La habitación estaba limpia y la tía de la limpieza fue muy amable. Dijo que hacía calor y me dio 2 botellas extra de agua mineral, que estaba tan tibia como mi madre. Hay un parque al lado del hotel, es agradable salir a caminar. La cama de la habitación era muy cómoda y dormí bien. La habitación era muy tranquila y no había ruido. La presión del cabezal de la ducha es muy fuerte y el agua de la ducha es suficiente. Estoy muy satisfecho con la experiencia de mi estadía. Me quedaré aquí nuevamente la próxima vez que venga a Shenzhen.

The Grand Skylight Hotel in Shenzhen is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking sky rise views and elegant design that make the city feel magical. Every detail radiates luxury, from the modern décor to the exceptional comfort of the rooms. The value for the price far exceeded my expectations, making it a truly unforgettable stay.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The facilities were comfortable and well-maintained, but what truly made my experience memorable was the exceptional service from Leo and Xavia. They went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of, always welcoming with genuine warmth and professionalism. Their attentiveness and friendly attitude made me feel truly valued as a guest. Thank you, Leo and Xavia, for making my stay so enjoyable—I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Hotel is ok, it just shows its age. Could be placed in a lower price range though.

Great hotel with dedicated staff. At the reception Jin Wang and Wu Shuang, were very professional and very knowledgeable. They made us feel special from the first moment. They gave us a great room with an amazing lake view and complimentary afternoon tea coupons. The room is very large, the bed is very comfortable. The hotel has an excellent architecture it's modern but maintains the Chinese elements. The buffet dinner was excellent with a wide selection of very delicious dishes and desserts. Our overall experience was excellent and we will definitely come back. Thank to it's dedicated staff like Jin Wang and Wu Shuang, 赖加春 who made this stay even more unforgettable. The breakfast is also rich with nice baked goods like croissant, chocolate bread, danish pastries and so on. Cheese selection is also great. We enjoyed the indoor pool as well. Congratulations and thank you indeed.

The hotel is great! Clean, modern, the room is confortable, the bathroom fantastic, huge shower. My only complaints are: 1) terrible wi-fi service, slow, very slow. 2) the breakfast was horrible! The hotel is in Shenzhen, a huge city in Guangdong, we should at least expect several kinds of dim sum. The hotel provided 2 types of dim sum, bread (only butter, no jelly), vegetables, fruits and noodles. No fried eggs, no bacon, no beef, no chicken….. it felt like the breakfast area is run by a different company.

Si bien el personal de recepción no hablaba inglés, una señora de la gerencia ayudó muy bien. En total, habitación y baño limpios, desayuno sorprendentemente sabroso para un hotel así con buen café (todo autoservicio). El equipo de gimnasio es más bien de ”calidad de uso doméstico” de lo que normalmente se puede esperar de un hotel de este tipo (ya que el precio no es nada barato). Sala de billar.

Generalmente: un hotel de negocios lejos de cada centro de la ciudad/centro comercial, etc. Aunque para algunos clientes o proveedores, si están cerca, es una buena opción para evitar los atascos de tráfico diarios estándar de Shenzhen.

Instalaciones: Están bien protegidas y se pueden utilizar con normalidad.
Higiene: No hay puntos muertos de higiene obvios en la habitación, lo cual es bastante bueno.
Ambiente: Muy bueno El vestíbulo del hotel y las zonas públicas están decorados con un alto nivel.
Servicio: Muy bueno. Es raro que un hotel de cinco estrellas tenga un robot de reparto de comida, pero es muy conveniente.
Desventajas: No había agua caliente para ducharme a las 12:30 de la noche. Pregunté en recepción y me dijeron que había demasiada gente alojada y que la sala de calderas no podía suministrarla.

1. 酒店位置絕佳，交通便利，周邊有很多美食和購物的地方。辦理入住的時候，前台工作人員特別熱情，不僅快速辦理好了手續，還貼心地介紹了酒店的各項服務。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，床很舒服，晚上睡得特別好。酒店的早餐種類豐富，味道也不錯。總之，這次入住體驗非常滿意，強烈推薦給大家！

2. 這次選的真的太讚了！一進門，就能感受到大堂的精緻典雅，裝修風格很有格調。房間裏的佈置温馨又舒適，細節處盡顯品質，連洗漱用品的味道都很好聞。酒店的健身房設備很新，能滿足日常鍛鍊需求。工作人員服務態度更是沒得説，全程都讓人感覺特別貼心。下次出行還會選這裏！

3. 來這邊旅遊，入住是最正確的決定！酒店的環境超美，綠化做得很好，就像一個小花園。房間寬敞明亮，採光極佳，透過窗户能看到漂亮的景色。酒店的餐廳提供的菜品豐富多樣，當地特色美食做得很正宗。而且，酒店的工作人員都非常熱情，幫忙推薦了很多好玩的景點和好吃的餐廳。真的是一家性價比超高的酒店，下次還來！

Reservé este hotel para este viaje con mi familia. Aunque el hotel es un poco antiguo, la ubicación y la relación calidad-precio son bastante buenas. Al registrarme el primer día, encontré algunos defectos en la habitación, y la recepcionista me cambió de habitación inmediatamente (recuerdo que se llamaba Gu Yuqing). Como era la primera vez que mi hijo visitaba Pekín, la recepcionista también tuvo la amabilidad de prepararle un cepillo de dientes y unas pantuflas para niños, lo cual fue un detalle muy especial. El servicio en general fue excepcional.

酒店經理王鳳錦特別貼心 我願意稱之為無微不至 帶着兩個娃娃來的特意升級了房間 並且佈置的親子主題 讓我們住的特別舒適 而且送了三波孩子的小禮物有 蠟筆小新  娃娃 還有挎包 雖然有點小插曲 但是我衹能説 王鳳錦的服務征服了我 王鳳錦** 早餐也很豐盛 有蚊子房間本身配備電蚊液的情況下 王鳳錦經理又給買的蚊香和驅蚊水 體貼 周到 用心 温暖

When travelling, especially with a kid, cleanliness in a room is THE priority. Well, the room was NOT clean. The counter top in the bathroom was stained AND dirty, the room was dusty (you could see dust on the mirrors and other surfaces) and the floor was full of shoes footprints of different types. We asked for the room to be cleaned as we checked in, while we went for a walk, more than one our later we came back, the room was dirty as we left it. 
I’m sorry but for such a price, in a 5 star hotel, this is absolutely not acceptable. 
Besides, I seriously doubt that the measurements of the room are correct as it seemed waaaay smaller than what officially stated in the room info.
The view of course is breathtaking, that’s true.
Mind also that there is absolutely no separation between the wet room and the bedroom, no door, no curtains…so no privacy while taking a bath. And also that there is no fridge.
The lady at the reception was lovely, really kind, but it doesn’t make up for a dirty room.

再次入住格蘭雲天國際酒店讓我驚喜的是，上次反饋沒有洗衣房，這次嶄新的洗衣服已經建好了 而且特別不錯 ，配有消毒液和洗衣液，貼心的配了熨燙機，和袋子，基本可以用到的都在了，小杜很貼心的幫我關注在洗的衣服，烘乾好的第一時間發消息給我，並幫忙熨好疊好幫我放到房間，會到房間收到的是香香軟軟的衣服，心情都變好了。
