El hotel me cobraba mi tarjeta ($67) y cuando llegué a inspeccionar. El agente no pudo inspeccionarme y me dijo que tendría que cobrarme de nuevo. Me negué y fui a otro hotel. El día siguiente 12/16 Days Inn cobraba mi tarjeta de nuevo ($67). I went to the hotel and spoke to the general manager personally about the situation and get the charges reversed. No vio ninguna razón para devolverme en absoluto y no tenía ningún problema con mantener dinero por 5 noches de estancias ($279) que nunca sucedió. También me dijo que el hotel estaba luchando para mantener sus puertas abiertas.. FLAG RED! .. Estoy seguro de que el servicio al cliente solo tiene mucho que ver con eso.
