Grande hotel y hermosa atmósfera. Todo era muy bueno también la comida. Mis hijos realmente gozaban de animación tge después de la hora de la cena. Teníamos una salida muy temprano por la mañana y nos prepararon 2 grandes desayunos. Excelente servicio. Volveré a asegurarme.

La ubicación en un eje de tráfico es aceptable para una sola noche en ventanas cerradas con ruido. La calidad y el equipamiento del hotel son excelentes. Lo mismo se puede decir con el desayuno.

I was a bit nervous to visit Parc Hotel as there wasn't many reviews. However, as soon as we arrived, my worries disappeared. Set at the base of Lake Garda, approx 2.5km from the main town of Pescheira del Garda is Parc Hotel and its vast facilities. We didnt venture over to the Golf part of the complex, no need as there was enough at the hotel area. Three (clean) ample sized pools, one called Laguna beach where most of the entertainment was held, one around the corner for families with smaller children and one quieter pool. At both pool areas there was a place to eat with a great selection of food from nuggets and chips to pizza, pasta and poke bowls. An even better if for these places would be to offer more gluten free selection for my celiac husband, but the staff made some adjustments to our orders to help us with this. My family stayed in the main hotel, made up of a huge double (more like queen) size bed and then my teenagers stayed on the bunk beds. Our view was of the golf course and the theatre where a couple of shows were held. Having a bed and breakfast rate, we ate breakfast in the buffet style restaurant. Some reviews suggested the orange juice was watered down, that only seemed to be the case on one of the machines. There was lots of food to choose from for breakfast, continental, cooked, cereals and fruit. We also ate here a couple of times for dinner which cost €20 per person, good value for the hungry teenager. The staff were super friendly and the entertainment was great. Something for all the family, the team catered for toddlers to adults and we even caught a performance of the Greatest Showman (applause). The team entertained you in the day without being over-powering, special shout outs to Cosimo and Alessio with their special dance moves. Even the dogs were dancing 😂 If i was to ask for something more, i would suggest some water in reception. Only a small thing, but we had walked from the train station as there doesnt seem to be many taxis in Pescheira (this was when we arrived) so some water would have been appreciated. Oh and i must mention on that note, the shuttle to Pescheira, really handy for getting to and from the town if you havent travelled by car. Overall a great hotel that I would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Un exceso para el servicio prestado, o inexistente Primeramente quiero aclarar que llevo 18 días en italia, tanto en roma con en Cerdeña y en pescará actualmente cursando en gardaland aventure hotel, más allá de que cada persona tenga una percepción sobre su experiencia la cual podemos decir que acepto que puedan variar, intentaré ser lo más pragmático posible, mis recurrentes intentos de generar una reserva en el hotel fueron inconsistentes, por lo que para elegir está experiencia tuve que recurrir a la usura, que genera el consenso entre la página de gardaland, de más está de mencionar que llame en reiteradas veces, pero cuando llegue al check in comprobé el motivo una sola persona atendiendo el teléfono de línea una fila de personas para ingresar imposible para un solo empleado, si realmente quieren estar a la altura de un hotel 4 estrellas, es muy inadecuado. Dado que contrate el paquete por booking un paquete generoso de 7 noches, cada mañana por persona hay que pagar 15 euros, tampoco tuve un acceso de cortesía al gardaland park y demás servicios, si podemos hablar de servicios, quiero aclarar que soy de Argentina, y a pesar de los déficit del país el servicio de este hotel en Argentina no es catalogado ni siguiera 2 estrellas. Por otro lado por ejemplo un cosas básicas, solicitar un taxi a la estación de tren de pescara sin Garda, en el horario de 21:00 hs para solicitar un taxi al día siguiente 9:00hs la respuesta es tal vez? No existe uber tampoco taxi, debes tener suerte para obtener uno, básicamente quedas como cliente cautivo sin opciones de más está decir que el precio de agua es x 4 el de una cerveza x6 el de un aperitivo por ej un aperol spritz por considerar valor. Otra cuestión es el horario es el horario de cena si tienes un imprevisto o uno de tus niños simplemente está descansando en el horario del desayuno o la cena, pasa de largo, de más está decir que es un hotel, es relevante tanto el descanso como comer, no existe un menú infantil tampoco existe comida saludable, lo más saludable es una pasta, las restantes opciones son snack o comida chatarra por ej acompañamiento de papas fritas, vuelvo a repetir sos cautivo de mal servicio y de los precios, los precios no los discuto si existiera servicio, también existe cobro de cubierto por personas mi familia está integrada x 4 adultos y un bebé de 1 año la base son 60 euros de cubiertos para después comer una pizza margarita o un snack, lo que si puedo hablar a favor y por lo que elegí el hotel es la ambientación de los cuartos, todo lo restante calificación negativa, respecto al cuarto mi bebé se golpeó entre la ceja y el ojo una herida profunda en el cuarto artico con los bordes de la cama, debería estar cuidado eso..... continuaré ... disculpen la narrativa tan desprolija Matias Rodrigo Laxagueborde

The fabric of the hotel is very good. Clean and fresh and so it should be as I believe it has recently been refurbished. If you want a hotel where there is daytime/night time entertainment this is not for you. It is generally a quiet relaxing hotel. Children are allowed but they will have to provide their own entertainment. There are three pools, one in the spa, one adults only and one that children can use. The pool bar was not in operation while we were there. The hotel is a 50 min walk from the town of Lazise on reasonable paths that are shared with cyclists. But you take your life in your own hands as the cyclists and scooter riders just fly past with no warning. A taxi into town costs 15-20 euro. There is no shuttle bus at the hotel even though it indicates there is on the trip advisor hotel listing. And to the reviewer who says it is a 5 min walk to the lake..you are wrong. I would say it is at least 15 mins and that includes a shortcut through a vineyard and a campsite. The rooms are a decent size. Storage for clothes could be improved with more drawer/shelf space. There is a fridge (no mini bar) which on arrival has two bottles of water in. It seems pot luck as to whether the water is replenished. A good size TV but maybe only 3 English channels (news). The bedside lamps are quite dim...not enough light to read by. All rooms have a balcony or terrace for ground floor. There was no milk to make hot drinks. We purchased some from the local supermarket. Breakfast is more or less typical for a holiday hotel. Fresh fruit..well melon and pineapple, yogurts. Continental style with meats and cheeses plus a pastry section. Don't expect a full English here.... there is bacon, fried egg and sausage but that is all. The food was a decent quality. There is a gripe I do have in that when the bread ran out we were tod it was finished and no more would be coming out.....this wasn't at the end of the breakfast sitting but with still 45 mins to go. NOT ACCEPTABLE. One thing that we observed was a family who loaded up breakfast food of all description including fresh fruit, as well as taking water bottles from the display and then blatantly took it back to their rooms. They took plates piled high and filled bags. It wasn't as if they were having breakfast in their rooms as they were eating breakfast in the dining room. They were clearly taking food to eat later in the day! The staff knew but did nothing. Maybe that is why they ran out of bread. We only dined in the evening twice. The menu is not extensive .....in fact there were only two choices of main meal. Other course were labelled starter, first course, second course, so maybe you are supposed to have one of each course because the size of the main dish is not huge. If you have a decent appetite you will need more than one course. The main problem with this hotel is the lack of staff. There was not enough waiting staff at all so tables were delayed in getting cleared and more importantly food
