Ubicado en zona rica, en edificio de oficinas, el acceso es seguro e higiénico. Abajo hay comida japonesa, comida mexicana y comida local sudamericana. Es muy conveniente y el servicio es educado y atento. recomendar.

El hotel está bien ubicado, a unos 20 minutos del aeropuerto y unos 25 del centro de la ciudad. Hay un centro comercial a 10 minutos a pie del hotel, con opciones para comprar y comer y hasta un supermercado. Me he alojado varias veces en este hotel. Las habitaciones son amplias, luminosas, la cama muy cómoda, con menú de almohadas. La ducha con excelente presión. El buffet del desayuno me encantó. No puedo comer gluten y siempre me dieron opciones, simpre atentos a que estuviera bien. Hay zumos de fruta naturales, diversos tipos de leche, incluida leche de almendras, huevos al gusto, opciones típicas de colombia e internacionales. El personal del restaurante es muy amble. Empezando por la hostess Ingrid que siempre saluda con una sonrisa. Mención también a Luz, muy amable. En la cocina a Wilmar Peña. En el bar a Nicolas y en la Recepción a Ani. Gracias!

Buena ubicación. Es muy conveniente para varias atracciones. Un poco ruidoso por la noche. Las sirenas suenan constantemente, así que trate de no salir de noche. El desayuno no está mal. Al fin y al cabo, el precio está aquí y el desayuno es relativamente bueno.

The best part of this hotel is the breakfast. Lots of food options and great taste as well. They also serve some rrally good Colombian food and soup. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. The room is ok but not impressive. The problem is that they do not provide consistent amenities. We have two rooms booked, with one room has sufficient shampoo and body wash supply as well as coffee machine, the other does not have either. When I called the front desk, they could not help as they did not know where to find the supplies. Other than the above, the location is very good, conveneint and safe.

Nuestra experiencia fue realmente decepcionante, pagué en esta plataforma el precio completo incluyendo impuestos y la recepcionista me cobró el doble de impuestos diciendo que no era culpa del Duero y del hotel solo la ley, aquí agregaré la captura que tomé cuando compré mi servicio aquí. y decía incluyendo impuestos, ella fue muy grosera y también me culpó por no ”entender”, lea bien, no entiendo, tenía que saber que lo cobrarían, tan poco profesional y asqueroso con un cliente, lo he He estado viajando por más de 10 años, así que pruebe esta plataforma y nunca tuve una mala experiencia hasta ahora. Recomiendo que el hotel cambie su personal administrativo, no son personas para tratar con otros humanos. Pero tengo que decir que el personal de servicio, me refiero a las camareras y las personas a cargo del desayuno, fueron increíbles, se arreglarían mejor en la recepción, son muy educados y limpios, saben cómo respetar a otras personas. El gimnasio es muy básico pero útil, el desayuno tan delicioso, el dulce de azúcar de la habitación estaba roto y no era útil y nadie hizo nada... Lo último que recomendaron fue el ID de mi hermana, prometieron realizar la entrega en la habitación y nunca lo hicieron, así que tuvimos que ir a reclámalo, estos detalles de la recepcionista, esa mujer grosera y el gerente inútil también que dijeron que revisarían la reserva y que también dijeron que tenemos que reclamar el viaje al sitio web porque fue culpa del viaje.

The location in Candelaria district is perfect, they provide a relatively good breakfast and have a daily room service. That’s all on the good side. There is a lot on the bad side. My room was on the first floor (meaning the second after “planta baja”, so both windows look at atrium where the hotel cafe is, so you hear whatever is happening in the cafe and reception all the time 24/7 and that means talks, piano, calls…there is no sound proofing at all. That’s not all, you also smell whatever they cook in the kitchen and I guess they are not enforcing because in my bathroom I kept smelling tabaco smoke as if I am in packed smoking room in the airport. Also the room probably was nicely furnished 20 years ago but it is all worn out completely, things are virtually falling apart. Seriously..I had plank if the vanity falling when tried to place towel on the hanger and if you seat in the armchair you just sink into it so old and worn out it is. Because of the position of the bed, the cabinet door cannot be opened. There is no kettle, iron, or ironing board in the room. To sum up, the hotel might be an option if you are here for a short stay and it is offered cheap (as it was in my case) but I strongly recommend against staying there longer.

Estaba en este hotel con mi madre. Está muy cerca del aeropuerto y a unos pocos kilómetros de la estación de la estación de transmilenio “El campin stadio”. I really wanted to like this place. I specifically chose it because of its location in La candelaria close to everything and because of it's historical significance as a colonial house with unique decorations and furniture. And that aspect was fine. What was not fine were the rooms. I was first taken to room 19, the last room on the second floor which has a large balcony opening that looks over the courtyard. The problem is that the door does not seal tightly and the weather was quite cold, rainy and damp. The room was freezing and so I asked for a room heater which was inefficient because it did not radiate any heat it just simply warmed up. In addition to that, apparently there was a pigeon nest on the other side of the wall and I can hear them cooing, moving, scratching and chirping. When I brought this to the attention of the receptionist, she told me about Las Palomas and assured me that they would not make noise at night. I was extremely uncomfortable and freezing cold the entire night and the next day I spoke to the clerk and asked that my room be moved. He agreed and told me to come back at 3:00 p.m. that afternoon. I came back at 5:00 and was told by another woman that it would not be possible for my room to be moved and after I explained the situation she brought me to room 18 right next door. It seemed fine and I agreed to stay there. It rained overnight and when I woke up in the morning the nightstand next to the bed was soaking wet. The roof had leaked onto the nightstand.. Thank goodness my phone was not there. In addition there was a light outside the door that kept blinking on and off and was very disturbing. At that point I asked for my room to be changed again and I was brought downstairs a very nice large room, which they called a suite, although it was really just one large room. That room was warmer and much more comfortable. I stayed there another two nights. Meals were taken outside with a plexiglass covering to shield against the rain. It was very cold outside and as mentioned before the weather was damp and rainy. The food was homemade which was nice, but it was the same menu every day. I specifically wanted to mention Erika. She was very sweet and did whatever she could to accommodate me, but the house is really in need of maintenance, and because of that I would not come here again unfortunately. It has great potential but the weather in Bogota is cold and damp and leaking roofs and drafty windows do not make for a comfortable stay.

El plan original era quedarme 2 días, pero mi esposa se había torcido el tobillo y se quedó aquí 12 días. Hay sillas de ruedas, cubiteras, desayunos suntuosos y varias opciones para cenar. La habitación de 63 metros cuadrados permite a mi esposa recuperarse sin salir de casa. ¡Salvó nuestro viaje a Sudamérica! ! !
