Terrible experience. I made the same booking by mistake for a day from 2 different bookings pages. Even if my bookings were showing in their system as same booking, same person, same hotel, staff refused to help me. They asked me to contact *********** because they can’t do anything about it. After i was in touch with *********** i was told that hotel is the only one who can help me change the stay(i didn’t ask for refund i asked for change of dates!!!!!!). Staff extremly useless, it was very difficult for me to even have a conversation with them because i went trough a surgery a day before and i was there to recover. After 2 days of me trying to talk and explain my situation they told me there’s nothing they can do about it even if my reservation appeared in their system booked twice !!!!! They refused. The duty manager Mazen was even super rude and laughed in my face telling me it’s not his duty of solving such issues. I decided to check out and booked another hotel because there was no point to extend in a hotel that my money was stolen. At check out they told me it s okay i can extend another day for free. I m just speechless of such customer service, after having to go through many arguments with 3 of the staff and to be told it s nothing they can help with. I came there to recover after a surgery not to have useless arguments with the reception staff! Terrible experience. Terrible managment. They could have helped me from day one, they didn t want!!!! I definetly don’t recommend just because the rudeness of the staff. Rooms are ok but they smell very bad. If you’re non smoker you will feel it.

La única ventaja de este hotel es que es conveniente comer en la calle con tiendas concentradas, es difícil encontrarlo en automóvil, el letrero del hotel no es obvio, el automóvil condujo de un lado a otro varias veces y pidió la carretera para encontrar una persona. La tarifa diaria de estacionamiento es de $ 15. Pero no hay nada para comer, el precio no es alto, el hotel es viejo, el consumo en el Líbano no es alto, pero los cargos del hotel son altos, no se recomienda quedarse.

Y vamos a dejarlo ahí. Sin duda es un buen hotel, con un servicio muy amable y una buena ubicación según sea el motivo de tu viaje. Si es para negocios, puede estar bien situado. En caso de ir en viaje de placer, quizás mejor otro emplazamiento en la ciudad. Dicho esto, las habitaciones son grandes, claras y espaciosas. Igual que los baños. La recepción de wifi es buena en todo el establecimiento. El desayuno es formato bufé, abundante, dinámico y muy bien mantenido. Como critica constructiva diré que quizás habría que pensar en renovar un poco el mobiliario y los baños que no se deben haber cambiado desde la época en que era el hotel Martínez. Una cosa más, tiene una piscina interior espectacular.

En primer lugar, debo señalar los negativos. Después de haber sido asesorado por el hotel para pagar en dólares estadounidenses, me obligaba a hacerlo, pero luego descubrí que si hubiera ido a un negocio de cambio cercano y recibido libras libanesas, habría ahorrado unos 100 libras. El hotel no me lo aconsejaba convenientemente. El desayuno aquí era promedio y no realmente para personas de Europa Occidental. Algunos de los servicios de recepción eran amables y algunos no. En una nota positiva, el hotel es muy limpio, las habitaciones son muy cómodas y la ubicación es excelente para explorar Beirut y me quedaría otra vez.

El hotel es un hotel muy bueno. ¿Dónde y cómo conseguir dinero y los mejores tipos de cambio (especialmente con problemas financieros) donde comer, qué hacer, consejero sobre qué hacer en nuestras cortas estancias, taxis, viajes de día y más. Fue tan útil. Muchas gracias Bashar, mejor recepción jamás! La ubicación del hotel era perfecta para caminar al centro y a 20 minutos en coche al aeropuerto. La habitación era grande y limpia. La opción de desayuno sería buena. Restaurante increíble en la carretera con la mejor comida local.

The location is good, with walkable distances to some of Beirut’s sights and shopping centers. Their Restaurant Em nazih also serves some really good authentic lebanese food. Localización muy conveniente en el corazón de Hamra. Estacionamiento muy cerca, pero no hay posibilidad de estacionar después de medianoche. Sin embargo, algunos lugares estarán disponibles en la calle para estacionar. El hotel es trendy, pero no hay disponibilidad de habitaciones no fumantes. El olor al tabaco es muy malo en la habitación que incluso mis propiedades y ropa estaban olorando al tabaco como si yo fumara yo mismo. Personal muy amable y útil. Recomendado si eres un fumador o no te importa el olor en las habitaciones.

El servicio de habitaciones era genial. También hay un empleado llamado Houssein en la recepción, es genial. La recepción fue muy servicial. Sobre el desayuno muy delicioso y bien cocinado. El aire acondicionado de la habitación era increíble. Además, la habitación no tiene ruido de la calle o de otras habitaciones, y eso me hace sentir realmente relajado. Estoy muy agradecido a todos los que están ocupados en Ottel, especialmente Atif y Mohammed y una característica de respiratorio. La primera cosa que me dio fue una situación enviable desde el mercado de taxis, Gaby desde el aeropuerto a Ottel, y el Ottel fue una relación paralizada, el mercado fue un top 100 dólares, la primera cosa que pregunté en el respiratorio fue muy nerviosa y me sentí inseguro, Yo era un gran, la primera cosa que tuve con un compañero. Estoy cómodo por el precio Fue conveniente porque había muchas compras y comida en frente de la escuela Hay muchos cafés y puede ver el mar un poco. Creo que fue bueno. La cosa desafortunada era que aunque me quedé, tuve que pagar por el estacionamiento.
