Small building built in stone, typical of the mining town of Carbonia since its foundation. In the street there is the possibility of parking your car for free.

Kitchen at the entrance separated from the sleeping area and with fan. Equipped with a pantry for shopping. 40" TV and a small service balcony for rubbish to be stored separately in the appropriate containers. The kitchen is equipped with:
o Gas cooker
o Refrigerator with freezer;
o Electric oven;
o Pod coffee machine
o Moka coffee machine
or Microwave
o Cutlery (plates and crockery)
> Bedroom 1:
Air-conditioned double bed with built-in wardrobe. Light points on every single bedside table. Equipped with an office corner with desk. It overlooks the balcony of the house.
> Bedroom 2:
Double bed with fan. Light points I know every single bedside table. Equipped with an office corner and 32" Tv.
> Bathroom:
WC, bidet and shower with mixer, supplied with washing machine and cabinet for accessories.
> The neighborhood
On Saturday mornings there is the weekly market in Piazza Mercato, easy to reach on foot.
