Namaste 🙏🏼 Stayed at JWMarriott for two weeks and was really looked after and cared for nothing was too much trouble. Each and everyone one of you deserve a mention but special thanks go to Kevin for warm and welcoming check in. Preeti for making us feel so welcome as part of your special Republic Day celebrations. Sonali for taking care of my flowers and taxi. Sweet little Riya in Alto Vino ❤️. Big shout out to Spice Kitchen staff you are all brilliant… but big thank you to Nitin and Anil for customer care and amazing choices…Dosa was so good! Abishek for oiling the wheels and last but by all means least and the star of the show goes to Yash 💫 for his personalised care and attention ❤️ always keen to achieve the very best in customer service and always so genuine and with the warmest of smiles. Surprised to learn only in the job for two months! JWM’s ambassador and rising star - thank you so much. I hope to be back and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else … 🙏🏼 🌟 ❤️

Ambiance was nice, Food was excellent. Staff is very supportive and I would like to thank Chef Anic Duvvi , Chennam, Saurabh, Rakesh and Abhishek Kashyap. Definitely a high recommendation from my side. I would definitely come again !!!!!!

This JW Marriott sets the standard for business travel. Safety, security and hospitality are all at a high level. From the security screening of ALL incoming vehicles to the X-ray of all bags makes everyone feel safe and secure. All staff, front desk, concierge and restaurant staff make you feel welcomed.

My personal guide, Hetel, was just amazing! This was my first time in India, so having her as a support person was just great. She is so personsable and very interested in everything I was doing! I believe that she could talk with anyone and create a sense of ease. I loved having her WhatsApp and feeling like I made a friend in India! Laurie Mickey

Arsad and the lounge staff did an amazing job looking after us. Introduced us to lots of amazing food. The roof top bar was a real treat. Breakfast was good, wasn’t too keen on the sausages and would have liked some baked beans (I’m British don’t you know!). Many thanks team JW Marriot :-)

If you want to experience homecoming, stay at JWM Pune. Best described, it is hospitality par excellence and the staff never fails to astonish us with their warm nature and personal attention. Special mention goes to Mr Prabal Arora, Mr Kevin Lancelot, Ms Ritika, Ms Mamta for their warm welcome and Mr Arshad and Ms Divya for taking care of us in the executive lounge. Pankaj Chavan from the housekeeping was also very attentive. The review will not be complete without thanking Chef Bhuralalji and Chef Anil who are the culinary experts. We were at the hotel on New Year's morning and it was a pleasant surprise to see everyone looking so fresh and smiley after a late, hectic night. The best surprise was the gift of a beautiful Ganesh idol by the housekeeping team. We are truly being spoilt for any other property. Thank you JW MARRIOT. We look forward to our next visit.

My friend and I have been staying at the JW Pune for over a decade to attend an event in December. Our visit this December was as usual a wonderful visit. We enjoyed the breakfasts and Chef Anil always presents wonderful food. The executive lounge is pleasant with good food and beverages. In addition the spa services are always excellent. We also have enjoyed seeing the same faces over the years being promoted within the Marriott product. We don’t have a negative comment.
