La habitación estaba limpia y la tía de la limpieza fue muy amable. Dijo que hacía calor y me dio 2 botellas extra de agua mineral, que estaba tan tibia como mi madre. Hay un parque al lado del hotel, es agradable salir a caminar. La cama de la habitación era muy cómoda y dormí bien. La habitación era muy tranquila y no había ruido. La presión del cabezal de la ducha es muy fuerte y el agua de la ducha es suficiente. Estoy muy satisfecho con la experiencia de mi estadía. Me quedaré aquí nuevamente la próxima vez que venga a Shenzhen.

The Grand Skylight Hotel in Shenzhen is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking sky rise views and elegant design that make the city feel magical. Every detail radiates luxury, from the modern décor to the exceptional comfort of the rooms. The value for the price far exceeded my expectations, making it a truly unforgettable stay.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The facilities were comfortable and well-maintained, but what truly made my experience memorable was the exceptional service from Leo and Xavia. They went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of, always welcoming with genuine warmth and professionalism. Their attentiveness and friendly attitude made me feel truly valued as a guest. Thank you, Leo and Xavia, for making my stay so enjoyable—I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Hotel is ok, it just shows its age. Could be placed in a lower price range though.

The hotel stay was good, except for the arbitrary rule of requiring swim caps to use the swimming pool. We only ended up using it only one time on our first day during our whole stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious and priced reasonably.

Quedamos muy satisfechos. Mi hijo se presentó al examen de ingreso a la universidad y lo acompañamos. Reservamos dos habitaciones dobles superiores con desayuno incluido. Hay una casa de té cantonesa en el tercer piso del hotel y la universidad está justo enfrente, así que nos sentimos muy tranquilos durante el examen. El gerente del hotel incluso tuvo la amabilidad de permitirnos salir más tarde de una habitación el 9 de junio, hasta las 5 de la tarde. Como su último examen empezaba a las 5 de la tarde, queríamos que descansara un poco más. La habitación era tranquila y cómoda.

Era la segunda vez que me hospedaba aquí y me gustó mucho después de mi primera estadía. Hice un pedido de inmediato, si lo necesitaba, volví a aprovechar la oferta especial y me sentí genial. La segunda vez descubrí que el secador de pelo y la bolsa de agua caliente fueron reemplazados por otros nuevos. El mantenimiento es realmente bueno. Seguiré haciéndolo en el futuro.

From the moment we arrived, we were met with genuine warmth and kindness. The hotel staff, especially at the front desk, went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Their smiles, patience, and professionalism truly made our stay unforgettable. Thank you for such a beautiful experience.

Reservé este hotel para este viaje con mi familia. Aunque el hotel es un poco antiguo, la ubicación y la relación calidad-precio son bastante buenas. Al registrarme el primer día, encontré algunos defectos en la habitación, y la recepcionista me cambió de habitación inmediatamente (recuerdo que se llamaba Gu Yuqing). Como era la primera vez que mi hijo visitaba Pekín, la recepcionista también tuvo la amabilidad de prepararle un cepillo de dientes y unas pantuflas para niños, lo cual fue un detalle muy especial. El servicio en general fue excepcional.

服務沒得説，很好，生病了還給拿了保温杯裝熱水和葯。也謝謝小錦的幫助，給予了很好的入住體驗。但是環境不是很好，不怎麼隔音，衞生也一般！高端的服務配低端的設施環境。個人感覺環境達不到4星，但是服務滿滿五星！有潔癖的就算了，乾淨但是房間感覺是散裝老舊的感覺。

When travelling, especially with a kid, cleanliness in a room is THE priority. Well, the room was NOT clean. The counter top in the bathroom was stained AND dirty, the room was dusty (you could see dust on the mirrors and other surfaces) and the floor was full of shoes footprints of different types. We asked for the room to be cleaned as we checked in, while we went for a walk, more than one our later we came back, the room was dirty as we left it. 
I’m sorry but for such a price, in a 5 star hotel, this is absolutely not acceptable. 
Besides, I seriously doubt that the measurements of the room are correct as it seemed waaaay smaller than what officially stated in the room info.
The view of course is breathtaking, that’s true.
Mind also that there is absolutely no separation between the wet room and the bedroom, no door, no curtains…so no privacy while taking a bath. And also that there is no fridge.
The lady at the reception was lovely, really kind, but it doesn’t make up for a dirty room.

最近南昌天氣温度低，入住南昌格蘭雲天去分外的貼心，得知我們帶了小朋友，小度特意為我們安排朝陽面的房間，房間非常温暖，並且晚上很貼心的為我們準備了熱的晚安牛奶，另一天退房，小度也主動與我們打招呼，為我們介紹下週邊城市的旅遊位置和最近温度，並且幫助我們拎行李到地下停車場送我們離開。整個入住體驗非常不錯，下次還會再來的
