This is a great hotel if you have young children, the entertainment crew seem to work around the clock keeping the little one's entertained sadly however, our youngest is 9 and didnt participate as he seemed much older than the other children there. The attraction park was good for all ages, It would have been nice to access this on an evening however, it closed at 6pm. We were a little disappointed to find the water slides much smaller than expected but we booked a day at the nearby water park and found we practically had this to ourselves. My oversight as I had not realised Magaluf literally shuts down end of October, there was next to nothing open outside of the hotel. We did manage to catch one of the last Pirate shows, excellent and worth every penny. ROOMS - we were in standard family room and felt it was not 4star accommodation, dated and small but it was clean and we had a balcony. I was gutted to find NO kettle in the room, its nice to be able to chill with a cuppa waiting for everyone else to get up on a morning without having to wait for breakfast starting to go all the way downstairs to come back for a coffee. I was also surprised to find no water/soft drinks stocked in room fridge as AI however, small supermarket opposite fixed that. FOOD - breakfast is awesome!! You have to get there early if you want waffles though. Sadly food was not that great after that. Pool bar snacks were often the breakfast leftovers or deep fried everything. Some days the potato was literally deep fried out of the fries. We did not starve though, plenty continental meats/cheese and breads.. some of the desserts were a bit too nice too. POOL - small for the size of the hotel, I did wonder how easy it would be to get sun loungers in peak season.. we had no problem while there however, the pool area was like a wind tunnel and baltic. We witnessed 2 guests concussed by a flying parasol, yet outside of the hotel grounds there was no wind and it was baking. There was always a couple of lifeguards on duty and they were on the ball peventing food around pool and guests from moving loungers. Overall we enjoyed our stay however we would not return , purely because we feel the hotel is better suited to families with younger children.
