City Hotel the Busan Metro

¡Nunca me quedaré en este hotel por segunda vez en mi vida! Ni siquiera se puede garantizar la seguridad más básica. No entiendo por qué existe un hotel así. ! Reservé una estadía de 2 noches, cuando me registré la primera noche, descubrí que no había cadena antirrobo en la puerta de la habitación y la puerta se abrió hacia afuera. ¡Esto significa que una vez que alguien abra mi puerta desde afuera, podrá entrar a mi habitación sin ningún obstáculo! ! Pero como esa noche ya era demasiado tarde, mi familia y yo no tuvimos más remedio que descansar. Durante el proceso no dormí mucho por el problema de la puerta, no dormí por un rato hasta casi el amanecer. En la mañana del segundo día, fui inmediatamente a la recepción del hotel para informar este asunto, y la respuesta que recibí fue que todas las habitaciones de este hotel no tenían enlaces antirrobo. ! Tengo 33 años y me he alojado en al menos cientos de hoteles, nunca me había encontrado con un hotel con tan mala seguridad, incluso sospecho que este hotel no ha considerado en absoluto la seguridad personal de sus huéspedes. Como turista en un país extranjero, realmente no puedo imaginar cómo debería responder y protegerme a mí y a mi familia si un extraño irrumpe en mi habitación a altas horas de la noche. Entonces propuse cancelar la estadía de la segunda noche y reembolsar el costo de la habitación de la segunda noche, pero el hotel se negó sin dudarlo. Me acerqué a Ctrip para negociar nuevamente, ¡pero el hotel aún no estuvo de acuerdo! ! En resumen, no importa qué apelación hiciera, el hotel sólo respondería fríamente: no, no, no, no, y no se expresó ninguna disculpa ni culpa en el proceso. Quizás lo más importante para un hotel es que el huésped ya haya pagado el dinero, por lo que no hay posibilidad de devolución, en cuanto a la seguridad del huésped, esperemos hasta que realmente ocurra un accidente.

En general fue una estancia realmente buena. El hotel está muy cerca de la salida 12 del metro. A menos de 2 minutos a pie. Varias tiendas convenientes cercanas. Lo mejor es la parada de autobús justo enfrente del hotel, que permite llegar fácilmente a los principales destinos de Busan. Muy recomendable. Sugeriría a los viajeros internacionales que elijan la habitación sin desayuno, ya que la selección de desayuno es muy limitada. Se quedará de nuevo el año que viene seguro.

The hotel was very clean, I found it very comfortable. The personnel helped with everything and was very kind. The bed was comfortable and the room was big enough for 1 person. The bathroom was big and very modern. I loved my stay there and I would recommend this hotel 100%. I hope I can have another chance to stay there.

A hotel built in 2022, thus their amenities are all newer. However, the hotel is lacking service in some of their younger staff (particularly a bespectacled young guy with a very strong American accent when he converses in English) Here are my review: 1)Location: Good. Their nearest Choryang station is near Busan KTX train station and Metro station. By Metro, it's near to Nampo Dong and Jalagchi fish market, BIFF street Gurkie and other traditional markets. The hotel facing the main road is very accessible. There is the Pudarak brand KFC (Korean Fried Chicken) outlet nearby that is good for supper. 2) Housekeeping/Cleanliness: Depending on who you get for housekeeping, some of them do not make the bed 🛏️ properly. There's a difference in afternoon shift housekeeping and morning shift (before 12 pm). The 1st 3 days, when we went out by 9-10 am, the housekeeping staff didn't make the bed when we returned. The last 2 days, the afternoon shift housekeeping does a better job. We are not bothered by it, as long as they do basic cleaning and change towels. 3) Amenities: All toiletries and room air-conditioning working well and in good conditions. There are USB plugs for charging but mostly slow charge. Nice big bathtub 🛁 to relax and suffice space for 3 persons to stay.

Listed down few things I would like to feedback as below during my 2 days staying: Pros 1. No doubt that the location of the Hotel is very convenient as it is very near to Busan station and Choryang station. 2. The Hotel allowed us to have early check in without additional charges due to our early arrival. Cons 1. Front desk staffs attitude - One of the front desk staff (A guy with spectacles) has very bad attitude when I asked him to reconsider let us have early check in. He rolled eyes to me and with bad tones saying that ‘NO’. I very confirmed and confident that I using a very gentle tones when asking him this question. - When I completing the check in procedures with another female staff, I feedback this incident to her and she apologies to us on behalf immediately (which is considered a good attitude) - second day of staying in the hotel, we noticed there is no towels are given after room service and my parents make a call to room service via internal phone to request sending over 3 towels to us. And the on duty staff asking us to go down take the towels by ourselves (which I think is unacceptable?). I make a second call to the front desk and eventually they agreed to send the towels to us. 2. Room cleanliness / hotel environment - when we enter the room, the desk was full with water stains and the corridor lights were very dim . - the room doesn’t not have safety locks

Easily accessible to metro and bus stations. Room is ok but lighting in the room not the best especially where the mirror/basin is. We stayed for three nights but for the first night, when we returned from our outing, we realised the room wasn’t made up. But the hotel staff was very helpful and kind. She immediately brought us new water bottles, help out change out the towels and replace the trash bags.

I rarely write reviews. This is my first time because the hotel is so good, very clean and close to the city. It is very convenient. There is a convenience store opposite the hotel. The hotel staff is very good. I asked him the location and he told me and printed out a map from the computer. It was really considerate. This is the first time I met such a good staff. I fell in love with Busan because everyone here is very friendly and can speak English. It is not as bad as Jeju Island.

Front desk staff are not approachable and not helpful. Security - anyone could just walk in and take a lift without reception noticing. The room is small. Bath and face towels were placed outside the bathroom - not practical. No place to hang towels and our clothes, so we had to purchase some (see photos).
