147€ por un hotel con muchos fallos. Es de calidad pero desactualizado: estilos 90’s, la nevera no enfriaba, y el aire acondicionad lo regulan desde recepción, así que había qué llamar para cambiar la temperatura. No había personal para el check in (empezaban a las 20hs, y hasta entonces el de mantenimiento y un check in on line. Desayuno con una persona para servir por COVID, hasta las 10hs … coincidiendo con la hora máxima de check out (sí, a las 10! Y alas 10:10hs nos llaman para insistir que dejáramos la habitación) Pedimos un boggie para ir por el campo sin jugar y nos dijeron que no, y ni siquiera nos dejaban acercarnos a ver el tie 1.

€ 147 for a hotel with many faults. It is of quality but outdated: 90's styles, the refrigerator did not cool, and the air conditioning is regulated from reception, so you had to call to change the temperature. There was no staff for check-in (they started at 8:00 p.m., and until then maintenance and an online check-in. Breakfast with a person to serve for COVID, until 10 a.m. ... coinciding with the maximum check out time (yes, at 10! and at 10:10 a.m. they called us to insist to leave the room) We asked for a boogie to go around the fields without playing and they said no, and they wouldn't even let us get close to see tie 1.
It is not worth what it is.

My husband and I stayed here for a week. I would say that there were good points and some not so much. On booking this hotel we didn’t realise it was a ‘complex’ (similar to but not quite centerparcs). We had a junior suite which was spacious, with high ceilings, a terrace and a dressing room. Plenty of seating. The bathroom was ok but not 4*. We struggled to get the aircon working and when asked was told we needed to ask for it to be switched on. The pools, wellness and gym are very tired with some areas not working. A bit of work all these could be lovely. We were half board and I must say this was the best part. Maximiliano, Anthonio and Adrian were so friendly and helpful. As usual with Italian food there was so much of it but it was all delicious. We enjoyed a bottle of wine too every night. We did have a mini bar in the room but found it strange when we were asked what we’d had at the end of our stay! The hotel is a bit out of Peschiera but the hotel shuttle bus was spot on! We also hired bikes locally. They were delivered to the hotel and were very safely stored outside. The river is only 2km away and has safe riding.

Could be so much better Staying at active paradiso should be fantastic based on the write up but it’s tired and dated. The cleaning service is really poor yes they come and make your bed and empty the bin but that’s it, The pools all have tiles missing which you can easily cut yourself on, the gym equipment is old and rusty. It could be an amazing hotel if a bit of effort was put in

This hotel is gorgeous and has beautiful views of the golf course. Breakfast was a good selection and service was great! The selling point for us was how convenient the shuttle bus is. It runs every hour in and out of town which saved us a lot in taxi fares. 4/5 for cleanliness due to finding a few ants in the bed but, to be honest, this is expected in a ground floor apar**ent in July so we didn't mention it to staff. Other than that all clean and well presented.

Great find, bus slightly out of town but run free shuttles. Really enjoyed our stay. Our room was big and comfortable, breakfast was great. Grounds of the hotel and how they are kept are superb... Access to all pools across all the various establishment under the parc hotel complex. Don't have a negative thing to say, would love to come back

Everything was perfect Tk you so much for making our stay so pleasant. Rooms so clean and well kept. Staff really friendly couldn’t ask for a better a**ospheres. Breakfast really fresh and tasty. Golf course very enjoyable and pro shop couldn’t have been more helpful.

Nice to have golf course right at the Hotel. The shuttle bus to Peschiera works very well too. Breakfast is very good and so was the dinner. The golf Club downstairs had a good pasta lunch and good birra!

Fantastic location, within a fantastic part of Italy. I thoroughly recommend this hotel as the one to stay at if wanting luxury accommodation, great lifestyle facilities, and a glorious view of the mountain ranges.

We stayed for 5 nights in the hotel on bed and breakfast. We stayed in an economy double room, it was clean and a good size. The breakfast could have had more variety. The food in the restaurant was good. Will definitely return again.
