He viajado a más de cien países y he permanecido en numerosos hoteles. Neiburgs es uno de mis favoritos. Está situado justo detrás de la Catedral de Riga y es conveniente para los antiguos lugares de la ciudad. Tiene un muy buen restaurante acompañado al hotel. La ubicación del hotel es simplemente genial. El casco antiguo está a la vuelta de la esquina, y al otro lado de la calle hay un gran centro comercial y un mercado de agricultores. La estación de tren también está cerca. Hay mucha comida alrededor y hay varios supermercados. El mercado tiene de todo y los precios son más baratos que en China.

An extraordinary building ; one of the most architecturally impressive hotels in which I can remember staying, with wonderfully helpful staff and a location that can not be bettered -- with a commendable breakfast. Five stars ! But then . . . Beautifully configured and equipped rooms but, constraints on urban buildings being what they are, and the architects having elected a stunning central skylit air- and light-well, our room, at least, had no window. Where was one to be placed, after all ? The air-conditioning worked well, but truly fresh air was not available. The housekeeping staff had neglected the bathroom attached to the room that we used. Hair, a cotton-tipped applicator stick, and -- simply -- dirt were on the tiles. This can happen. It was very different from the rest of the experience of the stay. But there it was. Have a look around when you check in. Ask for a repeat cleaning of your room if you think one is necessary. Enjoy your stay.

Paid extra, service very poor. Arrived to check-in, nobody to serve, no receptionist at the desk. Did wait around 10 minutes, gave a call, no answer, but the receptionist arrived. Then went to their restaurant, very vague service. No cocktails on the meniu (that's what we came for), asked and then the waiter gave separate cocktails menu. Finally came back to room and realised my bed sheet is dirty! Went to reception and asked to change it since we just arrived. Same person from reception came with new duvet and linen, had replace myself, meaning lack of staff if the same person does everything within entire hotel. Breakfast decent, saw people drinking wine, but it wasn't marked as it's included in the breakfast or not and bottle sits aside from all the breakfast on the bar table.

The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was quite clean and newly refurbished however there were too many basic errors and design choices / management choices that are not up to the level of the other 5 star hotels in Riga. The mini bar was ridiculously expensive I mean 2 or 3 times as much as other hotels in the city and they had the nerve to charge me for a drink I don’t consume. They have apologised since and I’m waiting on a refund. The tiny tub if almonds were listed for 14 euros for example. No hooks in the bathroom for clothes, no shower screen on the bath, limited buffet options for breakfast but decent Al a carte options, furniture in room not comfortable, no proper wardrobe, rug in the room but covered by the bed, no teapots or large mugs for tea. My advice is only stay if the rate is about 1/2 of the other 5 star hotels in Riga.

El hotel no está en la ciudad de Riga, pero hay muchos tranvías y autobuses en la ciudad que son convenientes. Es muy conveniente ir al aeropuerto en la línea de autobús del aeropuerto. Si planea ir al aeropuerto temprano en la mañana, puede tomar el autobús fácilmente. La estación de autobuses está justo en frente del hotel. Las instalaciones del hotel son muy buenas, con estándares de cuatro estrellas. Al lado hay un gran parque.

Fabulous location and very helpful staff on reception - keen to give recommendations for restaurants etc. I happened to mention it was my birthday during our stay and they put a bottle of Rigas sparkling wine and flute glasses in our room with a little card wishing me happy birthday. Lovely sized rooms, comfy beds, good shower and a quiet hotel.

El hotel estaba bien. Las habitaciones estaban limpias. El único problema era que se oía perfectamente a todo el mundo que pasaba por el pasillo. No había mucho aislamiento acústico.

Very friendly and helpful staff, hotel room was clean and comfortable. Decent location, a bit far from all the touristy places and stuff. However, the hotel is situated right next to a tram line which is a big bonus. Only downside is that it lacked the amenities, however it was stated upon booking, so I cannot complain.

The location of this hotel is perfect; it’s just a 10-minute walk from both the central bus and train stations, and less than 15 minutes to the main tourist spots. I particularly liked that the closest malls are only 2 minutes away, with numerous restaurants nearby. The cleanliness of the hotel is excellent, and the staff are nice and polite. I was also pleasantly surprised by the well-designed sauna and the 24-hour gym. However, we encountered an issue with the door lock to our room, which failed to open with our room cards. We reported this to the staff, who promised to fix it that day, but unfortunately, the lock remained broken until our checkout. As a result, we had to call security every time we returned to our room, which was quite annoying and prevented us from fully enjoying the hotel facilities since someone had to stay inside the room.
