AAngelicaWe had an amazing stay at Sheraton Palawan! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive, especially the front office team who made us feel right at home. Their smiles and professionalism truly set the tone for our vacation.
A very special mention goes to Hassanul Caye from the restaurant — he went above and beyond in accommodating our requests and made every dining experience extra memorable. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options that kept us looking forward to every meal.
The pool is impressively huge and perfect for both relaxation and fun, while the updated amenities gave us that modern yet cozy feel we were looking for. On top of it all, the breathtaking mountain view added such a serene and refreshing touch to our stay.
Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. Sheraton Palawan is truly a place where hospitality meets comfort, and we can’t wait to come back again soon!

FFreddiEl personal es sin duda el punto fuerte del complejo, siempre sonriente y siempre servicial. Piscina con vista al mar y desayuno con vista. Desayuno buffet variado. Habitación moderna, espaciosa y limpia. Es posible reservar diversas excursiones e incluso la scooter en el establecimiento. Transporte gratuito al aeropuerto.

Desde el momento en que llegamos al hotel después de un largo vuelo, fuimos recibidos por un equipo excepcional de personal que hizo todo lo posible para garantizar nuestra comodidad y satisfacción. A pesar de las numerosas maletas que llevábamos a cuestas, todos los miembros del personal, desde el guardia hasta el recepcionista, nos ayudaron con entusiasmo, haciéndonos sentir verdaderamente valorados como huéspedes. Debemos hacer una mención especial para Henry en la recepción, cuya hospitalidad y profesionalismo se destacaron durante nuestra estadía. Desde organizar nuestro traslado al aeropuerto hasta facilitar nuestro check-in y check-out, la dedicación de Henry para garantizar que se cumplieran nuestras necesidades fue evidente en todo momento, lo que lo convirtió en un verdadero activo para el hotel.
Al entrar en nuestra habitación, nos sorprendió gratamente su acogedor encanto. Si bien puede que no tenga la elegante modernidad de los establecimientos más nuevos, la habitación ofrecía todo lo que necesitábamos y más. El cómodo mobiliario, junto con las comodidades pensadas para nosotros, nos proporcionó un refugio relajante después de un día de viaje.

The hotel is modern, new and have very serviceminded and great staff. The hotel room was very clean. Its centrally located downtown and easy to access from the airport. The hotel has a nice restaurant and roof top patio.
The hotel has a good location. It’s. Wry centrally located and still its in a quiet area. You don’t get all noise and exhaust from the trafficked roads. It’s very easy to reach from the international airport. If you like to walk it’s about 1,5 km from the terminal building, or you can easily grab a tuktuk for your convenience.
The facilities are modern, new and good. The beds are comfortable and the linen and towels very good. Feels fresh and nice. There are needed amenities in the room and a waterboiler and coffee. There was also good with space to hang up clothes. Each room also have small safe. It’s possible to open the windows and there is mosquito net. Very smart and useful. The room also have dark curtains so if you like all dark room when sleeping this is possible.
The thing I missed was better water pressure particularly for warm water. It also took some time before warm water flows, but this is informed and is because of the system.
The staff is excellent. During my stay I did encounter some minor things which I needed assistance for. The staff provided very good service and do their utmost to support. They also followed up during the stay and were very caring. They provided a very good impression of professionalism and Philippine hospitality.

La habitación estaba limpia y todas las comodidades funcionaban. Nadé en mi última noche y tuve la piscina para mí sola😍
El personal fue amable y me ayudó a recorrer la ciudad. El personal del comedor donde desayuné también fue agradable y servicial.
En cuanto a la ubicación, está frente a un centro comercial (donde compré algunas cosas personales y cené), cerca de un spa (donde tuve sauna y masajes) y a 5-10 minutos a pie del lugar del seminario. También estaba cerca del aeropuerto, a 5-10 minutos en taxi. Así que fue un lugar muy conveniente.
En general, tuve una estadía agradable. Gracias.

UUsuario invitadoLa habitación que nos ofrecieron es nueva y tiene la mejor vista al mar, pero presenta las siguientes deficiencias: (1) solo funcionaba uno de los dos ascensores, y una noche el otro no funcionaba y nos vimos obligados a subir a pie hasta el sexto piso por una escalera incompleta; (2) generadores ruidosos que perturban la tranquilidad del ambiente; (3) la habitación DELUXE no dispone de albornoz, peine ni secador de pelo; (4) el nivel de sonido del televisor no se puede ajustar; (5) el spa, el chorro/sauna, aún se calienta antes de la recepción de los huéspedes.
Esto requiere mejoras.

BBlade.around.the.worldUniversity /University dorm partially turned into a hotel with minimal investment. The result is mostly positive. The hotel is very photogenic so it's easy to get the impression that it's much more swanky than it actually is.. I enjoyed my stay, the staff is friendly, it's clean, surrounded by greenery and nice views. Don't let the name Hotel Palacio fool you, don't expect a palace, the hotel is modest but comfortable. Location wise, it's out of town which was no problem for me as I had prearranged a motorbike during my 7 days stay. For those pending on jeepney public transport or tricycle taxis, places like the baywalk are far away. The van I had organised to the airport early morning with the receptionist was punctually waiting for me. Everything was good. Expect a 3 star property and you won't be disappointed.

Sswedish_family_stockholmWe had a lovely stay for 3 nights with our 2 kids. The beach is Amazing and very fun to walk and discover during low tide. Hundreds of starfish, crabs and fishes. Service is good, but the restaurant takes some time to get the food and it's somewhat overpriced. The pool area is well maintained and there are some nice drinks by the pool bar. We also took a trip to the nearby islands, which is highly recommended.
We're on a 4 month holiday so this was a short stop before continuing to Astoria and then further to El Nido.
3-4 nights is enough to stay here.
