Hoteles en Nairobi con desayuno

Superó mis expectativas, excelente relación calidad-precio. Un hotel nacional de tres estrellas.

Reservé un hotel para una breve estancia de 6 horas (bastante cara) antes de tomar un vuelo temprano a la mañana siguiente. Llegué a las 23:45 y, tras una ducha rápida y una taza de té de cortesía, dormí las siguientes cinco horas y media. En general, dormí bien y con seguridad. Sin embargo, la estancia se vio empañada cuando, al hacer el check-out a las 5:45, el personal del hotel afirmó que había consumido una tableta de chocolate en la habitación, lo cual obviamente no era cierto. Les expliqué que no podía haber comido nada, ya que era casi la hora de dormir cuando llegué. Subí a un autobús lanzadera para ir al aeropuerto, pero me pidieron de nuevo que volviera a recepción para explicar el asunto de la tableta de chocolate. Me mantuve firme y les pedí que revisaran la papelera de la habitación en busca de algún papel que sirviera de prueba de chocolate; también les ofrecí que revisaran mi maleta, especialmente porque no salí de la habitación después de medianoche. Después de pagar por una estancia bastante cara de 6 horas, podría haber pagado por una tableta de chocolate si me la hubiera comido.

算內羅畢很新很豪華的酒店了，酒店安保檢查非常嚴格，進門口會有保安詢問，警犬查防爆，進到大堂還需要把隨身包進行安檢，還有配槍的安保人員。不過完全不用擔心安全問題，純粹是政府要求。酒店的服務員很nice，無論是前台，禮賓部還是餐廳，所有人都很友好，有任何問題都盡力解決。 酒店設施很齊全，有乒乓🏓，飛鏢🎯，健身房，露天游泳池。餐廳的早餐很豐富，咖啡很好喝。 酒店的地理位置不是很中心，附近沒有餐廳，要麼在酒店用餐要麼可以Uber去最近的village market，裏面有吃有買，很方便。

Como necesitábamos una cama extra con nuestro bebé, elegimos la habitación de lujo, una unidad de un dormitorio y medio más grande. Sin embargo, la ventana de la habitación interior daba al atrio; prácticamente no tenía ventana, y no entraba luz solar. El baño olía a cloaca, y no pude encontrar el extractor ni noté una ventilación adecuada. Estuvo bien para una noche, pero probablemente no la elegiría la próxima vez.

El hotel y el restaurante son muy amables, amables y flexibles. La ubicación es conveniente, muy cerca del aeropuerto y del centro de la ciudad. La comida es brillante - hemos reservado la mitad de la mesa y nos disfrutamos tanto del desayuno como de la cena, con una variedad de comidas disponibles. Algunas áreas de mejora: Pedimos un abrigo para bebés, pero lo que se ofreció fue una cama de madera sucia con cama de lino/ cama adulta - no atractivo en absoluto y faltaba ese toque bebé - no dado un pensamiento claro. Parece que el hotel no está listo para familias con bebés/niños! La dirección debería pensar seriamente dar a las instalaciones un ascenso para asegurar que los clientes tengan una experiencia pacífica y memorable. Por ejemplo, el lingote de goma en el refrigerador de nuestra habitación (acoplamos una sala ejecutiva! ) era tan sucio. Los teléfonos terrestres son viejos y algunos no funcionan. También hubo este ruido intermitente (suenado como una máquina) alrededor del 11o piso que interrumpió nuestro sueño a la noche. ¡Estas preguntas y la falta de detalles no coinciden con la calificación de la estrella de este hotel. ¡Un gran hotel, pero uno cuyas instalaciones han sido descuidadas! ¡Podemos volver, sólo por la amistad del personal y la deliciosa comida!

I booked a 2-night stay over Saturday and Sunday while waiting for my 1am flight on Monday. I had just returned from a safari and was extremely tired, hoping to get some rest. Unfortunately, starting around 4am on Sunday, there was a lot of noise coming from the room directly in front of mine. It appeared to be a group occupying multiple rooms, shouting and moving between them. I called the lobby twice, and while the receptionist was kind and responsive in contacting the group, the noise continued, and I eventually gave up on trying to sleep. Later that afternoon, the tap and shower in my room stopped working. I had to call again to have it fixed, and even after it was restored, there was no hot water. I had a VERY cold shower. That said, I genuinely appreciated the food and the aesthetic of the property—the African artifacts in the hallways and the soaring ceilings made the place feel very special. It’s the kind of atmosphere I’d love to return to. However, because of the disruptions and inconvenience I experienced, I don’t think I’ll be coming back unless necessary.

My stay at Pride Inn Azure was fantastic. The staff were accommodating, friendly, helpful, kind. Everyone smiled and went above and beyond if I had any questions. The room was huge. The bed was so comfortable. I slept like a baby both nights. The breakfast was very tasty, with so many options to choose from. The service was outstanding. The hotel’s décor and furnishings was immaculate. I felt very comfortable here and I highly recommend it. As a solo traveller I felt very safe. The only thing that’s a bit uncomfortable is where the pool is located. You have to walk past the outdoor restaurant seating to go to the pool. I wish the changing rooms lead directly to the pool. I didn’t use the pool for that reason. The gym had great equipment. There was a personal trainer there who helped me achieve a fantastic full body workout. He was brilliant. I love mostly everything about the hotel. I’d love to thank Maryann in particular for her outstanding service. She’s a real gem. But honestly, all the staff were amazing. The hotel is also in a great location - woth shops and malls within a short walking distance. I’ll be back and I’ll tell everyone I know about my experience. Thank you!!

El medio ambiente es muy bueno, si solo se crían algunos animales salvajes. El desayuno es bueno, desayuno y cena programados, barbacoa por una noche para ver el espectáculo, cena europea por una noche. Ambos son bastante buenos. Al mediodía se resolverá junto al centro comercial. No demasiados invitados, adecuado para vacaciones.

Good location if you want to be fairly central with a few minutes walk to plenty of bars. Uber is very efficient and cheap here if you want to travel out. The staff were very good and the restaurant/bar is 24/7 (I believe). Room was lovely. Overall, although I think Nairobi is a little on the expensive side, this was ok. I tried to book again for after the safari but it was more expensive so i went to the Swiss Belinn instead, which was cheaper and the same standard (a little further away but again, Uber and Bolt are super efficient and cheap here). TIPS FOR FOREIGNERS COMING INTO KENYA: 1. Get your currency outside of Kenya, the exchange rate here, particularly at the airport, is absolutely awful - I found them to be offering upto 35% less than the actual rate. 2. You only really need a small amount of cash here - most places you will visit accept card. 3. DO NOT BUY A TELKOM SIM CARD. It is absolutely useless, even in Nairobi but does not work AT ALL on safari. 4. Uber and Bolt are very good here. 5. If you are doing safari and your trip does not include the national park fees (payable in USD), make sure you get those before arriving - the banks and ATMs here are very unreliable if you want USD. 6. Do not pay extortionate hotel prices for laundry - find a local company who will collect and deliver your laundry for a fraction of the price like Smartfua Laundromat. 7. If you go on Safari, try not to sit on the back of the vehicle - it gets VERY bumpy. Have a great trip!
