros. Cuando llegamos, nos facilitó todo: poder entrar antes, nos ayudó con el carrito,... hasta nos ofreció un bote de chuches!!! Todo el personal de recepción un verdadero encanto, volcados en ayudarnos y preguntando por el peque. La habitación estaba limpísima. Bien de espacip y bien aprovechado. El colchón y las almohadas de lujo. El baño no es muy grande pero te permite moverte bien. La piscina es un plus y más en verano. El desayuno muy variado y rico y abundante. Totalmente recomendable!!!

Cumple con las expectativas de un hotel de 3 estrellas Esta limpio,la habitación tiene un tamaño normal pero suficiente.Los recepcionistas hablaban español.Esta entre quince a veinte minutos andando y se puede aparcar en la zona Ora gratuito desde las seis de la tarde a 9 de la mañana y después de esa hora según tarifa de zona azul y además el hotel con parking privado con un coste de 15 euros del día.

Es una cosa quente para elegir un hotel puramente en base a la ubicación sólo para descubrir que es realmente un poco de una joya. Tenemos una estancia de ocho noches en el hermoso Domin de Verchant, situado entre sus propios viñedos y parques, a pocos kilómetros de la histórica Montpellier. Las habitaciones son encantadoras y bien equipadas, la comida en los dos restaurantes diferentes es muy buena y las zonas de spa/ piscina son bastante maravillosas con instalaciones de primera calidad. Sin embargo, es el servicio profesional y amigable que separa este hotel . Bajo el director general Jean-Pascal Picolette, el equipo de té muestra su dedicación y placer en buscar a sus residentes, ya sea sirviendo un sandwich de piscina o una cena de 5 cursos en su excelente restaurante Marcelle. Mubariz Hussain, un buen día de vacaciones familiares.

As I was trying to make reservation with this Ibis Budget Montpellier Aeroport Parc des Expos, based in Monteppelier, France, a number in a USA would be available for making reservation. I've talked to the attendant that at first showed to be very respectful and calm. After I've given all my bank and billing address details and paid for the first of the two rooms, the attendant asks me to wait for 1 or 2 minutes, when we resumed the conversation, he said the price for the second room had increase $5 and that this was the hotel normal price policy . After arriving at the hotel, I ask at the reception about this price policy fluctuation as they refuted that possibility, since the price change may occur daily, but not anytime of the day (especially since you already started your reservation, since the client cannot have access to the price table). When I received the receipt, first, my billing address is was located in the US and live in the UK, so is my address (although I've giving the attendant all my personal information). The price for the service was not clear ahead and I ended up pay an abusive amount of U$27.76 of U$87.24, while the actual price for the room was only U$59,24. All in all, I felt cheated, the food was not looking fresh and burnt for the price of €41. Besides that, I've tried to contact the hotel and the agency that made the reservation and simply I couldn't get through to any of them. Quite frustrating. No plans to use their service in the future.

Accueil chaleureux et souriant des réceptionnistes, très bonne ambiance dans l’hôtel, les chambres sont très propres et l’emplacement est idéal dans le centre ville.
