A well-located, quaint hotel. Rooms are a good size but the bathrooms are a little aged. Not the most helpful staff.

Very good location in the rocks. The hotel is on the older side, but everything is clean and works.

I didn’t enjoy anything within the walls of this hotel . The only good thing is the location to the harbour . The staff were very rude and unfriendly . They were not welcoming at all made us feel unwelcome from the moment I approached the desk to the time of check out the next day . I paid for the buffet breakfast for four people and I suggest to save ur money and go down the road and eat at a cafe on circular quay . That is u less u enjoy microwaved eggs bacon mushrooms and baked beans honestly felt like we ate rubber and my son actually was unwell all that afternoon !! Rooms look nothing like the picture and my view was of a brick wall ! I understand we were there on vivid opening night and the noise was to be expected but these rooms are not at all sound proof either for the price of $349 for one night I would never let myself be deceived like this again . And to top off my trip I had a pair of quay sunnies I had just purchased from the airport along with other items that had mysteriously gone missing when we knew 1000% it was left next to the window but housekeeping said they didn’t find a thing when I returned as they were in my departed room cleaning it . They had been taking straight out of my suit case the night before we were out to enjoy vivid grand opening .. very disappointing.. but the view from the rooftop pool n spa deck was incredible I do have to say !

Service was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was excellent.

Location cannot be beaten with amazing views of both the harbour bridge and opera House. Breakfast plentiful and tasty Staff nice and helpful Rooms could do with a bit of modernisation but overall a great hidden gem

Having a pleasant stay. And good hotel proving delicious breakfast as well.

All is great near to overseas passenger terminal,convenience store, there are many restuarants nearby, you can see the view of the opera house.

Very good hotel, near the port, good for people who want to go to the port.

Breakfast buffet was over priced for the poor quality and cooking technique of the food amateurish. Pillows were terrible like they’d been run over several times by a large truck, two nights of not sleeping were due to this and the late night noise coming up the building from pedestrians and the pub on George Street. Positives were location, location, location. Other than that a very tired outdated building on the inside, needs a renovation to meet with the times.
