Room Suite very fantastic for big family and very enjoy for stay here. All staff very frendly & a big clap for Mr Joe entertain our family and explains about this resorts. He very frendly This resort very recommended 👍👍👍 and food sangat sedap especially nasi lemak 😍 Our dinner steamboat very delicious too. Parking very easy and resort near to centrum.

Clean and New Facilities, with hot and cold water refill station. Breakfast can be improved, cuz its RM30

We stayed in superior king room for a night. The room is small and the main problem is the ventilation of the room is totally out! It's very stuffy even though we opened the window. In terms of cleanliness , the bedsheet got stained. This room got no soundproof. People walking by the corridor we can hear since our window is open. The breakfast is simple breakfast, at least taste not bad. Will definitely not to stay here again. The price is consider high for such a small room with totally ventilation of the room is out!

The hotel is located close to Centrum Mall, which is convenient for food. Other than that, the rooms are really small, and Grab is impossible, so will need to have front desk call taxi and book tours separately.

Trip.com is lie,I’ll book 2 room received 1 room price rm 1034, and I booked another room 2 night 1 room at rm 450 , really disappointed for this app I think won’t dude it booking again

clean but tiny room - no fridge, no facilities at all - too pricey for such a room. Wanted to have breakfast there but at RM30++ per pax, there were a small buffet spread - not worth the money

One of the worst hotel I have ever experienced. 1. No air conditioning 2. No fridge 3. Personnel refused to bring glasses to the room, explaining that there is no room service and if we want to eat or drink we must go to restaraunt. What a stupid behaviour, never met this ever in my experience in hotels all over the world. 4. Be careful if price is higher than around 30-40 USD, this type of hotel can’t worth more. 5. We booked hotel in advance for 120 USD family room without breakfast, day before the price on every site was less(90) including even half board meal. Hotel has unreasonable pricing policy. And such price for such a service quality is ridiculous. Staff even didn’t have an idea to propose free breakfast to increase loyalty. Plus is that room was quite clean and had smart TV. Bathroom facilities are low quality and out-dated, but is usual for Malaysia.

Hotel has been refurbished about 2 years ago if not wrong. Relatively new. So everything works and clean. No frills simple room for the night. Unremarkable 3 star hotel decor. basic room is rather small. Slippery tiles in the bathroom. Kids n old folks take care. every room comes with a thermos flask to be refill at filtered hot water station at the corridor. Vibe of the place is layback and quaint. Bigger family rooms has balcony with better views. Got to book early. Ample outdoor parking. There is a construction next door so I won’t advice for long residency or as a getaway to write a novel.

My stay at Springhill Resort_ Cameron Highlands was truly wonderful. Nestled amidst lush greenery, the resort offered breathtaking views of the surrounding tea plantations and misty mountains. The cozy and well-appointed rooms provided a comfortable sanctuary after days filled with exploration. The staff's warm hospitality and impeccable service were remarkable, ensuring a memorable experience.

There is no soundproofing so you can hear everything outside of your room (people talking, kids, housekeeping carts wheeling by on the tiles). There is a nice sitting area with fresh air and nice views (it’s down the hall from reception). The men that work there are very nice and helpful. I wouldn’t recommend staying in Brinchang as it’s all uphill and the resort is uphill from the town. The town itself is very rundown and has an unhappy vibe. Tanah Rata is better - the town is flat and you get much better and happier town.
