First room was very dirty, floors not cleaned, shower did not drain, shower head sprayed everywhere and was not located per our request. Second room was better but overall maintenance in the rooms lacking. Toilet water connection leaking for some time, sink leaking, closet door did not function well, water damage throughout bathroom area. Staff overall were okay, restaurant staff were really good and we enjoyed the happy hour food and drinks. Location is excellent in terms of available restaurants and other serviced.

The best part of this hotel is the breakfast. Lots of food options and great taste as well. They also serve some rrally good Colombian food and soup. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. The room is ok but not impressive. The problem is that they do not provide consistent amenities. We have two rooms booked, with one room has sufficient shampoo and body wash supply as well as coffee machine, the other does not have either. When I called the front desk, they could not help as they did not know where to find the supplies. Other than the above, the location is very good, conveneint and safe.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, justo cerca de la Plaza de la antigua ciudad, el personal de recepción es muy cuidadoso y el desayuno es sabroso. La habitación es grande, el único que no entiendo es que la limpieza de la sanidad no cambia de camas todos los días, es pedirle un cambio.

La habitación es bastante bonita y el desayuno también es bueno. Estoy muy satisfecho y me gusta mucho. Volveré a elegir este lugar la próxima vez que venga a Bogotá. El ambiente circundante es muy bueno y seguro, y también hay buenos lugares. para comer.

Very comfortable, quiet and modern rooms. Excellent quality breakfast. Facilities not really tested. Location may be a little out of the main dining and shopping areas for some, but it's easily accessible by transmillenio buses and taxis are readily available and very affordable. I would have loved to have stayed longer

Es una excelente opción por ubicación y tranquilidad. Si buscas tener una noche extraordinaria en Bogotá. Es una muy buena opción.

Good location in a safe neighbourhood. Many restaurants in walking distance. Face recognition entry works like a charm. Staff is custeous and very responsive through WhatsApp. The room does not have air conditioning, not that its a big problem for us as we stayed during winter. The temperature for the shower was tricky to regulate, went from cold to hot intermittently. Staff managed to play with the water heater to get the fluctuation down to an acceptable level. Hope the problem was only for the room we stayed. The floor could do with a proper cleaning. Found long hair in different parts of the floor.

Es demasiado bueno para Bogotá. El hotel puede pasar por la Plaza Bolivar. ¡La casa de Bogotá es la más grande, hay muchas cosas que los indios venden! No hay nada en Medellín ni en Qatar. Si todos van a jugar, ¡permanecemos en Bogotá por un tiempo!

¡Escribo esta reseña con total gratitud! El mejor hotel de mi vida, ¡supongo que nunca más será superado! El plan original era quedarme 2 días, pero mi esposa se había torcido el tobillo y se quedó aquí 12 días. Hay sillas de ruedas, cubiteras, desayunos suntuosos y varias opciones para cenar. La habitación de 63 metros cuadrados permite a mi esposa recuperarse sin salir de casa. ¡Salvó nuestro viaje a Sudamérica! ! !
