En general el hotel esta bien, las camas algo dutas, lo peor es que el aire acondicionado es centralizado y no se puede apagar, estaba bastante fuerte y nos pegaba directo en la cama, tendrían que tener la posibilidad de poder cerrar la compuerta del a/c. El personal fue amable en todo momento.

El único lado positivo de esta estructura es que se encuentra a dos pasos del centro. Para el resto de experiencia que debe olvidarse! La estructura tiene un olor desagradable de astuto que se siente incluso por la calle y que en la habitación es realmente molesto, además en los corredores siempre alienta un fuerte olor a fumar cigarrillos. Para llegar a las habitaciones es necesario inerpicarse en una (o dos!) larga y rápida escalada que, teniendo un par de equipajes no muy ligeros a continuación, también puede ser bastante peligroso. Reservamos la habitación con desayuno, salvo que luego descubramos que el ” desayuno” consistía en un ”kit” que se dejaba directamente en la habitación (cosquito y cocina + una bolsa de té). Si se hubiera informado que el desayuno era de tal manera no habríamos pagado el suplemento! Nos pasó a pedir un papel higiénico adicional y no estaba disponible. La ducha tenía más o menos el tamaño de una caja! Es bastante fácil de colocar en la zona, pero casi exclusivamente a pago y sólo en la calle. El camino en el que se encuentra la estructura es bastante ruidoso hasta tarde la noche y de la mañana temprano.

Excelente estructura única de 5 Estrellas de Cagliari. Hotel nuevo con grandes habitaciones y bien decoradas. Excelente cama y limpieza. El hotel es sin duda el mejor de la ciudad y cuenta con un excelente restaurante. En la plaza también hay una excelente pizzeria. Completa el desayuno y el servicio en general bueno y en parte realizado por niños muy jóvenes con tanta voluntad de hacer. Sin duda, cuando regreso a Cagliari repitaría la experiencia. Excelente relación calidad-precio.

La ubicación es grande para explorar Sardegna. La estación de trenes está muy cerca como el puerto. Los trenes son eléctricos, por lo que no hay ruido. This hotel is lovely. Big, bright, well designed, it offers massive comfortable rooms and a great garden with a wonderful pool, few meters from both lagoon and beach. Our room was also super quiet and everything was very clean! Breakfast was delicious, great buffet with a very good offer of a bit of everything sweet and savoury. We tried the dinner too and we were really satisfied: very big buffet with interesting dishes, and plates constantly refilled for the guests that arrive later. The staff at the restaurant and at the reception was also welcoming and helpful, I really appreciated their kindness! I would definitely recommend it as base to travel around the south of the island and/or a few days of total relax.

The rooms were clean and spacious enough for two people. We really liked the location as it was central and close to everything, including the bus station. The bathroom was well equipped and even had a bidet. The staff was very helpful and they always tried their best to answer any questions we had. They even helped find contact numbers for parks we wanted to visit, and explained where to go. Breakfast was quite nice and had a nice selection of different foods and desserts every morning. The room seemed to always be warm, sometimes a little too warm. The only way to cool it down was through a window, though cooking smells from the restaurant next door would waft in. We would have liked it better if we had control over the air-conditioning in the room. We would have liked to have a kettle in the room for tea, but it wasn't a big issue since the hotel is surrounded by great cafés. We also ate dinner at the hotel, and though the food was delicious, it was a little pricey compared to the many restaurants in the vicinity. You might want to explore the area for more selection and possibly better prices for food. Overall, we had a lovely time and we look forward to visiting again. It was great value for our money, and it's a good place to stay if you want quick access to most of the interesting sites in the area.
