Beautiful hotel, but super small room. I wasn’t expecting the room to be that small after payig so much money. I booked the hotel for 4 nights but had to cancel the other 3 nights because it was very small and couldn’t even open my luggage well, there was just no space.

The room was just ok, just a standard room.

Everything is good. The only disappointed was the room without showers.Breakfast very good

Loved everything about this hotel and our stay here. Swam late, enjoyed the large room and then feasted on a beautiful breakfast. Couldn't ask for more and would definitely stay again in a heartbeat.

Great location! You can view table mountain back side in your room if it’s located by the highway. Correspondingly, it’s a bit noisy. But I was not bothered.

The staff was friendly and helpful, willing to adjust and help. Allow us to check in early upon arrival because there is availability. Overall was excellent hotel, services and hospitality.

Just one comment, the floor is quite dirty, you are recommended to wear slippers but hotel slippers are not provided. Other cleaning facilities and services are available the basic.

Staff go out of their way to help

Enjoyed our stay here
This old hotel is kept clean
Enjoyed the Buffet breakfast
The staff is very attentive. Just ask and all will be sorted superfast. They would ask whether our needs were being met during our stay.
Its location on Cairo Road makes it easy to visit some of Lusakas iconic sites i.e. the National Museun, Culural Village, and various markets. Area around hotel felt safe.
My thanks to all the staff esp. Reception Luckson and Charity and Mercy in dining area

It’s convenient but there is a big door of improvements for housekeeping many things were missing including misquotes in the room I got bitten within the 5 minutes I got there

Good location, near shopping mall and university campus. The stake house in the hotel is excellent.

A mid-range business hotel with great location and convenient
The hotel is in a relatively safe area and very convenient, with two supermarkets, a cafe, and a pharmacy right on-site. The buffet breakfast was good too. While the room was generally clean and well-maintained, I was disappointed to find a lot of hair left in the drawer where the hairdryer was kept.

It was a really good stay and the accomodation was really clean

Aceptable 3 estrellas.
