UUsuario invitadoLa zona de espera de la comprobación es muy engañosa. Estamos dispuestos a hacer una habitación clásica, que debe pasar por el edificio principal, pasar por el jardín y llegar al segundo piso de una casa de caballos. La habitación está limpia y el baño es más grande. Pero la ubicación es un poco decepcionante. El precio elevado y la ubicación del hotel alto, Dejemos que la vista automática de la habitación por defecto sea especialmente buena y la ciudad de Bus. La situación es decepcionante. La vista es del otro lado de la calle, no se atreve a abrir la ventana. El jefe blanco británico de estilo británico ayuda a llevar sus maletas, lo siento por no darle los pequeños. El restaurante es muy delicioso, Los copos son muy deliciosos. Debes seguir haciendo preguntas en este lugar. Pueden hacerlo mejor.

UUsuario invitadoCentral location helps to overcome the cramped feeling staying in the annexe. The car was parked at the other end of town and drop off was difficult to say the least but it is what it is. I had no reason whatsoever to check out the main building reception, breakfast area perhaps a bar and lounge area too because nothing pointed me there! So generally, it was a room in a loft space built to an ”average” measure. I never like shower cubicles where I tend to bang elbows and worry about breaking something when I drop the soap. Breakfast price was horrendous so no inclination to walk in on the hop to check it out for the 2 nights stayed. I felt detached, cramped and in a bed-sit like accommodation. It is what it is.

UUsuario invitadoWe had an amazing stay at The Bailbrook House Hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful. We ate in the restaurant on both evenings and all the food was excellent.
We had a small issue at breakfast as were quite late coming in for it and some of the fruit had gone, however having said that the poached egg and avocado on sourdough I had was to die for, and was delicious, and the full english was very good too. All in all it was all very enjoyable stay and would definitely return, and recommend the hotel to friends and family.

UUsuario invitadoIt was a very special reunion for a group of nurses celebrating 50 years since we started our course in May 1975. In those days this hotel was a nurse's home and we all lived here for around 18 months. We had booked lunch,the food was lovely and the service was amazing. We so enjoyed our stay, 5 of us stayed for one or two nights. So beautiful and peaceful, couldn't have been better. Benice organised things for us, highly recommend her if you are booking an event.

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel had great location and tasty breakfast. The room was nice and good toilet. Great room service for bringing your delivered food to your room for you. However the staff needs to improve their communication skill and knowledge. I was told that I could buy breakfast prior to the day I want the breakfast and I didn’t have to book a time slot. However when I wanted to check out I was told that I was charged the price of the breakfast that is bought on the day, not the day prior. I later talked to the staff and they understood their staffs mistake. The hotel doesn’t have dinner service I was told.

UUsuario anónimoBecause of the road closure, 5 mins drive took us 25 mins instead to get there and it was quite a difficult drive in the dark.
The hotel itself was ok, a little bit outdated. I found the breakfast was quite expensive, although all you can eat cooked breakfast, not sure it was worth £50 for 2 mornings.

LLiam and JennyAttended on Tuesday 27th Feb. Paid a little extra for room with a bath as like the couple ****** we are, we wanted a bath in Bath. My wife's first time ever visiting here. The hotel is a lovely setting, there is history here and all the staff have been wonderful. Close to the station, literally in front of it, and close to everything. Had the great pleasure of having many encounters with Tim, one of the reception staff and I believe concierges. Super pleasant and always helpful.
We had breakfast included and after having that this morning can honestly say it's bang for your buck, with hot food to order including steak and eggs, (best steak my wife has had in the UK), a breakfast grill and a selection of others plus a typical selection of baked goods and fruits. The bar is pleasant and we enjoyed drinks last night before heading up to our room. Strawberry daiquiri we have had many times but the Amaretto sour was an interesting twist with a strong lemon zest.
The only downside to the visit would be the bath/shower experience. Lukewarm bath and cold shower when we attempted it last night. This morning we got hot water for a total of ten mins to share before it went cold again. Not the worst thing all in all but a downside considering the extra pricing for a bathtub room. I was however assured that had I brought it to the desks attention I would have been assisted and I had just done the British thing of not wanting to fuss.
One last perk that made an impact to me; free luggage storage. We checked out early so we could make the best of our time exploring Bath before we ride home. We were offered free luggage storage for even after we checked out so we could come back in quick before our train at 3pm and grab our bags and go, no extra charge. Fantastically useful as the Abbey tour does not allow luggage inside and we wanted to go.
Anyway, thank you to Tim and all the staff at The Royal for making us feel welcomed and our time there special, we will definitely be coming back someday soon and will stay again. - Liam and Jenny Stephenson, Room 109.

UUsuario invitadoPositive - excellent receptionist (Vipin) and without his help I would probably have check out early. Has parking. Reasonable location and access to the central Bath. Has a electric kettle and a package of cookies.
No tan positivos - En la necesidad de desesperadamente mejora, creciendo pisos, lavado fuera del baño. No es para los viajeros relacionados con el trabajo, ya que no puedes usar un hierro sin desmontar el interruptor principal del edificio y una vez que esto ocurra no hay recepción activa 24 horas. El monitor de ordenador pequeño se utiliza como un televisor de cambio que tienes que sacar de un armario. No hay agua potable en la habitación. Valor por dinero no hay tantos mejores lugares disponibles al mismo precio o menor.
