The kitchen is furnished with a nice high-top wood table and beautiful colonial windows with views to the front patio, It features a marble countertop, stainless-steel appliances, a gas stove, electric and microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, wine/drinking glassware and table linen. The utility room is furnished with washer/dryer.We have two ring security cámaras on the roof, one facing to the front and one facing to the back.This cámaras are another layer of security for our guests, they are pointed to the outer perimeters of the house and are only monitored at nights, mostly when the house is vacant.The back cámara can’t see the pool area giving our guests full privacy.My bi-lingual (English and Spanish) property manager Lety, is a native of Yucatan and part of our family. She is on call 24-hours a day.
