Had great experience stay at this residential area with amazing hospitality from the frontline, Wen Wen and Mia. They are really assist all way their can. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable and for your great hospitality!

A really nice hotel in the middle of nice and quiet Hutons. The hotel offers some shadow theater plays in the evening. Really amazing to see and also get a chance to look behind the curtains. They also have an amazing good coffee.
The service was great with Lily and Tom at the counter.
I can only highly recommend this place.

在北京住了三個酒店 這個是我最喜歡的！位置特別方便 恭王府400米左右 走路去什剎海1公里 店裡週二週四有皮影戲觀看 大廳有茶水點心吃！如果特別喜歡，也可以花點小錢自己做一個帶走，包裝很精美！店裡的小哥哥特別熱情，（店員糖糖） 寄存行李也好，照顧長者小孩也好，都是很盡心盡力！附近有很多好吃的私房菜，但是需要大家自己提前做好功課！來自江西顧客的真實反饋！大家可以參考下

The interor of the Hotel is beautiful and sylish and I would stay here again !
The room furniture is older but bedding and towels are new and nice.
Bed is very comfortable. Loved the puppet theme !
Loved the area- good if you want to be right in the middle of a chinese neighborhood.
The one thing that needs improving is reception staff. They need training how to welcome the guests and need to be more proactive.
I saw coffee and tea near reception and looked at the coffee machine a few times but did not know how to work it and no staff ever offered help.
But all in all nice good value Hotel.

作為一個一年有三分之一的時間都在出差的人來説，各種類型的酒店都住過，所以真誠的點評一下。先説優點，酒店很有文化氣息，在衚衕裏，如果想感受一下衚衕文化，是個不錯的選擇。另外酒店每週二四六晚上有非遺的皮影戲表演，演2場，每場10分鐘，小朋友很喜歡。酒店位於二環內，距離天安門，故宮，都要打車，但路程很近。酒店離恭王府，護國寺街，後海很近，走路20分鐘左右能走到，離最近的地鐵站走路估計要10～15分鐘，酒店工作人員都很熱情友善，特別是前台有個叫文文的小女孩笑起來很可愛。當然酒店因為位於二環內，寸土寸金的地方，所以也有明顯的短板，第一就是交通不是很方便，不管去哪，都需要走出衚衕才好打車，走出去大概需要10分鐘左右。第二就是房間雖然設施設備齊全，但房間確實比較小，隔音不是太好，但晚上很安靜。如果是親子游，想安靜點，想體驗衚衕文化的值得試一下，但如果是商務出行，不是太推薦，交通不方便。總體來説，性價比高，值得感受

Amazing dtay, I stayed for 3 nights, very calm and smooth stay. Location is in the middle of the authentic old houses, walkable to nearby night market. Getting in and out is tricky by taxi, better to walk to main road and take a taxi from there and vice versa. Subway is 10-15 mins walk but taxi is always faster. Hotel is clean and proper, reception and staff is helpful .

整體很不錯呢，在北京三環內特別新的酒店不好找，所以對設施什麼的不過多要求，有特色，位置方便才是最好的，皮影是主要吸引點，小朋友可以近距離接觸皮影，酒店價格合理服務很好，設施齊全，距離恭王府，護國寺，什剎海，後海都很近，在衚衕裏網約車出租車不好進出，但是有自行車啊，在北京騎車最方便

這家酒店地理位置優越，離什剎海、恭王府、鼓樓都很近，傍晚閑來無事可以順着什剎海河邊散步， 因為是在衚衕裏不太好打車， 但是可以坐地鐵 ，喜歡Citywalk的可以選擇這家， 前台服務員萱萱很親和 不錯不錯
