Los mejores hoteles con spas en Brujas

El hotel Casselbergh es majestuoso y acogedor al mismo tiempo. Sus salones, su recepción, su fachada, sus pasillos y sus habitaciones le dan el toque perfecto a todo lo que un viajero espera de Brugge. Toda esa majestuosidad, con la esencia de otra época y todas las comodidades modernas. La ciudad se recorre caminando y el hotel está ubicado en el corazón de la ciudad. En éstas vacaciones recorrimos varias ciudades de Europa y sin lugar a dudas el hotel Casselbergh fue el más maravilloso en el que nos hospedamos. La atención a los detalles y la limpieza insuperable. Su personal de lo más amable. Lo único que lamentamos es haber pasado tan poco tiempo ahí. Si visitan Brugge, definitivamente reserven en el Grand Hotel Casselbergh y quédense por al menos 2 noches.

El hotel es muy lindo, limpio, acogedor, amplias habitaciones, la recepción muy atenta, hacen el esfuerzo de hablarte en tu idioma, lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación, está a pocos pasos de los lugares más hermosos de brujas. Lo recomiendo a ojo cerrado. Si hubiera sabido que este lugar y hotel eran tan lindos abría programado otra noche más allí y se la quitaría a Ámsterdam.

Entorno: Es un hotel bastante espacioso en Europa, los alrededores son muy tranquilos, el hotel está muy limpio y el hotel temático de bicicletas es bastante distintivo. Hay grandes supermercados y gasolineras en las proximidades del hotel. Servicio: La recepción es muy íntima y todos los aspectos están en su lugar. El personal de servicio del restaurante también es muy bueno. Transporte: A unos 3 kilómetros del centro de la ciudad, es conveniente salir y conducir en automóvil. Aparcamiento: El hotel cuenta con un aparcamiento interior de pago, así como un gran aparcamiento gratuito al aire libre, que es bastante seguro. Comidas: Hay buffet por la noche, 30 euros, que es comparable al precio del restaurante exterior. Si quieres comer más Michelin de alta gama, puedes salir a las afueras y habrá muchas sorpresas. Dispositivo en la habitación: hay una máquina de café de cápsulas, sin zapatillas, sin cepillo de dientes, sin toalla, sin coloración amarillenta

El hotel Dukes' Palace constituye una buena opción de alojamiento en Brujas. Es moderno, tiene todas las comodidades, las habitaciones son muy amplias y confortables(cama King size), y el baño (amplísimo) cuenta con bañera y ducha en piezas separadas. Las zonas comunes son muy lujosas y cálidas al mismo tiempo, mezclando la modernidad con el clasicismo de manera equilibrada, haciendo que la atmósfera sea acogedora. El hotel se encuentra emplazado en una zona muy tranquila, a sólo unos metros de la calle que conduce a la Grote Markt en apenas unos minutos. En cuanto al desayuno, se puede afirmar sin ninguna duda que es muy completo y variado (está todo bien presentado y servido). El hotel pertenece a la The Swan Hotel Collection, cadena que cuenta con otros tres hoteles en Brujas, uno de ellos el hotel Casselbergh, que nos pareció otra muy buena opción de alojamiento en Brujas. En resumen, el Dukes' Palace es, sin duda, una buena elección para disfrutar de unos días en Brujas.

Having stayed several times at the Dukes Palace, Bruges, and this being a sister hotel, I expected a similar standard. It's not. Reception staff cold, unfriendly and frankly, unhelpful. Booked a parking space, but one had not been reserved for me (there's only four parking spaces at the hotel - and one of those was being used by the hotel manager). Was told I would have to leave my car in a public car park. I did not want to do this for security reasons. Having visited Bruges around 20 times, I am fully aware that parking is extremely limited, hence the reason I booked the car park. They had no record of me booking the car park (booked through Hotels.com) and did not have any spaces available (if I had been the hotel manager, I would have offered to move my car for my guest - the fact that this didn't happen tells you everything). I took it upon myself to pop over to its sister hotel, the Dukes Palace, and explained my situation. The staff there were very helpful and said I could park my car in their car park. Why couldn't the receptionist at the Dukes Arches arrange that? Absolute zero customer service. Bar area, whilst very nicely appointed, completely lacked atmosphere, despite being quite busy. Breakfast service was good. Staff within the breakfast room were very helpful and friendly. Courtyard room lacked a courtyard view (please see photo). Bed was very comfy. I was concerned about the low water temperature in the bathroom (I'm familiar with legionella) and reported this to the reception staff. Met with a shrug of the shoulders! Be aware that with the ground floor courtyard rooms, there is a corridor off the car park to access these. The external door does not closely very well and with cars coming and going, the corridor fills with car exhaust fumes. Overall, very disappointed. I will be coming back to Bruges (fabulous place), but will never stay at this hotel again.

I loved. The location, the breakfast, the room and the hotel itself I loved. I would definitely go to this place again and recommend it to anyone who told me that I would go to Bruges to visit it. ------ Me encantó. Cuando llegamos al lugar interfonamos y la puerta se abrió automáticamente. Dejamos las maletas en el hotel es que fuimos a pasear. Al volver al final del día había una envoltura con la indicación del número de la habitación. El día siguiente interfonamos para realizar el pago. Increíble. El hotel está en el centro . Sólo encontré un poco empobrecido, quizás por la dinámica de funcionamiento.
