UUsuario invitadoI absolutely loved my stay here! I was upgraded to a lovely super big room overlooking the pool garden! It really had everything, and I mean everything. A big comfortable bed, a couch with a projector and a TV (I didn't use either, but they were there), a fridge filled with water bottles and a ton of amenities (even mouthwash - bigger hotel chains didn't even offer that). The shower and toilet are separated, so no wet floor either. Nice balcony. There was no smoke smell whatsoever and smoking is forbidden in all rooms.
The whole team was super nice! There's a shuttle to the beach, that is really convenient (you can message them up to 10 p.m. and they come pick you up). 艾伦even went to show me some food options in the village and later picked me up from there. 谢谢艾伦! There was also a delicious breakfast. And the pool is perfect for a quick swim :) The whole vibe of the house was nice and I would definitely stay again.

MM487510****Estuvimos muy satisfechos con la habitación, el servicio de mayordomo fue excelente y el ambiente muy agradable. El secador era un Dyson. Reservamos una habitación Deluxe y el mayordomo nos cambió a una suite. ¡Muchas gracias! El autobús lanzadera del hotel fue muy práctico, y el mayordomo también nos ayudó mucho con el equipaje y respondió a nuestras preguntas con prontitud. Aunque últimamente ha estado lloviendo en Wanning, descansar en este hotel me hizo olvidar el mal tiempo que hacía fuera. Los perros del hotel eran adorables, y sin duda me alojaría aquí de nuevo si tuviera la oportunidad.

From the moment I raised concerns, the Front Desk Director, Sue, and General Manager, Terence Ng, personally intervened to ensure that all issues were addressed promptly and with the utmost respect. Their dedication to resolving guest feedback and commitment to excellence is truly commendable. I was also touched by the extra efforts they made, such as personally delivering breakfast to my room—a gesture that went far beyond my expectations and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest.
Additionally, I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by Yvette, the Manager of the Lakeside Restaurant. Her attentiveness and warm demeanor during my dining experiences added a personal touch that made my stay even more memorable.
The professionalism, care, and thoughtfulness shown by these individuals reflect the highest standards of the Grand Hyatt brand. My stay, which began with some challenges, turned into a remarkable and unforgettable experience thanks to the dedication of these outstanding team members.

We stayed at Uechao Hotel and were absolutely delighted with our experience. This hotel is a great choice both for a relaxing vacation and for an active, experience-filled stay.
The room was very comfortable and clean, featuring a spacious and cozy king-size bed. Housekeeping was done regularly and thoroughly, and everything was well maintained. Welcome fruits and the minibar were a nice and thoughtful touch.
Breakfast deserves special mention: it was varied, tasty, and offered a wide selection of both Chinese and international dishes. Having breakfast included for two guests was very convenient.
A special highlight was the surfing pass. The organization was excellent, with the option to choose wave levels suitable for beginners, intermediate, or advanced surfers. This unique feature really sets the hotel apart and makes the stay truly memorable.
The staff were polite, attentive, and always willing to help. Even with a language barrier, they made every effort to ensure our comfort, which we greatly appreciated.
Overall, Uechao Hotel offers excellent value for money, a high level of service, and a pleasant atmosphere. We would be happy to return and can confidently recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to China.

No es tan normalizado como el hotel, tiene más temperatura y humor humano ”casa”. El personal sonreían llenos de rostro, especialmente amable 😊. El entorno es hermoso como pinturas, campos de tumba, luz solar, casa blanca, y constituyen una imagen perfecta de vacaciones en mi corazón.
Hice una foto de mi viaje, vi el cine, dibujé a Hena, me senté en el coche y me tomaba fotos de mi viaje. Todo estaba bien, no estaba mal, no estaba mal.
He dado a todos los amigos y he marcado en mi corazón: ”casa de la Bahía de Sol y Luna”, la próxima vez!

Wwangyuezhong_cq民宿酒店在融創日月灣日島上，離日月灣非常近，進島須經民宿報備車輛。從日月灣出發，經一座大橋進島，橋側有漁船碼頭。民宿旁邊有一座超大停車場以及兩棟爛尾樓，停車場為砂石路面，高低不平，因無人管理，也無停車線，車輛胡亂停放，到了晚上停滿了車，有些不按規矩停放的車經常堵住進出路面。民宿系公寓式住宅，大約27層，住户與民宿混在一起，人很多，等電梯是一項苦差事。房間內部多為二室一廳結構，也有三室一廳兩衞的，比較新，看上去還不錯，洗衣機、彩電、冰箱、廚房、鍋碗瓢盆一應俱全，附帶一個超大陽台，能看見蔚藍的日月灣。民宿對面有一座商業街，分佈着幾家飯店和小吃店，價格較高，飯店點菜人均消費在60元以上、2個人的早餐差不多要30元。島上沒有沙灘，衹有堤壩，可以俯瞰藍色的大海。島外才有沙灘，須步行數百米。出島須付停車費，24小時封頂20元。

За отличный сервис, за расположение, за номер, за клиентоориентированность, за потрясающий живописный двор)) Жаль, не работал бассейн, но так как мы были зимой, я думаю, что он не актуален попросту))
Хозяева доброжелательны, приятные и милые люди! Отвозили к заливу и забирали по надобности, отвезли к месту, где мы смогли арендовать байк, а после помогли и арендовать машину. Завтраки были традиционными китайскими, а Баоцзы были самыми вкусными, что мы пробовали на Хайнане, без преувеличения, всегда берем их везде, так как любим их. Суп куриный напомнил домашний, вкуснейший бульон. Повару благодарность!
Вообще, мы очень рады что выбрали этот отель! Мы хотим снова вернуться скоро в деревню Тяньсинь и хотели бы снова остановиться здесь! Прекрасные впечатления! Спасибо вам! Желаем благополучия и процветания вам!
Дополню про номер: номер был современным, новым и чистейшим! А в душе еще была встроенная теплая вентиляция, что создавала эффект бани, это можно было регулировать, впервые такое встречалось, нам очень пригодилось, так как на улице было прохладно. Супер!

UUsuario invitadoMy stay at Footprint Homestay was truly a delightful experience. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was impressed by its elegant design and the warm, attentive service. The staff were professional and considerate, handling check-in efficiently and answering all my questions with great patience, making me feel right at home. They even went extra mile to pick us at the ShenZhou Station which is approximately 3-4mins away from the hotel.
The room was spacious, bright, clean, and well-equipped with high-quality amenities. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom featured a separate shower and bathtub, with plenty of hot water and stable water pressure.
The location was also ideal, with convenient transportation links and close proximity to several tourist attractions and shopping areas, making it easy to explore or shop. The hotel also offers leisure facilities like a swimming pool, perfect for unwinding after a day out.
Every moment spent at Footprint Homestay was comfortable and enjoyable, making it an excellent choice for travelers. Highly recommended!

KKelkooLocation: ONLY book if you are coming with your own car. Accommodation is not easily accessible by foot especially if you are arriving at night. All food places at least 5-10 min DRIVE. However, it is an interesting location as it is not close to the sea, so you get to experience another side of Hainan’s environment. Make sure you bring mosquito repellent.
Service: Was just okay - not the most helpful unless you ask questions. For example, the SUPs have to be booked ahead so their trainer is scheduled to come - which was not mentioned. So if you are only staying for one day, make sure you tell them ahead.
Cleanliness: Since it is a humid environment, mould will likely appear. The tent we were in had a lot of mould on many of the inner walls. There was an attempt at simply covering it but these tents should be cleaned and treated.
Amenities: the tents definitely are definitely more fancy than normal tents - ours had a shower and AC. I was mostly disappointed by the lack of activities and food availability. I think if you are an accommodation that is difficult to access - at least food/drinks options should be provided.
