«Una excelente elección para nosotros, ya que queríamos un hotel cerca de Taksim, pero no exactamente en Taksim, para evitar el ruido nocturno. Pero considerando la zona europea, es un hotel muy bueno, limpio y estupendo. Buen desayuno. Excelentes servicios. El personal fue amable y el hotel en sí está muy bien construido. La desventaja es: no hay nada alrededor del hotel, tienes que caminar 10 minutos para encontrar una pequeña tienda (en el outlet)

La imagen 56 es el desayuno del hotel.
Transporte: la estación Kazlicesme está cerca de B1 y Mamaray. Se tarda entre 5 y 10 minutos en caminar después de salir de la estación. Aunque está un poco remota, afortunadamente no hace que la gente se sienta insegura.
Higiene: limpio y ordenado, nada que decir
Servicio: nivel normal
Instalaciones: Hay un pequeño gimnasio, que está bastante bien.

UUsuario invitadoEstambul está llena de estafas y es bastante aburrida, por lo que aloj**** en un hotel cómodo es realmente importante. Esta es la segunda vez que me alojo en el Ritz y creo que debería ser el mejor hotel del mundo. Por ejemplo: la ropa de cama es cómoda y tiene almohadas viscoelásticas, y el servicio de habitaciones es muy atento (si necesitas dos botellas de agua, te darán seis botellas de agua). El gimnasio es grande y completo, el spa también es bueno. La actitud de servicio de todos es excelente, el desayuno es normal pero la vista es buena y la cena es Michelin.
El único inconveniente es que hay que coger un taxi para salir. Está un poco lejos para caminar y se tarda un poco en llegar a la calle.

4 edificios conectados por un pasillo y vestíbulo común.
Debido a su proximidad al Gran Bazar, el hotel siempre está lleno.
Algunas habitaciones tienen vistas a la mezquita Laleli. Ten esto en cuenta si planeas recuperar el sueño...
Algunos están directamente encima del restaurante de desayuno.
Algunas de ellas dan al patio interior, es decir, sus ventanas miran al vestíbulo.
Las habitaciones son pequeñas, y en el 4º piso son como ”casas de pájaros” en el ático...
El wifi es decente.
El desayuno es típico y monótono, aunque te fríen la tortilla delante.
Hay que pedir mucho para conseguir zumo de naranja...
La sauna es pequeña, el baño de vapor necesita reformas, hay muy poco vapor, pero el hammam no está mal.
A la hora de elegir un hotel hay que tener en cuenta los detalles.

AAnastasiospapadakisWe truly loved every bit of demiray hotel from the aesthetic of the reception , the rooms , the breakfast , the rooftop view everything if I were you and I was looking for a perfect hotel in istanbul I would not search anymore let me be more specific:
We were greeted by the beautiful Ezgi at the reception with a smile and friendly attitude that made us feel like we were visiting friends and family , since i also work in the same field this is what we strive for a perfect check in , she politely gave us complimentary tea and turkish coffee and handed us the keys to the room always eager to help us with any information after explaining the times of breakfast and the hotels included free access areas ( swimming pool, hammam , turkish bath , sauna ) , Hasan the bellboy then took our stuff explaining in detail what is included in the room water and the amenities were complimentary tap water is not safe to drink in istanbul but all the bellboys always brought us water anytime we needed and with a smile .
In the first night we stayed in the hotel we had a issue with the shower phone it was fixed but It broke again the next day , Mert who was at the night shift at the time gave us a complimentary upgrade and also he told us that if possible the change could happen on his shift and not the other shift , I write this down because since I work on this field i find Mert to be a very good , hardworking professional and excellent colleague since he solved a issue so quick in order to not bother the next shift , truly a excellent receptionist and he has my respect . On the third day of our stay we did a huge walk from taksim to the Hotel but we didn't eat anything we arrived back at the hotel and we wanted to order food , Emroh when I told him my request which as a front office manager myself i know it is not a part of the receptionist duties especially at night , immediately spoke with his colleague and they ordered us a pizza which was amazing we left the cash and went to the room , it shows Emroh can go above and beyond for demiray hotel customers and deserves a big applause . On the last day I requested a late check out to Emroh which was accepted and it made us very happy since we could come back take a shower and leave , the hotel has a luggage room which was very convenient .
As for the breakfast it was Huge with great cold and warm options which change everyday , Cansu and the rest of the staff always assisted us with a smile and made our day from the beginning ! I have to applaud the housekeeping team esma and selma which cleaned the room to perfection and made us a beautiful design see picture bellow and since we know housekeeping is difficult for everyone we tried our best to keep the room as clean as possible .
Our room was beautiful with a bathtub and it had an beautiful design and a very comfortable big sized bed . The rooftop has a 360 view of the bosphorus with view of the Hagia Sophia Galata and all the other mosques trully amazing ( Photos bellow ) .
One of the most important things to note which impressed us is that Ugur the manager was always on duty ready to help, he spoke perfect English and he also looked the part with a stunning suit and a beautiful red patterned tie , it is very important for the hotel to have a nice team and this is what the manager does the best , as a front office manager myself I know Ugur has made an amazing team consisting of great all rounded receptionists that all in their unique ways made our stay memorable and amazing and deserves a big applause for his work .
We truly loved everything and everyone at the Demiray Hotel and we cannot wait to be back soon .
