Poco fuori Lucca ma in posizione strategica (pochi minuti in macchina e si arriva diretti fuori le mura della città) , una ”vecchia ” casa di famiglia trasformata in B&B , in cui si respira un'aria semplice e ospitale, la stessa che i suoi gestori mettono e trasmettono nella genuinità della loro accoglienza. Camera con aria condizionata e bagno dotato di fon a muro,entrambe pulitissimi. Lo spazio esterno un piccolo angolo di pace dove rilassarsi. Un soggiorno piacevolissimo che assolutamente consiglio.

Tutto incantevole, il giardino, il portico con la vite dove è servita la colazione, la zona piscina, il laghetto, la stanza col portichetto. La signora gentilissima, disponibile e sempre sorridente, ci ha cercato un posto per la cena all'ultimo minuto e ci ha dato consigli utili. Abbiamo prenotato una stanza standard sul sito del relais (conveniente rispetto ad altri siti), ma siamo poi stati collocati nella suite per un'altra prenotazione arrivata contemporaneamente. Non abbiamo usato sauna e idromassaggio, quindi non posso dire nulla al riguardo, ma la suite è proprio carina, spaziosa e con il letto rotondo. E' nella zona piscina, isolata dal resto della struttura, e gode di un portico privato con divanetto, protetto dal sole e separato dal giardino della piscina da un rampicante che rende questo spazio davvero rilassante e intimo. La piscina è ben tenuta e pulita, il giardino intorno molto spazioso, con gazebo e sdraio. La colazione è a buffet servita al tavolo sotto il porticato ricoperto dalla vite, tutto molto buono. All'interno della struttura c'è un ristorante fusion (gestione separata rispetto al relais) che non abbiamo provato, raggiungibile a piedi dall'albergo (circa 300 metri).c'è Da mi pa', dove si mangia veramente bene, cucina tipica Toscana. Noi siamo stati molto bene; sicuramente lo consigliamo e ci torneremo.

El hotel en el campo de Lucca, muchos europeos se quedan, limpio y ordenado. Enfrente está el Hospital San Luca, hay 2 rutas de autobús que pueden ir directamente a la estación de tren de Lucca en 5 minutos, lo cual es muy conveniente.

I must have started this review about 5 times because I don't really want to be negative, but then again I don't want to be positive either! We stayed here for one night, and it was enough - much like Pisa itself I feel - one day/night is enough! The location is well out of Pisa - taxi will cost in the region of €25, but if you like the idea of their thermal pools, saunas, etc it's worth it. Our room was a split level - bed above the en-suite with a decent sitting/chilling area downstairs. However I use the term ”chilling” ironically because the AC couldn't get near coping - despite having it working as hard as it could for the entire stay, it only managed to cool the room by less than one degree celsius. Opening the windows didn't help, but they opened into a corridor anyway, so privacy was a concern. Once you actually see a member of staff in the thermal baths/spa area (they seem to be rather sp**** and stay hidden - pretty sure I read that in someone else's review), they are lovely, but I genuinely felt awkward asking them to show us around - which is what the hotel receptionist had told us to ask! When we checked in, we were informed of a ”party” being hosted on the terrace that evening with food (not beverages) costing €90 each. We may have been tempted, but decided that given we were only there for one night, we'd eat in Pisa itself. On returning to the hotel we grabbed a couple of drinks at the bar and were invited (by who appeared to be the Food and Beverage manager) to enjoy our drinks on the terrace with the live music still playing - this was lovely and very thoughtful - certainly the highlight of our stay at the hotel. All in all, it's somewhat aged and needs a bit of TLC, possibly understaffed a little, and in a rural location. That said, the staff are very good and the location makes it wonderfully peaceful and relaxing. The thermal baths are beautiful and somewhat unique so it's very ”different” and for a night-or-two, you can't go wrong. I don't regret booking it, and if the AC had worked, so would probably have been a far more positive review.

Estructura acogedora, apartamento limpio y con todos los confortes. Personal disponible y bien formado. ¡Excelente la oportunidad de ir a la piscina con posibilidad de alquilar la sombrero y la cama! La única deficiencia no está prevista el servicio de restaurante, sin embargo en la zona hay excelentes restaurantes también recomendado por la estructura.

Lo elegí ya que tenía buen precio para hacer base y recorrer la zona. Cumplió mi objetivo. En general le falta renov****. La habitación era amplia pero el baño bastante pequeño. Le falta una tetera o hervidor de agua en la habitación para hacer más grata la estadía. El desayuno es muy completo con opciones saladas y dulces.
