Hoteles en Quebec (ciudad) con desayuno

Jadore este lugar! Es un paisaje total. Vivo cerca y voy a ir ahí para el placer. Sin embargo, la gran decepción es el restaurante la Traite ...precio, cantidad, vino de 20$ del vidrio, ... nunca volvería ahí. ¡Por el resto, qué felicidad!

There are many positives about this long term stay hotel. The staff at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. The hot buffet (included with the price of the overnight stay)is absolutely amazing, just that alone is worth staying there. Toasts, bagels, muffins, cereals, hot porridge, cheese omelette, plain omelette, boiled egg, sausages, bacon, … and a “make your own” waffle station with sauces, whipped cream and different toppings!!! The coffee and tea or hot water is available in the lobby 24/7! Inside my studio suite, there is a full kitchen with dishwasher, full size fridge and you can borrow an electric induction plate for cooking. The room is big, with a curtain dividing the sofa bed and the king size bed. There are two layers of blinds to ensure complete darkness when sleeping. The only negative thing was that my hotel room was facing the main road and so there were cars going by every 3-5 mins in the middle of the night, and I heard all the cars that went by, even at 1:00am or 3:00am while I was trying to sleep!!! The next day, I asked for ear plugs from the reception and slept so much better! I should have asked for them when I checked in.  The water temperature of the indoor saltwater pool is not too cold, but not warm. I had a good swim. This hotel is less than two years old, so everything is new, clean and bright. Lots of families with young children stayed there on the weekend I was there. A special thank you to the friendly staff especially the one who assisted me with my luggages.

Super beau dejeuné inclus ! Vraiment agréable ! Belle piscine mais apporter vos vestes de flotaison pour vos mousses ! Chambre super belle et propre. Pour ma part jai trouver le lit trop dure mais ce nest pas grave. Les employer sont vraiment super accueuillant !!! Merci malgrer tout bon prix avec le déjeuner inclus ! :)

El cuarto es un poco pequeño, pero el paisaje es bueno. Hay que cambiar dos ascensores arriba y abajo, un poco incómodo. El servicio de recepción es muy cuidadoso y muy amable. La puerta tiene un autocar personal. La ubicación del hotel es muy conveniente y la noche está muy tranquila.

I love this hotel. They have warm chocolate cookies, free hot spa and sauna. The bed is comfy and I had a really good sleep. Unfortunately, the service was terrible. I will definitely write a formal complaint. I was at the shower - the shower gel and shampoo were both empty. Obviously they didn’t refill the bottle. That’s fine. I called the counter and asked them to bring me new bottles. They rejected and asked me to go down. Ok that’s fine. I asked my friend to go down. He came back and said someone would come to change the bottles soon. Sure. I stood in the shower room for 10 minutes and no one came. Ok maybe they needed more time. I came out of the shower and sat down on the bed. Another 10 minutes. So I asked my friend to find someone. He was told that someone would come again. Another 10 minutes. A man came and gave me a bottle of shampoo and body lotion???? My friend went out again and finally got me some shower gel in a cup. It took more than 30 minutes and I just stood there. After shower, I got to do the skincare routine, dry my long hair and so on. Eventually, I went to check out. I was late of course. The lady asked me to pay for late fee. I was like ???????????????????? Explained and she agreed to waive the fee. Everything was perfect until the empty da** bottles. I am late for my lunch reservation now and I am missing some attractions for sure.

La habitación estaba limpia e incluía desayuno gratis. Por circunstancias imprevistas, no pude registrarme en el hotel a tiempo, pero Ctrip me ayudó a coordinar y pude reprogramar mi llegada. ¡Gracias, Ctrip, por su atención desde el otro lado del mundo! ¡Y gracias al hotel!

Para el registro, fue una lástima. No tenía mi reserva, y la señora me dijo que no tenía. Después de mostrarle mi reserva en el celular, no me entendió. Después de una larga espera, me dijo que no conocía trip.com. Bueno, ¿estaba de mal humor? Así que finalmente conseguí una habitación, pero al final del largo pasillo, la última habitación... yo, que tengo una discapacidad en la pierna, no puedo caminar mucho, hay un ascensor, y está demasiado lejos... No volvería a este hotel.

The room was clean and very nice. Reserved a Queen bed and ended up getting a King, that was the best surprise ever. Ground floor is the best place for us as we are smokers and it was easy to go through the patio doors instead of having to go through the building to go to the front or back entrances. The only hiccup we had was that the bathroom sink was clogged and the hair dryer did not work. The internet was good the first night but the other two nights the internet was pretty spotty. Breakfast was good on the first morning but the other two mornings there was a line up. Breakfast space could have been a little larger. We ended up going out for breakfast for two days. Other than that we have no complaints. Will definitely reserve there again when in Québec.

I liked the hotel location and facilities. The indoor pool was amazing and the live stage was so good. I would definitely visit here again and book the terrace view next time. However, there are few things that I was very dissapointed. The room was not managed well. There are white things are around the floors (it looks like painting or wall paper. I asked to change the room, but the new room has the same problem). Hair dryer was phsically broken and not working. Heater is not working and when I turn on, it is very noisy. There was a party when we stayed and it was very noisy until almost 1 pm. We called at 12:30 and the reception said they send a security. However, it was still noisy after 30 mins).

Upon checking into our room had to use 2 separate elevators (neither of with were in good condition). Get to our room and it's 30deg in the room and it absolutely stinks of wet dog ( I know the smell). Next morning the --＞ Extra 26$/pp breakfast ＜-- in the hotel was horrible (just don't eat there. So many good restaurants in walking distance). The --＞ Extra 25$/day ＜-- Parking is overprice, go on Palais Montcalm (10 min walk) for 15$/day. For the money spent a this Marriott, our experience was very disappointed. Marriott Delta Quebec City used to be a higher end hotel now it's low end. Old and Tired Dirty rooms and bins of garbage in common areas doesn't help too. We are both heavy travellers, and this experience at Delta is one of the worst I've been go through.
