Habían unas personas trabajando en el techo del hotel, me mancharon mi vehículo con una pintura negra, que costó remover de mi vehículo ya que es blanco, fui a querer hacer el reporte a la oficina y nadie respondió, escribí a servicio al cliente de la app donde hice mi reservación y ni ellos obtuvieron respuesta, el hotel está bien situado pero deben de ser más prudentes y atentos con los clientes

Traffic noise at this place is awful. Had to leave the TV on all night to try to drown it out. The bed was clean but the bathroom was not. Hairs all over the place.

Very uncomfortable bed. Very low water pressure, shower was 2 little weak streams . Toilet barely flushed and then clogged.

This was a terrible experience. There were sex workers littering the property, the room was disgusting and grimy, and there was blood under the pillow on the bed in the room that was rented. The neighbors were noisy and were inviting g the sex workers in for their services.

The front desk was nice, but we had no remote control for the TV. We looked everywhere and it was so late when we got back to room we didn’t bother to go to front desk. Kind of a bummer, but at least we could get the TV on by the buttons on the back of it.

Water leaking from sealing. Noisy when other guest were talking a shower. Only hot water in the shower, only options hot and scolding hot.
