El servicio fue fenomenal, el personal allí fue muy amable y atento, cualquier problema o solicitud y mis necesidades fueron satisfechas. El hotel está muy limpio, la zona es tranquila sin molestias durante nuestra estancia. La habitación estaba equipada con aire acondicionado, lo cual era muy agradable después de regresar del calor. La habitación estaba limpia, con las camas muy cómodas. Lo único negativo de este lugar es que está en el medio de la nada, para llegar desde el aeropuerto hay que caminar 2 horas (hay que caminar por las autopistas) o tomar un taxi de 20 €. Además de esto, hay otros 30 minutos en autobús aproximadamente hasta el centro y unos buenos 20 minutos a pie hasta las tiendas más cercanas. El hotel en sí era excelente, sin embargo, la ubicación es un gran inconveniente para qued**** allí. Si no tiene automóvil, no vale la pena qued**** a menos que pueda organizar el viaje.

There was a fire right outside the hotel. We argued with the hotel manager for 4 hours to accept a refund for us to change hotel but she wouldnt agree.
The smoke got inside the lobby, corridors and rooms but she would still not agree with a refund.
No evacuation was planned either which is insane.

Great location 5 mins from airport, we were greeted by an extremely friendly and helpful staff member at check in. Great rooms, comfortable with all amenities. Had dinner on room service, great selection and good quality, would certainly go back!

When we arrived there was a fire just next to the hotel and smoke everywhere. People were panicking at the reception area when we arrived. I had difficulties to breathe. Question to you: Would you have a good feeling to check in at his situation? We kindly asked the employee on duty (reception) of this hotel if he is ok with the fact, we would like to cancel our reservation due to our health and safety. He laughed at me and said no. What an unprofessional reaction … Platinum member or not…. He just gave us the feeling, he wouldn’t care of any health and security of their customers. A mum was crying that she was afraid of your daughter left in the room. He screamed at the woman instead of calming her down. This situation escalated and the THE OWN COLLEAGUE (female) of the male colleague had to calm him down, as she realized that this behavior was shocking to everyone… clients and the employees as well. Unacceptable! The whole situation was a shame for IHG for showing no respect of safety for their clients. This was the worst experience I have made in any hotel so far. It was not possible for us to stay at this hotel due the conditions just mentioned above. We had to find another hotel for the night. What a shame in humanity. Never again I will chose Holiday Inn.

Spent one night here and booked due to location. This hotel is around 10 min from the airport. We had a 6am flight and the hotel arranged for taxi pick up at 445. The hotel is nice but feels very dated and in need of refurbishment. It had good air conditioning and wifi. They also offered free breakfast but I left too early to enjoy this offer. Would recommend if you have an early morning flight - otherwise would research other places.

I decided to stay for a night at his hotel so i could be near the Airport and enjoy the sun one more day in the pool.
The pool was very dirty, the sunbeds the dirtiest i have ever seen. Carpets in the corridors very dirty and old, teared in some parts which can be easily trip hazard.
Staff was very friendly. The restaurant had good food.
