Awesome hotel! We were so pleased with everything about it. This is a perfect location and a marvelously friendly yet well-appointed place. They deserve every one of their 5 stars. We enjoyed cocktails at the bar every night, both bartenders were really good and friendly, the room was perfect (and large by European standards especially), and in short, one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in.

Excelente hotel. Luxuoso. Espaçoso. Excelente pequeno-almoço. Localização óptima. Apenas o ar condicionado dos quartos deveria ser melhor. Não permite controlo individual para o frio no Inverno e as janelas dão para o pátio interior e não dá para abrir.

The location is very good, right next to the grand place. However, the rooms are old and need to be updated. The sink in the bathroom and the woodwork had cracks. The corridors were dark and dingy. The lamps or coffee machine have to be disconnected to be able to charge one’s devices. There are no adapters or usb ports. The day we arrived, the bell boy was on holiday, so there was no one to help with the bags. The front office staff, other than the most junior of them, seemed totally disinterested. The room was hot in the night and the aircon panel did not work. When we told the front office staff that the air conditioning didn’t work adequately, they didn’t even acknowledge what we were saying, let alone offer any explanation or apology. The breakfast was fine, but the staff again showed very little interest in even asking if we wanted a cooked breakfast. Wouldn’t recommend.

Mi hija, esposo y yo nos alojamos en Abril en este hotel. Tomamos un paquete familiar y estuvimos muy contentos con todos los detalles que tuvieron con nuestra pequeña niña. El desayuno es excelente! Roomservice bastante bueno. El personal de recepción fue muy gentil y nos ayudó con una cita en uno de los almacenes que queríamos ir y con motivo del COVID era muy difícil acceder. Lo que superó nuestras expectativas.

La ubicación está genial, el trato del personal realmente buenísimo, gente super amable y tratando de ayudarte en todo momento, las habitaciones están bien. Por poner alguna pega, le pondría al restaurante/cafeteria, sobre todo a la hora de cenar, pero entiendo que debe ser aún secuelas de la etapa covid. -- Lo recomiendo.

Estuvimos dos noches en Bruselas con mi pareja y dos hijos adolescentes, estuvimos muy a gusto, el hotel está muy bien situado al lado del centro de la ciudad y bocas de metro, nada que destacar del lado malo de la estancia y el precio me pareció adecuado, el desayuno muy rico y completo, quizá faltaban croasans pero bien

El hotel está situado a una distancia de caminar de la estación de Sur. Mi habitación era moderna, espaciosa y limpia. La cama era excelente y el aire acondicionado estaba funcionando con no mucho ruido (la temperatura exterior era tropical). El hotel está bien situado, pero no se puede encontrar en el hotel. Como siempre, el conjunto de televisión tiene cargas de canales, pero no hay canales de habla flamenco/holandés, que me sorprendió desde que Bruselas debería ser bilingüe.

Este hotel se encuentra alejado de la Plaza Municipal, a más de 20 minutos en auto, y no hay servicios comerciales cercanos. Muy tranquilo por la noche. Desayuno estilo occidental, ducha en bañera. No se proporcionan kits dentales ni zapatillas. Para fumar es necesario salir de la habitación y salir al exterior. El agua del grifo en Bruselas no es potable y es necesario comprar agua embotellada. Hay un hervidor de agua en la habitación.

Nos hemos alojado cuatro noches en este hotel y todo ha ido muy bien. El hotel está muy bien situado, cercano al Parlamento Europeo y con parada de autobús, tren y metro muy cercanas. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y la nuestra tenía unas vistas fenomenales a una amplia plaza. La limpieza impecable. La cama muy confortable. El aire acondicionado silencioso. La habitación tenía un altavoz al que podíamos conectar el móvil y escuchar nuestra música. El desayuno es variado y abundante. No tiene restaurante pero tiene un espacio de restauración con platos elaborados que te puedes calentar en el microondas. La recepción ya marca que es un hotel moderno, con futbolín y mesa de billar. Y lo mejor de todo es el personal, muy atento y amable. Hablan español. En definitiva, un hotel mejor que muchos 4 estrellas.

Hotel de buen nivel : buen desayuno, buenas habitaciones y trato normal. Pero un gran defecto : Total falta de empatia con el cliente : Solicité una manta o un edredon fino, dado que el que ponen es muy grueso y caluroso, sin darme ninguna de las dos cosas, tanto el primer dia, como el segundo ( habiendo tenido tiempo para conseguirlo ) . Sus razones : Politica de la cadena. No disponen en ningun hotel de nada diferente en cualquier epoca del año. ¿ Se puede dar esa contestacion a un cliente y qued**** tan tranquilo ? Hay hoteles que hasta te cambian la almohada , si no es de tu ergonomia ; y algo tan sencillo como una manta no hay ni la mas minima intencion de conseguirla. El segundo dia una de las chicas de recepcion me ofreció las mantas que usan para cubrirse en la terraza los fumadores. Dije que no casi ofendido. Pero al tercer dia sin dormir por calor - frio (dependiendo que estuviera bajo el edredon o sobre el ) tuve que resignarme a intentar una solucion con estas mini mantas de terraza. Humillante e indignante. Espero no tener que volver nunca a esta cadena, que por otro lado esta bien, pero la atencion al cliente deja mucho que desear.

Este es un hotel muy elegante y amigable. La ubicación está un poco lejos de las atracciones turísticas, pero cerca de la metro y el ferrocarril es muy conveniente. El hotel está cerca de la sede de la UE, un poco lejos del niño que orina. Pero Bruselas no es demasiado grande y la distancia tampoco es demasiado larga. El hotel tiene una pequeña nevera, un pequeño balcón y una caja fuerte. El ambiente es bueno y se puede limpiar a diario, pero el calentador de agua del baño es un poco complicado.

Extremely disappointed on our 3rd anniversary We decided to spend our Easter Weekend in Belgium an so, to spend our first night to a 4star hotel. We found new hotel charlemagne, unfortunately rated too high for what they offered, or at least to us. When we arrived we were told there was no parking (although we specifically looked for that before booking and hence that’s why we chose that hotel). We have been given the keys for our room afterwards. From the corridor you could see the door was opened before we went in. Crums on the floor, and the cleaner turned up shouting that it “was clean” in french. Went to reception to request to be moved. We went to our second room. The first thing you could notice when entering the room was the smell of cigarette. Whoever stayed there before us, smoked. The aircon did not work so my partner s been freezing the whole time. We went again to the reception and we have been given the third room. Finally the third room was cleaner, but the aircon still didn’t work. They had a small heater from Rowenta to heat the room. In a 4 stars hotel!!!! Also, were we were, the balcony door would no lock so in terms of safety, that was not great. I want to thank to Simona for finding my coat as I have left it in one of rooms while switching rooms. She has been great in managing our situation and other guests at the same time. Just to add: how a 4 star hotel has only 1 receptionist checking in, running up and down, dealing with complaints etc. all at the same time? Or one cleaner whom is expected to clean all the rooms and not miss anything? The only thing that keeps this hotel open are the receptionist and cleaner. There was no management whatsoever. How is it safe to only have one person at the reception? For a 4 star hotel, the experience was awful, we will definitely not return and we won’t recomend this hotel to anyone especially if you have children. Unless you want them to freeze in the rooms. Luckily we chose, for our trip to spend each night in a different city, therefore we havent booked this one for more than one night.

Hotel increíblemente bien ubicado. Justo en el centro de Bruselas, todo es accesible a pie. Habitación espaciosa, baño bonito y limpio a pesar del inodoro encajado entre una pared y un lavabo. (No abuses de las patatas fritas y los waffles de lo contrario gastarás más) El hotel tiene una gran ventaja. Sin embargo, el gran problema de este hotel es el servicio. El servicio es deplorable, bienvenida helada, sin sonrisa, hola arrancar, no por favor, no gracias ... las expresiones de cortesía se olvidan. Al llegar, me pidieron una tarjeta bancaria y un cédula de identidad, ok, se la doy. El blanco es palpable en la habitación. Luego le pregunto por qué ingresa mis números de tarjeta porque yo tenía todo en Internet, respondió espontáneamente ”Beh por el depósito”. No se preocupe, esto es comprensible, sin embargo, él solo pudo decirnos, y también darnos la cantidad que se iba a bloquear, que solo vi porque miré en el TPE ... muy pocas compras nuevamente. Encontramos dos problemas bastante básicos. Nos quedamos sin papel higiénico, así que le pregunté a la recepcionista si podía dárnoslo, la respuesta fue ”¿Abon? Oh, bueno, estoy asombrado. Espera, veré si puedo encontrar eso para ti”. Muy sorprendidos por esta reflexión, tuvimos la impresión de haber robado papel higiénico, nos fuimos con las manos vacías, papel higiénico en mano. Además pedimos 3 veces a 3 empleados diferentes que cambiaran una bombilla que ya no funcionaba en nuestra habitación, algo que nunca se hizo a pesar de quedarnos 3 noches. Muy decepcionado por esta considerable falta de servicio / cortesía para un cuatro estrellas ... Lástima porque este hotel tiene un gran potencial. Ps: todavía estoy esperando mi correo electrónico de facturación.

En primer lugar, el hotel es el mismo que el de la imagen. También en el centro de la ciudad. Recibirás el mensaje en la parte inferior. Habrá una contraseña para la primera puerta. Después de ingresar, hay una contraseña para el segundo buzón. Luego obtenga la tarjeta de la habitación. La señora de la recepción fue muy educada y servicial con nosotros. El primer día sentí que el piso era demasiado bajo y peligroso. El servicio de atención al cliente de Ctrip respondió y me cambié a una nueva habitación al día siguiente. Como resultado, una mujer extranjera abrió la puerta al tercer día. Hotel Oolong dio la llave equivocada. Me asustó. Si no estaba en la habitación en ese momento. Qué hacer si se pierde el dinero.

Very practical for work in the EU district as it's within walking distance of almost everything (not so much for sightseeing), quiet and pleasant area. Frequented by travelers in EU Parliament business. Nice bed, very well appointed and spacious room, and efficient service. All you expect from a 4-star hotel and some nice extra touches (large jacuzzi bath in my room, at least), plus originality -not gaudiness- in the decoration. Due to shortness of stay and time of the year I missed some more extra touches. Also, surprisingly good value in an expensive city. Recommended.
