BBitsbyaureliaLoving the facilities and varieties of free activities provided. We literally just stay in the hotel to join as much activities as we can. The kids had lots of fun at kids club, we parents joined latte art class, aerial yoga. Even grandparents enjoyed the stay, my mum & I managed to join the flower arranging class, mums finally got to have fun too 🥰

Mmeow_littlecatI recently stayed at a hotel in Semarang during a business trip and was thoroughly impressed. The location was ideal — close to key business districts and easily accessible from the airport, which made commuting to meetings smooth and efficient.
The room was clean, quiet, and well-equipped with everything I needed to work and relax. The WiFi was fast and stable, which was a huge plus for video calls and emails. I also appreciated the comfortable workspace and thoughtful amenities that made the stay productive.
Staff were courteous and attentive, and the check-in process was seamless. Breakfast was varied and delicious, with local and international options to start the day right.
Highly recommended for business travelers looking for convenience, comfort, and reliable service in Semarang.

UUsuario anónimoThe hotel is located inside DP Mall. The room is quite spacious. I could hear the sound of the television from the room right next to mine (quite clearly—I could almost follow the news they were watching). It didn’t really bother me though. They offer 24-hour welcome drinks (only hot drinks like coffee and tea—I was expecting iced coffee). The room is equipped with a smart TV, so you can enjoy your favorite shows on Netflix, Disney+, and more. The staff is warm and friendly. Upon check-in, you’ll need to download an app to get your room key, and an OTP will be sent to your smartphone via SMS for confirmation. I was a bit frustrated since my daily phone uses a foreign number (which couldn’t receive SMS at that time). Luckily, I had my secondary phone with an Indonesian number (though it has terrible battery health). I didn’t know whether they provide a physical key or not (I didn’t ask). Overall, I enjoyed my stay there. Just please provide a physical key (a wooden one maybe, to match the eco-friendly theme).

SSharon PSKhas Hotel is located nearby city centre. I walked out from the hotel to the left I can go to Queen City Mall and to the right I can walk to Pollux Mall Paragon Semarang. Outside of the hotel, there are some local eateries during day time and night time. There's also a pharmacy called Apotek on the right after you walk out from hotel main entrance. There's a IndoMart opposite and the price was reasonable. Hence, very convenient. The cleanliness of hotel needs to be improved. There are some areas near clothing hanging area and bed side table quite dusty. I have to wipe it with my wet tissue. There were 2 lamps in the room one on the table in front of TV and one on the bedside table both were fitted onto the table, hence it made the space of table being blocked. The welcome drink served in a small shot glass and there was no water dispenser for hotel guest. The bathroom design was not good as after taking shower the water will flow out to the sink and toilet bowl area as the glass divider was too small to block the water from spilling out to the dry area. The shower head was fitted on top to the ceiling hence a bit hard to wash our body thoroughly. The water come down from our head directly. There was no way to adjust shower head as it was fixed onto the ceiling. Our room 318 was next to 3 Airconf compresser. Hence if other hotel guests on their Aircond, we can hear the noise so loud at night. The hotel offered a gift voucher for Grab app user but the front desk staff did not inform us. Only on our last night stay, we saw the gift voucher appeared in hotel in house TV screen outside of lobby lift. But too bad, I can no longer utilise the 10,000rp discount voucher although I being taking Grab for the past 4 days in Semarang. But hotel housekeeper was very helpful and same goes to the concierge also very friendly and helpful.

UUsuario anónimoMy fav hotel for staycation in Semarang but this time it’s not my lovely experience. First room I got has leaked aircon, it dripped every second so they offered a new room. In new room, the aircon didn’t work properly but I didn’t want to complain anymore as I didn’t want to change room again and again.
Booked with breakfast but they said it’s too few guests on that day so they will just let me choose my breakfast from the menu. Only one menu for each guest. I didn’t like this because the room has no proper table to eat. Even there’s only one chair. So yeah, not my best experience.
But maybe I’ll give it another try. This hotel usually offered good service. Maybe just wrong timing and situation for me.

I had a lovely experience staying at this hotel right in the center of town. The service was truly five-star—professional, warm, and attentive. The entire property was spotless and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay.
The breakfast selection was impressive, with a variety of delicious options to suit all tastes. Honestly, what more could you ask for? Everything was simply perfect.
Without a doubt, I’ll be coming back here on my next visit to Semarang.

PPatrick BelfastEn primer lugar, este hotel era muy barato, por lo que no esperaba mucho. Parece un hotel que está a punto de cerrar o se está preparando para una renovación importante. Así que todo necesita una limpieza profunda y un lavado de cara. Dicho esto, debido a que es barato, en realidad tiene una muy buena relación calidad-precio. El personal era muy servicial, la habitación estaba sucia pero bastante agradable y la cama muy cómoda. Me impresionó mucho la comida, cenamos en el hotel y desayunamos, ambos fueron geniales. Si puedes hacer la vista gorda ante el ”cansancio”, recomendaría este hotel.
