Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It is new, beautiful, pleasant and very clean. The room was comfortable, and we especially appreciated having a coffee machine — it may seem like a small detail, but even many good hotels in Istanbul do not have one, so this was a great plus. Unfortunately, however, the service currently falls noticeably short of the level of the hotel itself. 1. When we arrived, there was hardly any welcome at all. We would have appreciated a little more attention from the very beginning — even something as simple as a warm greeting. 2. Water and coffee were brought to our room only after the first night. On the following days, housekeeping did not come to our room at all, although we could hear the staff servicing other rooms on our floor. 3. It was my birthday during our stay, but there was absolutely no attention or even a small birthday greeting from the hotel. For a hotel of this level, I believe this is an important part of being guest-oriented and providing a good experience. 4. Overall, the staff were not particularly welcoming throughout our stay. Almost no one greeted us during our entire time at the hotel. The only time we received any personal attention was around 1 a.m., when we were returning from celebrating my birthday and a member of staff wished us good night. Unfortunately, that was about it. Before staying at this hotel, we stayed at another hotel in Istanbul, where almost every staff member we came across would greet us. Because of that, the difference in the level of service was especially noticeable. At check-out, we were offered a postcard and were given a red bracelet with an evil-eye charm. It was a thoughtful gesture in itself, but unfortunately, by that point it did not change our overall impression of the service. Especially since the gift is offered at check-out and guests are then immediately asked to leave a review. I simply don’t think it would be fair to leave a positive review about the staff when there are still such noticeable shortcomings in the level of service and attention to guests. That said, I would still recommend the hotel itself. It is beautiful, new and has a lot of potential. I sincerely hope the management will pay more attention to the service and the guest experience. It would be a real shame for such a beautiful hotel to lose some of its appeal simply because of a lack of attention to guests. I hope you will improve the service and maintain the high standard that this beautiful hotel deserves. With better hospitality, the overall guest experience could truly match the level of the property.

El hotel es nuevo, cómodo y muy cómodo, a poca distancia a pie de todo. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. No obstante, nuestras habitaciones no tenían esa configuración, así que era mucho más espacioso, aunque se etiquetaba como el mismo tipo de habitación. Limpio, volveré la próxima vez. Es muy cómodo y rápido tomar la B1 hasta el casco antiguo, generalmente hay pocos turistas y esta es una zona donde vive la gente local. Había un castillo al lado del accidente, muchos de los muros se derrumbaron y había varios castillos más con 5 yuanes escritos en la puerta. Los lugareños fueron muy amables, dos señoras mayores me llevaron allí y descubrieron que estaba cerrado. A pesar de la barrera del idioma, todavía podemos comunicarnos. Hay una escuela al lado y hay un outlet a pocos minutos a pie, donde se puede experimentar la vida cotidiana de los turcos. De hecho, el centro comercial es similar a una pequeña ciudad durante el Año Nuevo, y hay también máquinas de garras y parques infantiles. Visite un país y vea más de la vida de los lugareños. Y no sólo ir a donde van los turistas.

El hotel tiene una ubicación increíblemente conveniente: la parada del tranvía está a solo tres minutos a pie, el metro también está cerca y las terminales de ferry a unos diez minutos. Todo lo que puedas necesitar está cerca, incluyendo casas de cambio con buenos tipos de cambio, pastelerías, restaurantes y las principales atracciones turísticas. El hotel y nuestra habitación fueron excelentes. El interior era agradable, limpio y moderno, y había espacio suficiente para dos personas. La habitación se limpiaba a diario y el servicio y el personal fueron estupendos. La señal wifi era fuerte y fiable. Nuestra habitación estaba en el tercer piso y daba a una callejuela encantadora. Hay una mezquita cerca, por lo que la llamada a la oración se oye bastante fuerte; algo a tener en cuenta. Se ofrece un desayuno buffet que se puede pagar en el hotel. La comida era fresca y sabrosa, con una buena selección. Sin embargo, también se puede desayunar por aproximadamente la mitad de precio en las cafeterías cercanas al hotel. El único inconveniente fue la piscina. La piscina en sí era agradable, aunque no muy grande. Sin embargo, es obligatorio usar gorro de natación :( Puedes comprar uno en el hotel por 5 €, pero nadar con él no es muy cómodo. El hotel también tiene una terraza en la azotea con restaurante. Las vistas de la ciudad y del Bósforo son fantásticas, pero lamentablemente no pudimos probar la comida, ya que la cocina no abre hasta las 18:00. El hotel tiene entradas por dos calles diferentes, lo cual es muy práctico. Además, está dividido en dos edificios contiguos, así que no te confundas :) Sin duda me alojaría de nuevo en este hotel en mi próxima visita :)

Reservé la habitación más económica, en la primera planta. La habitación era pequeña, pero tenía todas las comodidades necesarias. Llegué tarde por la noche y había alguien en recepción, así que no hubo problemas. Sin embargo, el aislamiento acústico era muy deficiente; parecía tener suelo de madera y se oía todo lo que pasaba arriba. Lo mejor era la ubicación: está justo al lado de la plaza Taksim, lo que facilita ir a cualquier sitio.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, todas las atracciones de la zona de Fatih se encuentran a poca distancia. Mucha gente escribe reseñas sobre el ruidoso tranvía; de hecho, no es tan ruidoso, no nos molestó en absoluto, aunque vivíamos en el segundo piso. Y tampoco camina de noche. Pero había otro problema: prácticamente no había aislamiento acústico en el pasillo, por lo que las conversaciones y los portazos, especialmente de noche, causaban algunos inconvenientes. El desayuno es bastante monótono y modesto, pero en general normal y abundante. Todo fue genial con el personal, nos registraron incluso antes de la hora de check-in. También hay empleados de habla rusa para quienes esto es importante. Nuestra habitación era triple, no particularmente espaciosa, pero limpia y muy cómoda para tres personas, todas tenían camas dobles. Y solo estábamos en la habitación para pasar la noche, de lo contrario no tenía sentido ir a Estambul)

الفندق جميل لكن الغرف صغيرة جدا والتكيف يبرد ويصير حار كانه هم الي يتحكمون فيه حجزت بالفطور وكان الفطور لذيذ الغداء كان نوعا ما جيد لكن سعره مبالغ فيه

Great appartments, wonderful facilities around the hotel compound. Found the cleaning staff in particular to be very helpful and friendly, specifically Sebahat and Nurgyl. When I noticed that the bedroom window was a little dusty they very cheerfully went and got everything needed to clean the windows there and then and they did it with a smile. Lovely to see and thank you!

The hotel is beautiful and clean . The staff were very friendly and helpful at check-in. What I did not like about the hotel : - Our room was never cleaned ,we would go out all day and come back to find dishes from last night dinner . - There were cats all over the hotel inside , everywhere , the lobby, restaurant , the pool ,it’s like a cat rescue or RSPCA - None of the staff spoke English , even basic English - The restaurant staff were worse ,due to communication breakdown room service orders were sometimes wrong. Had room service all the time cos the whole place had cats . - Location is the killer - it’s extremely far from any attractions ,shopping or Turkey experiences I would recommend for aesthetics - it looks beautiful, the entrance and lobby is amazing ,minus the cats, the pool area is good and the rooms are clean and spacious . For holiday and exploring Turkey do not go there

Ontbijt kon veel uitgebreider vind ik, ik verbleef eerder in ramada hotels en het ontbijt was veel luxer. We waren er op een dinsdag en de roof was gesloten wat erg jammer was, woensdag zouden we weer terugvliegen. Voor de rest was de service goed.
