Este hotel en Semarang es realmente uno de los mejores! Tiene una fantástica gimnasia y una variedad de restaurantes grandes. El personal siempre es amigable, sonriente, y lleno de felicidad, haciendo su estancia aún más agradable.

Khas Hotel is located nearby city centre. I walked out from the hotel to the left I can go to Queen City Mall and to the right I can walk to Pollux Mall Paragon Semarang. Outside of the hotel, there are some local eateries during day time and night time. There's also a pharmacy called Apotek on the right after you walk out from hotel main entrance. There's a IndoMart opposite and the price was reasonable. Hence, very convenient. The cleanliness of hotel needs to be improved. There are some areas near clothing hanging area and bed side table quite dusty. I have to wipe it with my wet tissue. There were 2 lamps in the room one on the table in front of TV and one on the bedside table both were fitted onto the table, hence it made the space of table being blocked. The welcome drink served in a small shot glass and there was no water dispenser for hotel guest. The bathroom design was not good as after taking shower the water will flow out to the sink and toilet bowl area as the glass divider was too small to block the water from spilling out to the dry area. The shower head was fitted on top to the ceiling hence a bit hard to wash our body thoroughly. The water come down from our head directly. There was no way to adjust shower head as it was fixed onto the ceiling. Our room 318 was next to 3 Airconf compresser. Hence if other hotel guests on their Aircond, we can hear the noise so loud at night. The hotel offered a gift voucher for Grab app user but the front desk staff did not inform us. Only on our last night stay, we saw the gift voucher appeared in hotel in house TV screen outside of lobby lift. But too bad, I can no longer utilise the 10,000rp discount voucher although I being taking Grab for the past 4 days in Semarang. But hotel housekeeper was very helpful and same goes to the concierge also very friendly and helpful.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would gladly recommend it to other travelers. One of the biggest advantages was its excellent location, as it is directly connected to a shopping mall. This made it extremely convenient to enjoy shopping, dining, and other services without having to travel far. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my stay. What impressed me the most was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. They were always welcoming, helpful, and ready to assist whenever needed. Their warm hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

El hotel era muy limpio! La arquitectura es hermosa con una combinación negra y blanca de color y una estructura elegante minimalista. El servicio fue sorprendente! Overall service was excellent especially Mr Aviet, duty manager. I highlighted to him that there was no view at all in my room; the mirror was stained and the tap water splashing when turned on. He immediately came to my room and gave options for a change. He swapped my room on the same floor with a nice view on the second day for the rest of my stay. Como se ha mencionado en mi anterior revisión, el hotel mañana ofrece una excelente experiencia y unas instalaciones de envejecimiento. La estancia fue buena la comida fue sorprendente, pero tengo que decir que en la clase de cuatro estrellas del hotel en el centro de la mismarang hay muchas otras opciones, así que siente libre de ver a los primeros pero no deje el nuevotel completamente fuera de su lista.

The location is still goo. The hotel is very aesthetic and has a beautiful design. There is no gym or swimming pool, but the strength of this hotel is the rooftop. It is also near a big mall in Semarang, which is convenient.

This is my third time staying at Metro Park View and the experience was very good as always. The staff were kind enough to allow me to check in after 12 pm without having to wait until 2 pm because the room was already ready. I was also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade which was really appreciated. The service throughout the stay was excellent. The staff were friendly helpful and professional. Since I stayed during Ramadan the sahur breakfast was also very good with a nice selection of food and everything prepared well and on time. It made the early morning meal comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean comfortable and well maintained which made it easy to rest after a long day outside. Overall the hotel atmosphere feels calm and welcoming. The location is another big advantage. There is a Ramadan bazaar right next door which is very convenient during the fasting month. Around the hotel there are also many cafes and places to eat so it is easy to find food or just relax outside. Honestly I cannot think of any complaints or negative points about this stay. Everything was smooth and pleasant. If you are visiting Semarang I would definitely recommend booking this hotel.

Nos alojamos 4 días en este hotel (del 28 de diciembre de 2023 al 1 de enero de 2024). 1. El segundo día antes de irme, le pedí a la recepcionista que le dijera al servicio de limpieza que limpiara nuestra habitación, y también me quejé de que el baño de nuestra otra habitación (reservé 2 habitaciones) siempre estaba inundado de agua. Cuando regresamos al hotel a las 10 p.m. Parece que nuestro baño no ha sido limpiado, parece que solo han cambiado las toallas. Vi que la toalla estaba rota y descolorida, y que la ducha todavía estaba inundada de agua cuando me duché. Después de volver a quejarme con la recepcionista, vino el técnico a arreglarlo, y a las 23.15 vino también la ama de llaves a limpiar el baño. 2. El cuarto día por la mañana, también nos quejamos con la recepcionista de que el aire acondicionado de nuestra habitación 129 no estaba frío, pero no vino ningún técnico. Hasta las 3 de la madrugada no pudimos soportarlo porque en nuestra habitación hacía mucho calor y pedimos que nos cambiaran de habitación. Pero la recepcionista tantas excusas, y no fue hasta las 4 de la madrugada que nos dieron otra habitación. Esto es muy malo porque no pudimos dormir en toda la noche del 31 de diciembre de 2023 al 1 de enero de 2024 a las 4 am. Debido a esos problemas, le pedí al hotel que nos reembolsara el pago del cuarto día porque no pudimos dormir bien debido al mal servicio.
