A 10 minute walk to downtown pearl st, as well as the Mt Sanitas trailhead puts you in an ideal location to experience some of the best that Boulder has to offer. You have your own private entrance in the back of our house accessed by a brick path, and the apartment is locked off from the upstairs of our house and is totally private, non-lived in space. Hall Ranch is the best mountain biking trail in Boulder County just 3 minutes from the house or enjoy tubing on the river, amazing parks or Planet Bluegrass just a short walk down the hill. This part of Lyons only has a couple of streetlights around anywhere and it is perfectly quiet every night. You can see wildlife like a group of deer that frequent the backyard or the neighborhood lynx making his rounds in the morning. Guests will have an access to 2 car garage. The main space has a very large kitchen opened to a living room and there is a deck off of the kitchen. Amazing patios and yard. The rooms are decorated with contemporary, high-end furniture and the bedding is mostly from natural hypoallergenic materials or organic materials.
