Premier Inn Cardiff Bay

I loved how convenienty located the hotel was to mermaid Quay. It was also located near to a bus stop which took us to the city centre. The reception was really nice :) there are some constructions going on so our room had the windows covered (which I didn't prefer) but it was still nice

Close to the Cardiff Bay area and a very short bus to the main city and Cardiff Castle. Breakfast was excellent (but no muesli). Rooms spacious but no fridge (I think that the UK don't do fridges) we did enjoy our stay and would fully recommend staying here. Car park is next door at a multi carpark which is subsidised by the hotel @ 25 - 30%.

カーディフの滞在は二回目で、ベイエリアに滞在してみたいと思っていたのでここに宿泊できてて嬉しかったです☺︎サービスは簡易的ですが、スタッフはみなフレンドリーです。清潔感も保たれていて良かったです。Centralからも歩いて30分以内なので便利でした。またカーディフに滞在する際はこちらを利用します！

A one night stay at Cardiff Bay,good location but building enveloped in scaffolding & a lot of building work next to hotel but not a problem as we were out & about & Hotel is a good location for Cardiff bay & Mermaid Quay & we would stay again !!

From start to finish the staff couldn’t be more attentive and friendly! We were greeted by Lisa on check who was also there each evening to greet us after our days out! After we went to the P!nk concert we got to meet Wayne and the rest of the night team who again couldn’t be more helpful and we didn’t feel rushed as Wayne stopped for the chats twice while had a night cap. He was very helpful with recommendations of things to do in the area of which we managed to do most of them and it did make our holiday very enjoyable as everything he mentioned was so much fun and right on the button for us! Stacey was there each morning and also very nice as she managed breakfast and the reception and did it seamlessly! Thank you to everyone who made our stay so memorable! We will def be back if we are back in Cardiff again

We booked our holiday around a yr ago, we got the train from st austell up to cardiff direct, we left the station and walked to the hotel it took around 25 mins from cardiff central to the hotel, there is a train in the bay, when we arrived the hotel was having work done to the outside, we were on the 6th floor, we didnt have a view as the wondown had been covered over, in the mornings we didnt have breakfast as there are plenty of places to eat, but it did smell amazing, the room was as you expect, it was clean we did have to ask for towels as only one was in the room, the lifts were scary as they seemed to be jumpy, during the week one did break, we arrived back at the hotel during the day there was alot of noise from the work being done but we spent most of the time out and about, there is a bus stop about 3 mins away that takes u into the city and the train station in the bay is about a 10 min walk, we had our towels changed when asked and our room was cleaned when we had asked, we have stayed in cardiff and this hotel was by far the best, the staff were so friendly,x

No walk in showers even the adapted rooms have baths. They are currently refurbishing the outside of the building, so have blocked all the windows, due to the workmen being there. There was no view out. It was like staying in a prison. The extras in the room were poor, 2 tea bags and 2 coat hangers. It was clean and the staff were friendly even when complaining to them.

Hotel is ideal for Cardiff Bay and also travelling into town by bus. As usual beds are comfy and the rooms quiet. Unfortunately there are building works at the rear of the hotel which start at 7:30 in the morning and also currently scaffold on the front of the building where work is also going on. Handy for the Q Park car park next door. Tepid breakfast though and not helped having cold plates but all in all a positive experience

I have come to expect a very nice stay at premier inn hotels. Cardiff Bay was top class. Great room great location. Would have no hesitation to stay again on my next trip to Cardiff.
