Wonderful stay. Convenient location close to a few hospitals. First-rate facility. The breakfast selection is very good. The staff can't be more helpful. All in all, great value for the quality of the hotel. Highly recommend.

酒店前台態度很好，幫忙雙床改大床，同時還做了房型升級。房間衞生情況可以，淋浴熱水足。早餐類型不多，但也夠吃。

非常想感謝表揚一下前台經理田女士。
12月12日，北京下大雪，路面非常滑，路過生命科學園的時候雪太大滑倒了，電瓶車也摔壞了，手機屏幕也摔壞了，手也擦破了，導致我無法繼續回家，路邊有很多店面，我進去尋求幫助但都沒有得到迴應，然後我進了亞朵酒店，我想借用一下電話打給110派出所，想尋求一下幫助，幫我代叫一輛車，接通電話在敍述了我的情況之後，得到的迴應是委婉拒絕，我內心很失落，因為距我家還有20公里，我不知道該怎麼辦。在最困難的時刻尋求幫助都沒得到迴應，很無助很絕望。這時，亞朵酒店的田經理走過來，和我瞭解了一下情況，我詢問是否可以為我叫一輛貨拉拉，把我電瓶車拖到家，我還沒來得及説有關運費的事，田經理説，沒關係，您喝杯水熱一熱，幫我處理傷口消毒，隨即幫我用手機叫車，我實為感動，感動的是多方求助無果終於碰到了好心人，田經理的心地善良和格局，讓我感覺這個冰冷的北京不再冰冷，天氣這麼惡劣，她和我萍水相逢，衹有田經理願意主動伸出援手，在我最困難的時候幫我一把，壓死駱駝的是一根稻草，但是拯救駱駝的也是一根稻草。上車前，我一遍遍的和田經理説著感謝感謝，非常感謝，到家我一定第一時間把費用轉給你，田經理對費用的事衹字未提，衹是説著您平安到家就行，囑咐司機下雪天慢點開車，一百塊錢並不多，可對一個從不認識的陌生人而言，還有我當時的處境，這無疑觸是對我雪中送炭，感動萬分，非常感謝田經理，一個很有愛心的女孩。很有格局和温度的女孩。 事後我想感謝田經理，都被她拒絕了。無以報答。28號我陪着媳婦在北大國際醫院檢查，醫生告知，明早還要抽血檢查，我毫不猶豫就預訂了亞朵酒店，前台態度非常好，酒店環境也乾淨，早飯更是一級棒，一杯熱茶，每一個細節。我想，田經理的格局和高度一定和亞朵這個企業有着密不可分的聯繫，一個非常熱心的女孩，和一家極具人文温度的酒店，祝大家都歲歲平安，歡愉常樂。
