AAdam_HKSAR在熱海市選擇住在山上這家低調的酒店，雖然出入都要打車，其實入住後都不想離開酒店和房間。外面風景非常漂亮，房間內有私人Onsen，酒店服務和設施更是無可挑剔，晚飯前可以到酒廊喝小酒吃小食，看日落！
酒店的晚餐是把日料以法餐方式呈現給客人，餐單可以按每個客人口味要求微調，由負責的服務員sign off 簽名確認！這樣認真的服務，早餐和晚餐一定滿意！
三日兩夜住宿，物有所值的服務和享受！

WWongMeghanThe room is large and extremely nice, all the required amenities are there. The view from the room balcony is magnificent, overseeing the beach . The unseen in the room is nice too, the temperature is just right .
The free taxi service to and from station is very thoughtful and convenient. this is better than shuttle bus service which some hotels offer.
The breakfast options are many with both western, Japanese, and even a bit of chinese.

GGalya_the_Pooh2Everything was great and sometimes far above our expectations. The building is quite new, very well designed, each room has it's own name and has panoramic view from the balcony. We loved everything about our stay: from meals (which were surprisingly good, despite some negative reviews!) to spacious room and relaxing onsen...
Separately I'd like to highlight the service: unfortunately I didn't ask the name of receptionist who hosted us, but her warm welcome, perfect English and readiness to help with everything was heartwarming! She definitely made that stay for us!
Although location is a bit far from train station and might not be convenient if your goal is to explore Atami and its surroundings, however for those travelling by car (like us) it is perfect: it is in very calm and tranquil area on the cliff, ideal for relax and rest. They also provide free and spacious parking, so nothing to complain at all.
Overall to me it was 11 out of 10.

FfungioLa habitación estaba muy bien diseñada, con un rincón con sofá y una terraza. También había un rincón de bebidas gratis y una terraza en la azotea. Sin embargo, solo había un onsen interior y este es un hotel de autoservicio sin personal en el lugar para hacer reservas.

AAvedisEl hotel es muy bueno para el lugar.. cerca de todos los lugares de comedor y tiendas de recuerdos. El onsen es muy bueno y la habitación es muy grande y limpia. El único que nos molesta desde que reservamos otro día a través de diferentes aplicaciones pero cuando se inspeccionamos le dijimos a la dama y también pagamos todo el impuesto al mismo tiempo, pero hv para comprobar y cambiar la habitación. El día que cambiemos el cuarto el hombre nos cobra el impuesto de nuevo, aunque ya lo he explicado y le pedimos que se duplique. No es sobre la cantidad de dinero, sino sobre su servicio que quiero señalar.

YY SinTheir service is wonderful. We left a charger in our room and they quickly locate it and return it. I understand that they use a plastic bag to hold all customer property left in their room and labelled it with dates and room no. This shows how they care about their customers and address to things systemically with every single details. This is one of the many times I forgot things in hotel and public transport and can get things back every time. Speechless!

1. It’s close to station
2. The view from the rooftop is insanely beautiful (I’m sure you can get such a view from other hotels too though)
3. There’s a “living room” area for you to hang out with others but it seems to always be occupied by a group of people
Bad:
1. There is NO light from station to the stay, so if you’re walking at night it’s REALLY scary and eerie
2. They charge for everything lmao

PPumpkinOverall, it could be rated excellent as a local ryokan but may not be ready for international clients. It has won Rakuten bronze award 2023. I am particular about smoking and the non smoking room was full of smoky smell. Also surprised that I have to set up my own tatami bed etc. Staff dependent on google translate but stranded when there's no WiFi. They could have translated common phrases in text. Nice garden.
