las + el hotel es mucho mejor que si se puede ver las habitaciones son grandes y mucho más bonitas en realidad, el sistema de tarjetas para volver a partir de las 23h, la dama de la recepción y la mujer de la casa muy amable y servible, condicionamiento conectado a las ventanas geniales para ahorro de energía , TV equipada con Netflix, Youtube etc un + no notado en el descriptivo, servicio de lavandería a un precio razonable, ventanas bien insonorizadas, en la habitación hay un sistema que permite: informe al personal si desea que la habitación se haga o si no quiere quedarse molestado, toallas disponibles en el spa, caja fuerte gratis, olor a las tapas cuando se cambian es genial, El servicio de navegación que te recupera es el aeropuerto muy bien precio razonable y incluso si llegas tarde la noche hay alguien para recibirte con el sonrisa :) - las fotos del hotel en el sitio que no refleja la realidad es MUCHA mejor y más grande que se puede ver !!!, restaurante cerrado pero por el covid no por culpa de ellos, ducha que se extiende fuera de la ducha, la ubicación un poco lejos del centro de la ciudad, el mini bar mejora pero nada malo,

Hotel lobby gives good impression, but when you come to the room corridor you first see that it is a very old hotel that should be renovated years ago. In the rooms it's even worse, there is about 1cm crack between room door and jamb (no sound insulation). Everything in the room is old and beaten up, carpets are old and very dirty, so are the decorative blankets on the bed. There is AC unit in room (we haven't tried it though) Bathroom was not properly cleaned, shelf above sink was full of dust. Floor wasn't vacuumed. Room service doesn't make the beds. Blankets are not in bedding sets, only covered with sheets. Breakfast buffet was from 31th december to 2nd January exceptionally served between 8 and 11am (don't know the usual hours), which means that at 8am there was a huge line for breakfast. One day they opened up another room because there were no tables left in the first, the other day they did not. On top of that there is only one coffe making machine which works very slow and needs to be refilled very often. Only first time they set the table with placemat, after that they only superficially wipe the table. They do however try very hard, I think they were a bit understaffed because of holidays. Otherwise food selection was very good and always stocked. The staff at the reception was very kind and helpful.

Estaba en este hotel durante 7 días y me gustaba realmente este hotel. El personal era amable y muy útil. Le doy 5* a este hotel. No había opción para los vegetarianos en el desayuno, pero ellos lo lograron para nosotros.

Hoteles en El Carril: Este hotel es un hotel muy bueno, limpio y limpio en el centro de la ciudad. El personal amable y el delicioso desayuno en el café en la esquina. We stayed here for one night as part of an organised tour in August 2022. Location wise, the hotel is in the old city and is a drive away from the city centre. We arrived by coach and the streets are narrow so we had to unload everything quickly. The hotel is a fairly modern building. Check in was fairly quick, even for a large group of people. Our room was on the first floor and there was one lift or stairs to take. Our triple room was a good size and was fairly modern. Everything was clean and tidy, the air con worked well and the beds were comfy. There were only 2 of us staying in a triple room, but even with a third, you would probably just about have enough space for your luggage without being on top of one another. The bathroom was also relatively large and had a big shower. The main talking point for most of us was the fact there was a glass wall between the bedroom and shower. Luckily, there's an automatic blind that you can raise and lower depending on how much privacy / how well you know your roommate! The towels were all clean and fluffy, the hot water was good and so was the water pressure. The wifi was good. The signal was relatively strong and it was fairly quick. Breakfast was downstairs, past reception. There was a good choice of hot food items (meat and eggs), toasts, cereals and other Continental options, plus fruits, dates, muffins etc. Drinks wise there were juices, coffees, teas etc. In the evening, we went up to the rooftop bar which had great views over the city. There were thunderstorms several miles away which we had a fantastic view of, all whilst sat outside as the rain wasn't falling in Belgrade! We were able to take our own drinks upstairs as the bar had closed and they were fine with that. There are a couple of restaurants near the hotel and if you walk down the hill (3 or 4 blocks) then turn right, there's a small corner shop selling water etc. Overall, I really enjoyed our stay here as the hotel was fairly modern, with good facilities.

Bastante lejos del centro. La seguridad es buena, pero creo que es un inconveniente porque tengo que acceder en bus o taxi. La habitación tipo dúplex es grande, pero en general es un poco vieja. Solo ducha. Hay un gran supermercado cuando caminas un poco. Hay una cafetería al lado y se recomienda un restaurante serbio en la parte de atrás porque es muy barato. Incluso si bebe alcohol, puede comer y beber por poco más de 1000 yenes.
