Si alguna vez visita Puerto Princesa, el hotel Astoria Palawan es sin duda el mejor lugar para alojarse. Está dividido en varias secciones y le recomiendo encarecidamente elegir la sección ”Nest”. La piscina está justo enfrente de su habitación y la playa a pocos metros. El personal es increíble y muy amable. Este hotel incluso tiene su propio parque acuático. Por la noche, puede disfrutar del restaurante con piscina mientras ve el espectáculo de fuego o la danza tradicional filipina. También hay muchos lugares fotografiables para Instagram.

We had an amazing stay at Sheraton Palawan! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive, especially the front office team who made us feel right at home. Their smiles and professionalism truly set the tone for our vacation. A very special mention goes to Hassanul Caye from the restaurant — he went above and beyond in accommodating our requests and made every dining experience extra memorable. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options that kept us looking forward to every meal. The pool is impressively huge and perfect for both relaxation and fun, while the updated amenities gave us that modern yet cozy feel we were looking for. On top of it all, the breathtaking mountain view added such a serene and refreshing touch to our stay. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. Sheraton Palawan is truly a place where hospitality meets comfort, and we can’t wait to come back again soon!

El personal es sin duda el punto fuerte del complejo, siempre sonriente y siempre servicial. Piscina con vista al mar y desayuno con vista. Desayuno buffet variado. Habitación moderna, espaciosa y limpia. Es posible reservar diversas excursiones e incluso la scooter en el establecimiento. Transporte gratuito al aeropuerto.

A hidden paradise!  Located in a kinda secluded and very peaceful brgy, this beautiful work of art resort saved us from being grumpy after getting stuck in the middle of typhoon. Staff and their service was above and beyond. With their warm smile and accommodating nature, we couldn’t be happier.  We thought they’re the best part addition to this place!  Facility - top tier! Every thing was well thought, from the details to your needs, name it and its there.  Food was good and every day they offer different breakfast selections and wow! Delish!  Pool bar is a great touch too and the cocktails esp the sangria was delicious!  We’re travellers and this is the first time we fell inlove with a resort. It was a great experience and we will definitely be back next year with our family! Thank you so so much Carpe Diem! You made our vacation very very special and unforgettable!

Desde el momento en que llegamos al hotel después de un largo vuelo, fuimos recibidos por un equipo excepcional de personal que hizo todo lo posible para garantizar nuestra comodidad y satisfacción. A pesar de las numerosas maletas que llevábamos a cuestas, todos los miembros del personal, desde el guardia hasta el recepcionista, nos ayudaron con entusiasmo, haciéndonos sentir verdaderamente valorados como huéspedes. Debemos hacer una mención especial para Henry en la recepción, cuya hospitalidad y profesionalismo se destacaron durante nuestra estadía. Desde organizar nuestro traslado al aeropuerto hasta facilitar nuestro check-in y check-out, la dedicación de Henry para garantizar que se cumplieran nuestras necesidades fue evidente en todo momento, lo que lo convirtió en un verdadero activo para el hotel. Al entrar en nuestra habitación, nos sorprendió gratamente su acogedor encanto. Si bien puede que no tenga la elegante modernidad de los establecimientos más nuevos, la habitación ofrecía todo lo que necesitábamos y más. El cómodo mobiliario, junto con las comodidades pensadas para nosotros, nos proporcionó un refugio relajante después de un día de viaje. Uno de los aspectos más destacados de nuestra estancia fue el desayuno bufé gratuito que se ofrece en el Citystate Asturias Hotel. Con una amplia variedad de opciones para elegir, desde delicias locales hasta platos internacionales, el desayuno superó nuestras expectativas tanto en variedad como en sabor. Fue un comienzo agradable para nuestro día, que marcó el tono para una estancia memorable en Puerto Princesa. En general, nuestra experiencia en el Citystate Asturias Hotel estuvo marcada por una hospitalidad excepcional, alojamiento cómodo y opciones gastronómicas deliciosas. Para cualquiera que busque un refugio acogedor en Puerto Princesa, este hotel es muy recomendable, gracias a su atento personal, sus acogedoras habitaciones y sus suntuosas ofertas de desayuno.

Super na-enjoy ko ang stay ko sa Hollywood Hotel Puerto Princesa! From check-in hanggang check-out, very accommodating and friendly ang staff. Ramdam ko talaga yung warm welcome at excellent customer service nila. 😊 Malinis at maayos ang room, very comfortable ang bed, and cozy pero classy ang ambiance ng hotel. Perfect for solo travelers like me who want peace and comfort. Highlight din ng stay ko ang experience sa Sir KC’s Bar and Restaurant. Masarap ang food, generous ang servings, at maganda ang presentation. The drinks were also great, and relaxing ang vibe—perfect for unwinding after a long day. 🍽️🍹 Convenient din ang location since malapit sa airport and other key areas in Puerto Princesa. Overall, sobrang worth it ang stay ko. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel! 🌴✨

Gran hotel resort, ambiente muy tranquilo y relajante. Sin embargo, este complejo tiene un pequeño potencial si el personal presta más atención a sus huéspedes pero alguien habla regularmente en sus teléfonos, la piscina se limpia con regularidad y la bañera está realmente tibia o caliente. Además, pedimos batido de sandía y olía a cebolla. Lo mismo sucedió cuando probé la fruta fresca de la mañana. Cortésmente les dije que prestaran atención ya que es un lugar increíble pero puede ser mucho mejor. Por último, el desayuno incluido solo se limita a un elemento del menú de desayuno que no se especifica claramente en el momento de la reserva. La claridad es importante. ¡Gracias! Abraham... Canadá con amor y mejor servicio.

La habitación que nos ofrecieron es nueva y tiene la mejor vista al mar, pero presenta las siguientes deficiencias: (1) solo funcionaba uno de los dos ascensores, y una noche el otro no funcionaba y nos vimos obligados a subir a pie hasta el sexto piso por una escalera incompleta; (2) generadores ruidosos que perturban la tranquilidad del ambiente; (3) la habitación DELUXE no dispone de albornoz, peine ni secador de pelo; (4) el nivel de sonido del televisor no se puede ajustar; (5) el spa, el chorro/sauna, aún se calienta antes de la recepción de los huéspedes. Esto requiere mejoras.

Pros: -Very accommodating and polite staff -Clean rooms and common areas -Convenient paid airport pickup and drop-off (₱1,100 pickup via hotel van, ₱600 drop-off via taxi arranged by the hotel) -Well-maintained swimming pool (approx. 4 ft deep) -Lounge sunbeds by the pool overlooking both the pool and the beach -In-house restaurant and small bar available -Housekeeping is attentive and regularly checks if cleaning is needed -Comfortable bed; towels and linens smelled and felt clean -Beach towels available upon request at reception -Beach view is nice, though only accessible at high tide (around 6:00 PM) Cons: -Very isolated location; nothing to see or do outside the hotel -Free hotel shuttle to Robinsons Mall is helpful but limited to scheduled times -Breakfast is not worth purchasing if not included in the room First two days were buffet-style and okay Last two days were plated and disappointing (small portions, food served cold, long waiting time) -Air-conditioning in our room was a bit noisy, which was inconvenient since I was working -Limited activities within the hotel aside from the pool -Restaurant food and drinks are quite pricey; we relied on Grab deliveries most of the stay Suggestions for Improvement: Keep breakfast buffet-style permanently to improve food quality, temperature, and waiting time Improve coordination of breakfast orders Consider adding more in-house activities or more affordable dining options Final Thoughts: A clean and comfortable hotel with excellent staff, best for guests who plan to relax within the property. Improvements in breakfast service and minor facility upgrades would greatly enhance the overall experience.

We stayed 1 night, for easy access to the airport. Walking distance to the bayside walk and lots of restaurants and bars. The bedroom and bathroom could do with being updated but it was cheap / value for money. Hot and cold water dispenser and nice area for eating
