We booked this room for quick access to the Skyliner. We were pleasantly surprised by the room theme and all the decor around the property. The restaurant on site has tons of diet friendly options. Overall excellent experience from check in to check out. We will definitely stay again.

El hotel es muy bueno. Limpio y espacioso. Por la pandemia hacían la limpieza cada 3 días pero eso es algo normal en esta situación. La decoración es excelente. Los restaurant son muy buenos aunque la relación precio calidad no es de lo mejor. Se tiene acceso sin cargo al estacionamiento de los parques mostrando la tarjeta del hotel. Está a pasos del Boardwalk y de Epcot. Ahora a no engañ****. Por estar dentro de la propiedad de Disney tiene derecho a usar el nombre Disney World pero no es un hotel administrado por Disney por lo que no hay Magic Band ni se puede relacionar una que compres con una tarjeta de crédito como en los hoteles de Disney. Tampoco hay acceso a la transportación de Disney excepto una lancha que te lleva hasta Epcot o Disney Hollywood Studios. Hay colectivos contratados por el hotel para ir solo a Magic Kingdoms y Animal Kingdoms. Si tienes en cuenta esto y lo aceptas es un muy buen hotel. Si quieres el paquete completo de la experiencia en un hotel de Disney entonces déjalo pasar.

Este hotel se siente como una pequeña comunidad con dos piscinas al aire libre 🏊‍♀️ y lavandería. Creo que este hotel es el más rentable. La llave del hotel es la pulsera de Disney. Al mismo tiempo, también puede vincular sus entradas al parque. ¡Lo más importante es que tu nombre estará grabado en él! Después de hacer el check out, ¡se lo daré como un memorial! !! ¡Impresionante! El restaurante está en el vestíbulo y tiene características muy americanas, básicamente algo de comida rápida. Para el transporte, hay teleféricos que conducen directamente al Reino Animal y al mundo futuro, y los autobuses se conectan al Reino Mágico y Hollywood. En general, vivir aquí realmente se siente como unas vacaciones y es muy relajado.

Muy buena ubicación, la experiencia general de Disney es buena, hay un autobús de enlace en el parque, puedes abrir la puerta con una pulsera mágica y hay un servicio extendido todos los días. We just returned from our trip and LOVED THE CONTEMPORARY! We have been to both DisneyLand (Grand Californian and Paradise Pier) and DisneyWorld (Caribbean Beach and the Cabins at Fort Wilderness) before, and this is now my new favorite. I read some other reviews discussing that the theming was not as strong here, but I honestly think it's perfect. I think everyone has ”a hotel” that is theirs for one reason or another, and this one is just ours. The room is incredibly clean, simple, and for that it allows us to RELAX during our breaks. We go early and stay late, so we always take breaks in the afternoon. And our room was just wonderful to come back to each day. It is easy to get to and from the parks, I LOVE the built in closets because it allows us to fully unpack and stow our suitcases, the bathroom is huge and very comfortable for a family, and most importantly the beds are COMFORTABLE! I am picky due to my neck and slept really well here. My kids thought it was great because there are about 300 plugs to use for electronic charging. We ate at Steakhouse 71 and really enjoyed it. We did eat at a few other monorail hotels to experience them, but I think the Contemporary is just our kind of place and will book more reservations within our own hotel next time. I will absolutely come back not only because of the proximity to MK and the convenience of the monorail, but because the hotel itself was perfection. Our room was clean every day when we came back, the kids enjoyed having all their stuffed animals arranged in a fun manner, and I truly appreciate that the theming was modern and clean so I could mentally relax during our breaks. If you want heavier theming, there are great options on the monorail, but if you- like me- need a little mental break in the middle of the day then I highly recommend the Contemporary. It is clean, nicely sized, comfortable, and most importantly: total access winner for MK, which is where we spent most of our evenings. My Wife and I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel's convenient location allowed for easy access to Epcot, and the prompt room service added to the convenience factor. We were particularly delighted with our room's excellent view of Epcot, allowing us to enjoy the fireworks display right from the comfort of our room. Although our stay was enjoyable, there was a minor issue with what looked like a (band-aid) in the hallway inside our room. However, I took the initiative to remove and dispose of it before my wife noticed. We came down to request a room change for other reasons (as I decide not to mention the prior incident).... to have a shower instead of a bathtub and to avoid a connecting room setup. The check-in representative at the front desk was exceptional, displaying a fantastic attitude and providing us with helpful assistance. Despite her diligent efforts, she was unable to accommodate our room change request, which was a disappointment. Nonetheless, I believe she should be commended for her excellent customer service. Aside from this minor setback, the property itself was well-situated and offered a pleasant ambiance. However, I did notice that the room we were assigned did not match the pictures displayed online for its corresponding category, which was a bit disappointing. Considering the overall experience, I am uncertain whether I would choose to stay at the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve again. While there were some minor inconveniences, the hotel's location and other positive aspects contributed to a generally enjoyable stay. In summary, our visit to the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve was marked by convenience, prompt service, and a great view of Epcot. Despite encountering a minor room issue and the disappointment of not getting the exact room as depicted online, the exceptional customer service from the front desk staff and other positive aspects of the property would be the only reason we would choose to possibly stay here again in future.

La familia de 4 quedó aquí hace poco por 7 noches y tuvo un gran tiempo. El resort está en una ubicación tan grande que está tan cerca de Epcot y a una corta distancia de Hollywood Studios. El paseo a Epcot es sólo alrededor 5-7 minutos dependiendo de dónde está su habitación. El hotel está situado en el centro de Hollywood, a unos 20 minutos a pie, pero el coche está justo delante del hotel y nos pareció muy conveniente. Entiendo que febrero es típicamente un tiempo menos ocupado, por lo que nuestra experiencia podría haber sido diferente si fue un momento de pico, pero los autobuses nunca estaban demasiado llenos y llegaron con frecuencia suficiente para que nunca esperábamos mucho. La habitación de la habitación es muy agradable. La habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy agradable. Tenemos un problema con un recuerdo quebrado que comprábamos en uno de los parques y el personal del escritorio delantero tomó el artículo y tenía un ”corredor” que asistió al parque y intercambió el artículo para un recuerdo de sustitución. También había suficientes plug-ins para toda nuestra electrónica (que no esperaba) así que no tenía que traer los fragmentos. El lugar es bastante caro y hay lugares sin duda más baratos, pero recomendaría muy bien este lugar si su presupuesto lo permite.

I don’t understand these bad reviews. I think we had room 2532. No frills, view of the trees with balcony. Fine by me! The room was clean! 2 Queens and pull out comfortable twin bed. The cleaning service was fantastic and friendly! Bell service friendly and helpful! And here is the BEST part of this building - steps to Epcot. I won’t stay anywhere else again!!!! The Marketplace was very clean and stocked and the service was great! Plenty of seating if you want to have a sandwich. Beaches and Cream is a must do. The quick service ice cream area is wonderful. Everything is clean and fast service! The pool service great too. Clean! The employees who greet you are very nice. Maybe i haven’t been as fortunate as others to go as many times to compare but I have to tell anyone looking at this hotel give it a try because you might be like me, grateful to be able to afford a stay here and you won’t be disappointed. We went to Epcot round and round and round and a boat to HWS a couple of times. We just never stopped we loved it. It’s truly magical and so don’t sweat these bad reviews, make the most of it and enjoy it. We walked over to Yacht Club for lunch too. Their Marketplace is nice too much larger but the hotel itself is much different if you like that style go for it. It’s very elegant. It’s Beach Club for me and I thank everyone i came in contact with bc I was very blessed to be there with my family. It was so memorable.

Apenas llegas te recibe el staff del hotel, super agradables y sonrientes, el check in fue rápido, luego llegamos a la habitación super linda, con vista al lago, desde la habitación, en la noche, se pueden ver los fuegos artificiales de Epcot y Magic Kingdom. Pedimos comida a la habitación y exquisita, igualmente el desayuno con Goofy y sus amigos. toda la experiencia fue sonada. Mil veces recomendado
