AAna_on the runThis is the best hotel in the area! It’s super clean and comfortable. The memory foam bed is such a luxury. Loved the Mountain views and hospitality of the staff. The breakfast is super filling.

The beautiful boutique hotel is exquisitely designed down to the last detail, and for keen photographers it’s a dream come true. The surroundings are stunning, and the hotel provides a pocket of peace while still being conveniently located and close enough to the beach.
This is by far my favourite place I’ve stayed in a long time on all of my travels, and I would come back next weekend if I could! Highly recommended for a weekend, or week, in Wanning!

My experience, especially during the latter part of my stay, exceeded all expectations and deserves recognition.
From the moment I raised concerns, the Front Desk Director, Sue, and General Manager, Terence Ng, personally intervened to ensure that all issues were addressed promptly and with the utmost respect. Their dedication to resolving guest feedback and commitment to excellence is truly commendable. I was also touched by the extra efforts they made, such as personally delivering breakfast to my room—a gesture that went far beyond my expectations and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest.
Additionally, I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by Yvette, the Manager of the Lakeside Restaurant. Her attentiveness and warm demeanor during my dining experiences added a personal touch that made my stay even more memorable.
The professionalism, care, and thoughtfulness shown by these individuals reflect the highest standards of the Grand Hyatt brand. My stay, which began with some challenges, turned into a remarkable and unforgettable experience thanks to the dedication of these outstanding team members.

La vibración de este hotel es tranquila, verde y super relajada, perfecta para una pequeña escape de la ciudad.
Mi habitación no estaba frente al océano directamente, pero no tenía ni idea de un hermoso jardín lleno de árboles y plantas tropicales lujosas. Me encantaba cómo calmarlo era aves que se movían por la mañana, arboles de palmeras, y tanta luz natural.
La habitación era insensible y elegante, con una cama cómoda y todo lo que necesito.

Aaphrol¿A quién no le encanta una casa de huéspedes con un diseño precioso? El diseño general es digno de Instagram, cada rincón es fotogénico y cada instantánea es una obra maestra de la atmósfera. Y no es solo ”bonita”, sino que la experiencia es de primera. Es increíblemente cómodo llegar a la playa de Riyue Bay con un servicio de transporte. ¡Ya se lo he recomendado a todos mis amigos!

DDengdengX¡La posición del pueblo es excelente, el viaje es conveniente, el entorno es hermoso y tranquilo, y cuando entra, se siente tranquilo.
La piscina en el patio es una pluma de ojos, el diseño de la zona de Shenzhen, satisface las necesidades de diferentes poblaciones, se encuentra en el agua para ver el paisaje demasiado curado. La parte más importante es que el equipamiento es demasiado perfecto, llevar el estacionamiento y el cargador, muy amable para los turistas automotores, y resolver todas las preocupaciones de la atención. La experiencia global es incisiva, ya sea el medio ambiente, las instalaciones o la conveniencia, es la residencia del tesoro de Wanning, la próxima vez que viva aquí!

SSasha KaminskiyI came to Wanning with no expectations or plans, I was on a short layover in Hainan and decided to spend one night here. My stay even for one night was nothing short of amazing. The hosts Cicy and Jerry welcomed me upon arrival and made me feel right at home, the room was in pristine condition and felt very personalised and inviting. The place itself was nothing short of superb, but the real highlight was the hospitality offered by the hosts Cicy and Jerry. They knew I was staying only for one day, so they planned a full 1 day itinerary for my time here. I was given suggestions on activities in the surrounding area, and I was driven around by them to some authentic beatiful locations such as a coffee plantation and local restaurant. They made me feel like I was home away from home, even in a country that is so diffferent to my own (England). I can recommend anyone looking for a peaceful, romantic retreat in this area to come here, and I will certainly be coming back. Thankyou Cicy and Jerry.

UUsuario invitadoBeautiful resort with nice Hot pools and spacious rooms. Probably Best for locals in area. However not for foreign tourists yet. We should pay on reception, buylt courd not change a currency anyhow, in any bank - there are no such an options - you must have chinese ID and telephone number. Also it was an issue with a taxi each time - we should use local app, every time someone from hotel stuff helps us, good that they always was super fine l, helpful and friendly. First 2 rooms were nice, but cold, as located in shadow area of hotel. So we asked for Room in other sector. That one was sunny, but in smoking and loud area (works on a Garden, it was a paper with shedule in-Room).
Many freebies were mentioned - we use free breakfast and cookies upon arrival. Attemps to events know more about the others were failed. Same with facilities - there are some bows & arrows on-site etc. - we did t really get how to join it.
So, if you are local and speak the language - i highly recommend it, perfect for children as well. Otherwise be ready for some hassle. (its look like I am ready again!).

Durante el período de tiempo, el problema de la habitación también se resuelve correctamente, la actitud es buena, también ayuda al alquiler de camiones, el paisaje de la isla es bueno, el piso alto no tiene pantalones 🦟
