The Chen - Art Series

I always stay in this hotel whenever I am in Melbourne. Reason is because public transport is convenient and there are lots of restaurants around. The hotel is just a 2 minutes walk to Boxhill Central.

Very nice location, I felt like it was very good pricing. They do make up the room every other day, so just need to be prepared for that. Pretty good amenities. The lack of an established pick up/drop off point will be a little awkward. But otherwise I like the place.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The room I was assigned seemed promising at first glance, but upon closer inspection, it was evident that the cleanliness and maintenance were severely lacking. One of the most alarming issues was the state of the kettle. It was visibly dirty, with stains and grime both inside and outside. I couldn't imagine using it to make a cup of tea or coffee without feeling disgusted. Additionally, there was a cleaning bottle left in the room, indicating that the housekeeping staff had either forgotten to remove it or hadn't thoroughly cleaned the area. This oversight was quite off-putting and raised concerns about the overall hygiene standards of the hotel. To add to the disappoin**ents, there was no TV remote control in the room. As a guest, I expect basic amenities to be in place and functional, and not having the remote control was inconvenient, The carpet in the room was stained in several places, giving an impression of poor maintenance and lack of attention to detail. These stains made the room feel uninviting and added to the overall sense of uncleanliness. Additionally, the windows were covered in fingerprints and marks, indicating that they hadn't been properly cleaned in a while. This lack of attention to cleanliness throughout the room was quite disheartening. The location, which might have been a positive aspect in the past, has apparently declined in recent times. Unfortunately, this is beyond the hotel's control, but it does impact the overall experience for guests. While the hotel staff was friendly and responsive to some of my concerns, it's evident that the management needs to prioritize room cleanliness and maintenance to provide a more pleasant stay for their guests. I hope they take these issues seriously and work towards improving their service.

位置距離boxhill station幾分鐘路程，如泊酒店停車場aud16一日，價錢合理，房間乾淨清潔，但沖涼門會漏水到廁所，總括來說還算可以
