Hotels atmosphere really nice staff very helpful.Food quality really delicious 😋 Front office staff behaviour very appreciable . Each and every staff were good properly beautiful ambience superb nicely decorated We are planning to look further for future stay.

We spent one night here it was amazing.The was so humble and polite.The ambience vibrancy of this place is positive. A perfect place The room were very spacious.food was delicious 😋 pizza soooooo yummmy overall very nice experience thanks for all staff

Brilliant location right in the middle of Vrindavan, enjoyed our stay even though it was short. The room was spacious.great costumer service. It was our pleasure staying and having such a good time with all best West team staff were very polite and humble

its was great staying in your hotel . specially the head ***ager is very polite and her behaviour is very good i love her treatment because of her only my stay was confortable and i am thinking whenever i will come back again in vrindavan i will book this hotel only for my stay because of her.

The staff is amazing and they treat you like family. This is the best place to stay in vrindavan. Food and rooms are very good. I stay here every-time I come to Vrindavan. 10/10 recommended to anyone planning to visit this divine and beautiful place.
